Congratulations to the designers of the Episode! I think it was well balanced, even if the rules had to be read more than one time to understand their cross implications, which isn't bad I guess. Motivation for the Episode was high to keep players interested. The context story was well founded and at the same time it gave the players a lot of freedom on the buildings. What to do with the next build changed over the course of the Episode and I feel that it was very good for the overall experience. Had a lot of fun building during this strange summer and seeing what others had or would build.

*Your entry has earned 7 XP* The attack to Pyerce’s blockade fleet at Bonadan has started. The Vengeance star destroyer, commanded by Admiral Glaar, is maneuvering to block Pyerce’s fleet. Admiral Glaar has its own fleet since the fall of the Empire, but for a reasonable amount of credits or the equivalent in supplies and resources he is willing to sell his services. He had connections with the Black Sun since some time and he has participated in some joint operations in the past, specially when fire power is key. Although no one penny cheaper, this time Admiral Glaar is more motivated, so he is personally commanding the operations to weaken the forces of one of his main personal enemies: Pyerce. Admiral Glaar: We have started our operations. We have sent three waves of fighters on Pyerce’s star destroyer. It took time but now the docking bay is disabled. Gashk: This will give us superiority in the space. Pyerce cannot send their fighters now. Admiral Glaar: Yes, but Pyerce’s destroyer has still shields, it will take some time to bring them down. Admiral Glaar: The move to take the shield generator is critical on this battle. Good work there. Gashk: Now it’s secured. Reinforcements are there to protect the generator. Fahne: But we should move fast. Pyerce’s forces could be regrouping soon. Admiral Glaar: General Douver, what is the status of the shields? General Douver: We have now the protecting shields from the ground. I’ve sent them the expected coordinates of our attack course. Admiral Glaar: Perfect! Now we are in a better position to attack Pyerce’s destroyer.

Excellent build! Full of details: The corridor, the exterior, the landing gear, the cockpit, the laser cannons, the rest room... That cargo mechanism is very good and the hyperdrive room is very convincing and well integrated with the exterior. I also like a lot that it can be fully opened.

The holo builds give the feeling that bridge controls what's really going on. Reminds me of Episode II on Geonosis. Well done.

Very interesting build. Some colors are difficult to put in, but I think they work overall very well in your build. I like the idea of the disturbs and the colorful posters.

Really good bridge. I like a lot the fact that it can be played up and down. Black builds are always difficult to shot, either too black or too glossy. So we may miss some of the bridge details.

Very well done that industrial texturing on the wall. Didn't know about those huge technic pieces. They help a lot to the atmosphere.

*Your entry has earned 8 XP* Pyerce’s fleet at Bonadan has been took by surprise. The ground shield protection has disappeared. Now the main destroyer ship has only its own incomplete deflector shields. A TIE fighter group from Black Sun fleet has the mission to disable the docking bay of the star destroyer, to avoid new TIE reinforcements coming from the ship. TIE pilot 1: On our way, the readings of the docking bay deflector shield shows it’s its weakest point. TIE pilot 2: Concentrate the fire in the bay! It will be disabled soon!

*Your entry has earned 9 XP* After the moves from Moff Pyerce Faction into several sectors, the Black Sun Faction is reorganising its forces to avoid the blockade of Bonadan. The Bonadan planet is well known for its mining activities. Pyerce forces have taken a key position in one of the mines inside one of the many craters of Bonadan to place a shield generator to protect its blockade fleet. The shield generator is believed to be well protected so the move has to be planned with care. Pyerce forces didn’t get too much opposition at Bonadan. Only a sudden surprise attack would give the Black Sun a chance to get that position. The objective is prepare a quick ambush to take over the shield generator. This generator must be taken intact so it could be used then to protect the Black Sun fleet instead to counterattack Pyerce’s blockade fleet. Fahne’s team has been assigned to that mission in conjunction with the special forces group leaded by Gashk, a fearsome Trandoshan. Now it’s time to see if the plan works... Gashk: The game starts! We have just a few seconds to sort out this thing. Fahne, watch out those Death troopers! Fahne: That wasn’t expected. I’ll deal with them, cover me! Sometime before... Commandant: What about the exploration of the caves? Death trooper sergeant: There are too many. We’ve found some resistance in there. These crystal mines are impressively large. Commandant: These crystals have many technological usages. It will be an important funding source for our forces. Death trooper sergeant: Some scouts are still patrolling but I don’t think we have any serious opposition here. Shield operator: The readings of the shield energy field are good, everything is working fine. Commandant: Perfect! Now the fleet is protected. Groodun: We have flown undetected. The dropship shields cover some fire being so close to the ground. This is a small advantage we must rely on. Hurry up! Gashk: These crystals seem strong enough. I’m covering you... Jump now! Fahne: One less! Gashk: Great, Fahne! This door isn’t easy to defeat. Minsk: Groodun, cannot jump with this fire... Move on a bit and leave me out of the crater. The success of the ambush is uncertain... Definitely not an easy task. Fahne: Next one! This one wasn’t easy neither. Gashk: At last! Mmmm... we have a prisoner here, Fahne. I guess you’ve thought twice this time. Technician: You had dumb luck. It won’t happen next time. Gashk: Jeh, jeh, we’ll see that soon, for sure. Brenda: I see no big shots down here. Gashk: The position is now secure, at least for a while. Brenda, how is everything? We have to contact the fleet. Brenda: Wait a bit, it isn’t trivial to check this. Ok, the generator is working fine here. Let’s see on top... Brenda: ...and the shield generator antenna is... in perfect condition. Job done! Groodun: Fleet contacted. More forces are landing to protect this position. Fahne: Gashk, wait for the reinforcements. We have to go. Gashk: We’ll give a surprise to Pyerce's fleet when changing the protecting target. See you then!

