  1. We are set to receive a few more "Jurassic" kits next year, but I'm not sure if any of them are based on the original film(s). It's tough to tell how many sets there will be in total, but there are going to be at least three wide-release kits.
  2. Yeah, no, I'm looking forward to the Houseboat set as well; maybe some Technic could find its way in there? Hey, folks - here is what I am aware of at this juncture on the Creator 2019 front: all of these should be out by the first of January, though some might be slated for a December release in the US. 31086 - Futuristic Flyer - $14.99 US 31087 - Dune Buggy - $12.99 US 31088 - Deep Sea Creatures
  3. I said what I meant. Take that as you will. I've updated my list. I will say that we are getting at least twenty TLM2 sets in the winter.
  4. Aw, y'know, man, that was a crazy mistake on my end; it seems that my keyboard glitched out and I had failed to nab it in the rush. No, I'm alright; thanks for mentioning this one, dude; I appreciate it quite a bit. :P
  5. That is incorrect; The Brick Show does not have the authority to "confirm" anything. You simply witnessed their clumsy mistake of leaving the word "rumored" off of the entry for 70680 on their 1HY list. :P As it runs, in all seriousness, I would not put any more authoritative confidence in The Brick Show than I would be willing to place in any vocal member of this site. They're sourcing their lists and "articles" from folks who operate off of forums like these, and while a number of folks have alleged that 70680 will be the Fire Temple, such a belief remains nothing more than the popular opinion of the user base here on EB; a user base that, while often accurate in its analysis of which rumors are veritable and which are not, is still simply the sum total of the aggregate opinions of random persons. My intuition suggests that 70680 is set to be the Fire Temple, but I have no way of proving that and no evidence to suggest such a neat solution to the mystery that we're faced with here, so I have to be operating off of the remainder of our deductive sources, and there aren't many of them in September. :P As it runs, folks can continue to/attempt to continue to allege whatever they'd like, but it would be nice if we could draw a fine line here on EB to demarcate the informed speculation of lone individuals who assert their potential for fallibility, and the ennervating, more unpredictable "mob mentality" of the rumor mill. I have, for my own part, alleged many things that turned out to be misguided assumptions, so I realize that this is certainly not a perfect science. Long post, folks, and I apologize in advance, but I wanted to get my thoughts out on this one. I think that we're still in relevant territory here. :)
  6. For what it's worth, I haven't heard anything solid that points in the direction of a 2019 Fire Temple; if the rumored kit is the 70680 Fire Temple, then I wouldn't rule it out, as the set number is confirmed for 1HY; that said, I wouldn't surmise that it is "confirmed" to any extent. -Azani
  7. It is $69.99 US, $89.99 CA, and 69.99 EUR.
  8. Where did you hear that? I was not aware of any conformation one way or the other with regards to 76123-76131 on that point, especially if those kits are set for January. :P
  9. The good news is that the Brickshow list is essentially just quoting myself and @Falconfan1414, so we can answer that bit for you. There are two DCSH sets that I know of that are set for a Winter release; initial rumors pegged the number at four, but I haven't seen anything to corroborate that in an unalienable fashion. 76116 and 76117 are both DC sets, and I have mentioned both in this thread. Additionally, just remember that anything that you see from The Brick Show should be taken as a rumor unless you see it here as well from a reliable source. They are not credible, and should be ignored. As it is, I would assume that the two kits that I mentioned above are not the entirety of our Winter line; we should see info on all DCSH kits in the next few months, including the potential 76118-76122. I was unaware of 76166 Batman Water Vehicle until relatively recewntly, so there might be more in the way of DC LEGO kits in store. Here's what we know: 76116 - [(Codename) Batman Water Vehicle] - $19.99 US 76117 - Batman Mech vs. Poison Ivy Mech - $39.99 US, 375 pieces Yup. In this case, I don't have any doubt that 76131 is the largest MSH kit that we'll see all year. :) And yes, it is a tie-in with Avengers 4.
