I've seen every one of the entries, but somehow missed this one! You've got my vote! Fun looking build!

Out of my 5 characters in King's Harbour, I would most definitely appreciate at least Captain Brickford and his father, Richard, to make an appearance at the ball. Sounds like it's going to be a fun time though regardless of who shows up! Can't wait to see the finished product!

I've never seen them in LDD before. I would very much like to have them in LDD though!

"Well, I managed to track down Sabastian for you father." "Splendid! Then let us go and start talking!" "Well, I struck upon the idea of forming a trading company in the islands and I'd like the four of us as well as Elijah to found it." replied Richard. "That's a wonderful idea Richard! Why wouldn't you tell me that on the boat ride over?" questioned Ralph. "Because it was neater for a big, elaborate reveal." "Oh..." "What will it be called father?" asked Nathaniel. "It will be branded Brickford & Brickford Trading Company!" Replied Richard excitedly. "It will take at least a month or two to get all the necessary paperwork and required permits sir." Ralph interjected. "Not a problem!" exclaimed Sabastian. "In the mean time I heard from one of my guinea pi-, I mean one of my customers that a grand ball is being held by the Colonial Governor! You would certainly want to meet him before finalizing any of your plans, I hear is a very agreeable fellow." "Then we have our course of action that we will follow." Decided Richard. " But first, lets find an inn that we can stay at and get more organized." (OOC) I hope you enjoyed reading my character backstories! They certainly were fun to write! I decided to make a dock MOC to show all my characters converging in King's Harbour. Thank you! Nope, it's a flex tube with 1x1 plates with vertical clip and then round 1x1 gold tiles on them. I thought it gave the bowsprit a cool look!

Very impressive build! Roof definitely looks like it took a while to build, but it turned out great!

Already a wealthy man who amassed a fortune raising corn in Northern Corrington, he had nothing to lose. It's got 14 cannons, 12 in the hull and 2 bow chasers. I was originally building it for @Bregir's sloops for the royal navy incentive, but I think I like it too much to part with it! Yes, yes it is! Thank you! I wouldn't either, that's why I'm sailing it! LOL! Thank you for the license help and I'm glad that you like it! For the time being I'm not sure. I plan to sail it out of King's Harbour, so I'll wait until after I talk to the colonial governor! I think she'll probably stay private, but working of course working for the crown!

@Legostone: I resubmitted my ship as a class 6, so you can go ahead and delete the old one whenever you want.

She's got 5 midsections. Thanks! Yeah, I went for a different aesthetic for this one. Most of my ships will have more curved hulls in the future.

Fantastic looking build @Ayrlego! I really like all the timber frame work as well as the stone foundation and the dark green is perfect! Nice job on the tree as well!

Class 6 Heavy Frigate "Lightning" Coppered hull Ship by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr My most recent ship build is this copper hulled heavy frigate which I have dubbed the "Lightning". It's got 40 guns in total. It has 20 24-pounders on the bottom deck and 14 9-pounders on the top deck. There are 2 24-pounders and 4 9-pounders facing backward. It has a copper hull for speed and maneuverability as well as 3 square-rigged masts. Crew size would be around 15ish. It has a small cargo hold/powder mag and has a weapon storage to arm the crew in case of ship boarding. Thank you! I'm mostly going to try and stick to class 3 - 5 vessels, but it's so much fun to build massive floating, cannon covered ships!