Excellent MOC! This is the best TIE Advanced I've ever seen in Lego. Is it too heavy/not sturdy for children to play with?

Not too much space to build a Falcon. The shape is much better with the new diagonal plates. And it has an interior! That's very difficult to capture at this scale, so to me it's a very good job, congrats!.

Got a 75222 Betrayal at Cloud City for 230€ at clearance. That gives me the option to build a better one for my children as the basis. Minifigs are great, so that's better than purchasing the pieces alone. The set has some interesting designs in it, but it cannot compare to the Death Star overall, not at all neither in playability nor in displayability. But as a foundation, for the price brand new, I think it's ok.

Fantastic start of Episode V! The opening scenes are great. The Echo Base interior is quite nice as well. Looking forward the next episodes of this season!

Great model! The overall shape is excellent. like both color schemes: red/white and orange/gray. Is it sturdy enough for children to play with?

A secret cargo with supplies for their fleet was lost after an ambush of an unknown group of contrabandists. Bernek Kobin, an aged and bulletproof soldier, has been hired by the new Republic for a while. He worked before for the Rebellion as well, where he got the rank of Colonel, but he had some very disgusting experiences with the Empire at the time and he wasn't too convinced to join the New Republic. He was very well known for its valour, effectiveness and efficient resolution. But not this time... Republic agent: Hello Bernek, glad to hear from you again! It's been a long time since the last time we met. But no so glad to see you in these conditions. What's even worse... it's raining cats and dogs! But seriously, we are exposing ourselves too much, even here. Bernek: Hello Robett. Glad to see you again as well and sorry for all of this. I didn’t know to whom contact. This is really urgent. I need to report to the Secret Republic Council in Coruscant. Robett: Mmmm... This is a bit harsh. It isn’t a typical request, I would say. Bernek: Come on! You know me very well. And my credentials for this kind of access rights are intact. I cannot make this request by the usual channels. We have fallen in an ambush, so I trust almost nobody. Meanwhile... Great bridge! An inspiring background for episode VI.

Now that it was highlighted in the portal main page, I was able to see all the sets. Thanks to EU admins to highlight it! I fully agree, even if I'm not that interested in some sets, as I have many of the minifigs, but this wave has a lot of good minifigs overall. But there are many collectors out there and many cannot get most sets. For me Ahsoka is one of the remaining minifigs I didn't have, and this set at 29,99€ has a good price, before I thought it was around 40€. The remake of ROTJ throne room is excellent, so I will take it again mainly to upgrade Palpatine, get some additional guards and save the pieces of the last one for MOCs, as it a good improvement overall. I share the feel with others of updating Luke hair, now it seems a bit outdated, given the good job they have done with Luke Ep 4 and with Han.

Thanks! I thought that the compacting function would be interesting for this build. Makes it more realistic, my children love it while playing and allows me to recreate the original Ep 4 scene that, if I have time, I will do soon in the main SW forum just for fun. The walls can be split in two parts to be inserted and removed from the technic rails that sustain the whole set. This was very handy for adjusting details and to store it unmounted. The upper back wall can be removed as well.

Just found these new set images from AAT and General Grievous. The AAT is ok, the Ahsoka minifig is nice and it is in a cheaper set, which is a good thing. I don't like that much the clone trooper though. A bit expensive I would say, given that it has only two minifigs + two droids. The General Grievous star fighter is just waaay overpriced for what you get. I still see the old 2010 8085 set in very good shape, comparing it to this one.

This is a fantastic build, with tons of wonderful details. The classic space theme was my favourite one when I was a child. The lunar shape is excellent and very convincing. I like specially the LL-999 ship and the base interior.
