[OL-FB] Some pretty large bones
LM71Blackbird replied to Keymonus's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Surefire way to get the WTC to come in and blast everything in sight to protect their cornered market! Nicely done. The bones and skeletons are great and look pretty fearsome.- 11 replies

[OL-FB]...mud, mud, mud...

Nicely done Jeff! As others have said, the tree is well done and I like the offset gun carriage. It looks like it is properly stuck! -
[COR-FB] Scoping out the perimeter

Nice to see some more irregular forces being put to use. The stream crossing is well done and the uniforms are nicely chosen. My only criticism is the choice of weapon. I see those as more western/modern versus colonial, but perhaps I've just spoiled myself with different varieties! All in all, a well done vignette! -

Beautiful build as always! The foliage is really nice and I like that you took it right out to the edge, helps frame it in. I'm a sucker for tiled roofs like this as well and using the wagon wheel for a round window is neat! Wildlife is always a plus as well, so I like the squirrel is the corner. Overall a from me! -
Prospecting in Quinnsville once again Like most nations in the civilized world, Corrington is on the search for sustainable wealth. Prospecting on the other hand is a gamble compared to more reliable, steady flows of income. In an effort to take the guesswork out of random explosions, Mayor Brickford of Quinnsville has employed the help of the Royal Engineers to help in locating a valuable vein of precious metals. Prospecting 1 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr -------------------------------- Overview of entire build in spoiler: A Prospecting build in another attempt to find gold on Quinnsville. C&C are welcome and appreciated and thanks for looking. Tagged @Ayrlego

Looks great! Has a nice rustic feel to it tucked away in the jungle. -
Hopefully! I gave her 12 points in Firepower and Hull and 7 in Crew. She'll be a tough nut to crack.

@Ayrlego can I please get the stats on the ship "Rusty Claw". Quinnsville captured it a while back but I don't have the stats for it. Thanks! -
A most exciting read indeed! Although we didn't sink her, I'm impressed the HMS Dominance is still afloat. I was hoping she'd be on our side when I built her though!

HMS Growler Quinnsville has been very successful with it's gunboat campaign in the Sea of Thieves. The brave sailors out of the large settlement have captured the Feared Pirate Bluebeard, captured several pirate ships and sunk or damaged as many more. That is why Mayor Brickford has commissioned another powerful vessel to be launched out of the Quinnsville Shipyards. Gunboat 1 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr The HMS Growler will take it's place alongside the other gunboats in Quinnsville's arsenal to make sure the settlement continues to stay well defended against any attack. Gunboat 2 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr ---------------------------------------------------------- A gunboat to replace one that was sunk in a fog many MRCA's ago. I can't say I'm fully happy with how the sail turned out, but I like the overall look of it fully manned. C&C are welcome and appreciated and thanks for looking! To be licensed as a class 1 ship for the City of Quinnsville.

I saw the WIPs over on discord, and the full build does certainly not disappoint! All the greenery really makes the build feel like it is carved into some thick terrain. -

Good to see Cooke and Montoya back on their feet! Wonderful build! The middle one with those curved walls and middle door is my favorite. Looking forward to seeing that ship in more detail as well.- 11 replies
