    Amazon this year briefly sold the Parisian Restaurant for $90. That's probably the cheapest you will ever see that set in any country.

    Open a Bricklink store? I would but then I have no room for them built. Plus I've checked some of the prices of the unopened sets and it's insane so then I don't want to open them. I have a 1991 Pirate set that seems to be about $250+ online. A McDonalds' that like $100.

    I think it should be canceled right now. I mean the 2020 sets are some of the worst town sets since City Center is the late 90s. They are poop on the bottom of your shoes. And then I think World City should make a come back. They can call it something different if LEGO likes but World City was slightly futuristic and that was a nice change.

    I have about 150 unopened sets and I'm sick of looking at them. haha

    Ugh. You have no idea how much i hate phones and I don't even understand how that works. You just call up and ask to place an bricks and pieces order? They were all there just last week too. I just see it as a sign I should probably worry more about other things than little plastic tiles.

    Oh no! I was going to place an order and health care, flu, holidays and nice weather kept getting in the way. I never bought all the food and torsos from the Asian dinner 80101 set and now they are all gone. :(

    It looks really nice next to the blue of DO. However the ice cream piece you used (which is much better) is from The LEGO Movie 2, not a CMF series. (Unless I missed a series.)

    By the 'logic' of LEGO fans here then literally ANY theme is open because we can make some small connection. Is LEGO Mario a possibility? Sure, because anything is a possibility. But it's years away and the 'rumor' is based on nothing. It's like me saying there is going to be a Garfield theme in 2028 because my cousin's wife's sister's daughter went to college with someone who works at the company that made the newer Garfield series and now works for some company that made one movie for WB and WB and LEGO have connections so it's a sure thing! Rumors used to be based on actually common sense, or insider knowledge. Now it's just like 'We are getting Angry Birds 2 sets because why not! The first theme failed so let's try again!'.

    The Mario rumor is pathetic even for the LEGO community of adult children. "The same company is making a Mario movie that made Minions and MegaBloks had Minions and now LEGO does so LEGO must be making Mario years from now!?!?!!?" I think we are going to get an Ice Planet 2102 theme in the year 2054.

    I find all this interesting as Hidden Side only had 5-6 sets it's first year, but like you said, big bang themes with TV shows have several more. Plus there is an ad floating around for the supposedly canceled 'DOTS' line that doesn't show anything besides happy girls. It's a very weird ad, did they hire Epstein to make it?

    Do we even know if it's minifigures or minidolls? I could see LEGO doing an AR minidoll theme to replace Elves.

    I'll believe it when I see it. I can't see LEGO releasing another AR theme so quickly because what it Hidden Side failed? Then just have another AR theme less than a year later? Plus we haven't had more than two original 'action' themes at once in years. I'm hoping for an underwater theme myself. Time travel be fun because we get Castle, Pirates, Greeks, even future space ships that aren't overpriced Star Wars garbage.

    In years past there wouldn't be any pictures but we would get set names for the summer. However LEGO is now so paranoid they don't always show sets 4-6 months later, just whats out or will be out soon. So who knows what LEGO will give us.

    That's not likely to happen. I think the best we can hope for is the new old helmet in more sets like the NinjaGo People Pack having it in blue for the first time. This way we can just replace the helmets out. Also what is 'LEAF theme'?

    What difference does it make? Would you rather LEGO just not add the new pieces? Or maybe they should just close Bricks and Pieces because you are displeased with how it's run? When the Asian only sets came out last year the food would come in and out of stock randomly. The world didn't end. Now all of them are in stock. For someone who lives in Norway you seem very high strung. Go get a little weed, some ice cream and build something.

    They are out of stock because they are out of stock. Any of us saying we know why is just a lie. I am glad the VHS tape is cheap. I still need to buy some Chinese New Year food.

    So it's January 1st on 2/3rd of the planet by now, any new pieces?

    It's interesting that it never closed this year. So I'm hoping we get new pieces on Jan 1.

    Yes. People need to email LEGO more with issues. Mixed cheese slopes and other small pieces develop cracks real quick. I emailed LEGO all the time about those issues and they have seemed to get better over the years. Always contact LEGO even if you don't want a new piece or sticker sheet.

    Makes sense. LEGO loves their Creator cars and now they can over charge for another theme.

    That box has a full rainbow of 1x2 trans pieces! That's awesome.

    Shoot. How did I screw this up. Yeah that was supposed to be over there. There are people defending LEGO price increases because now there are a few more pieces.

    It sickens me that people defend a $1 price increase because LEGO now includes 2-3 pieces that total 5 cents. Maybe LEGO can add another $1 to the price by adding a second 1x2 jumper.Thankfully I find these terrible and will not spend a dime on them.
