    Exactly. The fact that they sculpted a new shield mold, something they wouldn't do for the Stone monsters and their Forbidden Powers, for the Vampires when the Forbidden Pwers have so much more plot significance than the fact that the Vampires hijacked the Nexo Power network does, says that. Although the dual-sided helmet mold says something else entirely. We haven't seen something like that since Hero Factory Year 2. So that's food for thought.

    I curse the day that Teen Titans Go was conceived and a pox on everyone who ever worked on it. Literally nothing good has come out of that show. Literally. Nothing. I'd like that. Here's hoping.

    Ah. I see. Well, that still shouldn't stop them from releasing pictures of unreleased sets. Or at least descriptions. . . . But Chima had six waves?

    That. A good point . . but really, in this case would that be such a bad thing? If Lego themselves won't make the sets, is there really any harm in allowing bootleggers to fill the blanks? I mean, I wouldn't buy it anyway, except maybe from Enlighten, but how could it hurt? At least we'd get to see what they were planning. Maybe even MOC up our own versions of the would-have-been sets.

    Uh . . that certainly sounds like it's . . something. So the computer programming set combines with the only set from the summer wave that's redundant in terms of collection. (Other than possibly Air Pursuit.) Why not Firstborn?

    Well, huge might be a stretch, but I'm certainly planning a homegrown Virus Castle. And I know I'm not the only one.

    Years 1 and 2 each got twenty episodes. Even if we only get half, I'm hoping for at least ten. (A pilot episode that introduces the situation and shows Monstrox taking over, seven subsequent episodes that each focus on one of the characters as their respective Merlok Power is retrieved, and a suitably spectacular two-part finale.)

    I thought so at first too, and if we're going for how he appeared during the flashback that would be good. (In that case I'd suggest repurposing Kai's outfit from Hands of Time, just off the top of my head.) But I'm trying to keep to the Virus Vampire colour scheme, and that means black, green and white.

    Well, here's hoping. But, considering the article we saw . . I'm already working on a Vampire Castle MOC on Bricklink. When it's finished I'll post it. On the subject of Human Monstrox, just because there might not be an official figure doesn't mean we can't assemble one. Because the 2018 NK sets haven't arrived down under yet, but I think that a good starting point would be to take the torso and legs from VanByter No. 407, the head from Ghost Warrior Pitch (njo145 on Bricklink), a black hood piece and a Batman cape (which anyone who got BATMAN MOVIE sets has far more of than they could ever need.) Does anyone have all of those to spare who could try it and tell me what you think? (Of course, if anyone has a better idea I'm open to suggestions.)

    Yeah, but they're cultists. I don't want a cult in my city, and if I did, then all the minifigures there look the part, even Chen and Clouse. The grey skin just ruins Killow and Ultra Violet's usefulness. Eyezor . . actually, thinking about it, he might fit well as a biker, with his leather jacket. Provided I find him some new pants. Hmm.

    Well, there's a problem with that; Clay, Lance and Axl's wigs can be sourced from other places with relative ease, but they created a brand new dual-moulded hairpiece with added headphones for Aaron that's currently exclusive to the keychain version of him. And they'd also need a new part with a stud on the top for Macy, so that her red ponytail can fit in along with the rest of her red hair (unless you want to say the ponytail is the only hair she has, like Nadakhan or Magmar).

    Oh yeah? Then explain why Ultra Violet and Killow have the same grey skin as the Summer villains from the dragons wave? It's obviously not an accident, and there needs to be some kind of explanation for that little occurrence.

    I know that now. I hadn't seen episode 76 when I wrote that, I was going off episode 75 where it was said that the ninjas would be living in the palace for a while.

    Oh, yeah I see it now. It's not quite the same.- the trailers show us that the new show version has a rocket booster on the back. It is different from the model for what I'm sure is a good reason. Probably. Also, now that I've seen episode 76 (and decided Harumi is one of my new favourite characters), I think I get it now. The movie Bounty will have an extended product run like the Fortrex did and they want that to serve as the obligatory ninja base. At least until the Dragon's Den comes out in summer.

    They're going to need a new Destiny's Bounty first. Remember, the Bounty 2.0 was destroyed by the Vermillion? Plus, 'The Mask of Deception' proves that the Royal Palace is going to be the ninja base for a while. Which makes it kind of weird that they didn't create a Palace set, since they usually insist on including one set that can be used as a base for the ninjas each year. (Ninja DBX, Tiger Widow Island, Samurai X Cave, even Ray and Maya's blacksmith hut.) The only thing that could be considered even remotely like a ninja base this year is the Temple of Resurrection, and that's really more like a villain fortress.

    I can confirm that. Remember how everyone thought the Golden Dragon Master was gonna be Lloyd? Nope. I checked the box image ornaments the prelims; the masks each show the ninjas' eyes and the art of the Golden Dragon Master one matches the Kai one. I guess Lloyd doesn't get to be a Dragon Master.
