    That's quite unexpected news/leaks, but all signs point to a 10291 Queer Eye Apartment Set in August. Tan France's distinctive hair is featured in the 40516 Everyone is Awesome in blue, and It's really likely, that this set will be released during the LegoCon Convention. What do you think? Is this a good product idea or is it just to offset the primarily straight white cis shows like Friends and Seinfeld with some episodes that are controversial by today's standards (Seinfeld in particular)?

    Lego has been pretty good with preventing leaks. As the set is scheduled for August, we should see some info by June or July

    I'm exctied, but slightly dissapointed it won't be to scale with the Saturn V rocket

    As an architecture stundent myself I got excited seeing the news, but yeah, It’s never going to happen I love the Sydney Opera House, but it sold quite poorly, so I doubt there will ever be a rerelease

    Architecture theme is really missing some modern architecture. A large One World Trade Center an updated Fallingwater or the Sagrada Familia would be nice additions (or some Asian architecture would fit with increased focus of Lego for the Chinese market). The White Hose and Trafalgar Square aren't famous for their interesting architecture, so they don't really deserve this theme.

    I love the reference to Soap n' Suds! But why did they remove the n' ?!

    I think that the more Modulars I have, the least excited I get, as every new one shares some similaries with the old ones. That’s why I liked DD so much, as it is so different. But I like the police station enough to buy one (especially with the free car) I’m curious about the naming. It won’t be Police Station, as it overlaps with PS (Pet Shop). Maybe Police Office (PO)

    I'm looking forward to the return of Jamie Berard. The Bookshop and Corner Garage lacked in good exterior and interior details (esp. BS - flat facade, almost no books), so I hope we will see the return of love for detail (and the fun stories) — a worthy successor to the Parisian Restaurant

    I guess it was only a matter of time, that we would see a Italian style modular ;)). A art gallery of sorts sounds be nice, and a small pizza parlor on the side (but a traditional one, not the lego city style) would also be quite neat. The 2020 modular didn't look at all like something from Amsterdam, so I hope this time it will be "Italian" enough I do hope that someday they will release something beyond the western culture, like a Japanese, or Chinese style Modular

    The price is very nice. I would rather pay for a smaller 120$ set than a massive 250$ ( a price that was rumored before). But yes, we NEED Big Bird! Is it just me, or the minifigs look a bit like knock off characters from Times Square?

    I hoped for some modern architecture, but the Colosseum is also quite a remarkable structure, but unfortunately very repetitive.

    I wonder if they do the same three buildings as they did in the old set: Gringott's Bank, Ollivander's, Borgin & Burke's or they will change things up. Like the Leaky Cauldron!

    i world like to see a proper, large landmark building. Maybe something more architectural like Fallingwater (with a lot of detail and some nice folliage), the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao (not NY) or the Pantheon with it's amazing dome. Also I world be thrilled to see an Chinese or Japanese Temple or an updated Eiffel Tower!

    I do hope they would release a more architectural model, and not so many rereleases of buildings we already have

    I would like to know what are those 2 Creator expert sets: 10273 for 229,99€ 10274 for 199,99€ I’d guess that one is the rumored fairground drop tower and I hope the other one is a large landmark building!

    Wow! Looks amazing! I was thinking about doing the same thing. What are you planning to do with the parts you are left with from the second box?

    I hope for a French or Italian style building. Last 2 years there have been very distinctly American buildings and it’s high time to change that I wouldn’t also mind a Chinese or Japanese inspired Modular with a Sushi restaurant You know this would be a big success, couse the 80101 Chinese limited set were very desired. And just look at ninjago, that sells extremely well

    Leaks suggest that in 2020 there will be 7 Creator Expert sets: 10270 (16+) - 2504 pc - Modular Building 10271 (16+) - probably Vehicle 10272 (16+) -Fairground ?? 10273 - Landmark ?? 10274 - ?? 10275 - Winter Village 10276 - ??

    The Empire State is almost in a perfect 1:1000 scale, so that's nice. I'm planning to build the Chrystler in the same scale to match it.