  10. You're on point with that one; thank you for catching the numbering inconsistency there. In said case, I'd made a quick error; that said, this case is pretty atypical. :P I appreciate it; as it runs, I have since edited the post in question.
  11. I suppose that it's not really too reasonable to deny that some of those are set for Avengers 4. Because yes, a few of the sets on the above list are. :)
  12. Just to pull it all together into one place, here's a quick recap: 76113 - [“Spider-Man Vehicle”] - $20 US 76114 - [Spider-Man “Spider Vehicle”] 76115 - Spider-Man Mech vs. Venom Mech - $50 US 76116 - [DCSH Set] 76117 - [DCSH Set] 76118-71622 - ??? 76123 - [Captain America Set] - $20 US 76124 - MSH Set] - $30 US 76125 - [Iron Man Set] - $60 US 76126 - [MSH Set] - $80 US 76127 - [MSH Set] - $30 US 76128 - ??? 76129 - ??? 76130 - ??? 76131 - [MSH Set] - $100 US 76132 - [Probably a "Mini Vehicle] 76133 - [Spider-Man Mini Vehicle] - $10 US 76134 - [“Juniors” Spider-Man "Diamonds"] - $30 US
  13. No, and, I mean, I can see that; I have a small online presence, but I lack the spare time and social infrastructure to build a brand to compete with theirs from a PR perspective. That having been said, I seriously love what I do, and I'm glad to have a forum (no pun intended) that is interested in what I have to say. :) I posted a recap over in the 2019 thread, @Mountain Drew
  14. Yes, both of them have been mentioned in the 2019 thread as of last week - it looks as though The Brick Show is still happy to pull their "leaks" from me without much in the way of a reference with regards to whence they came from. :/
  15. We are getting three individual cars at $14.99 US each; those three are 75890, 75891, and 75892. One more kit will include multiple cars at $29.99 US; that particular one is 75893. Finally, a single set at around $49.99 is 75894. I don't know if we're receiving any additional sets, but that might not be our entire list for the Winter.
  16. I haven't yet heard this, though I don't necessarily/implicitly doubt it. Where is this making the rounds?
  17. Jac is actually incorrect; 76116 is the kit code named "water vehicle". Does that help? :)
  18. No. There is no rumored "Quidditch Lesson" set. A very inattentive person must have posted a screenshot of a listing for a 2002 Quidditch set on Instagram, and apparently, at least a few people were fooled by it.
  19. I mean that there will be five sets seeing a release between December of this year and February or March of the next, depending on your region. I don't mean "five sets seeing a release between August and December". TLG treats that interval as the "Winter" of the new year; thus, I do as well. :) Winter of 2019 is this next winter.
  20. I am the source on that figure. We are getting at least - possibly more - five sets in the Winter of 2019. I don't know much about them, and I cannot share any more information at this juncture.
  21. I would completely agree, if not for the spectacular Y-WIng blueprints that card holders pulled ahead with a few months back. That said, you could certainly argue that something a little more tangible is in order, or at least that those who caught hold of an early 75192 should have received some explanation covering why so little has been seen. Nope. Definitely bogus, and highly unlikely to be based on something real. You know that it's fake for a number of reasons, but chief among them are the facts that the list claimed that the four Juniors sets would tie into Resistance, and that Zuckuss was coming in the Slave I. If you're wondering why the "leaker" made those claims, it's because he or she didn't yet have the intel. that I had on the Slave I - namely, the fact that it will be a Juniors kit. If you'd like my thoughts on the issue, we should be starting a 2019 news thread, and adding a bit to the 2018 news thread that explicitly states that said list is fake. It should be pretty clear-cut at this stage in the game. My thoughts exactly. I wouldn't waste your time. No, we're not getting a battle pack with both Rex & Cody, especially now that virtually everyone else who is in the know on this site has discredited the Wizarding World rumors that came from the same source. Personally speaking, I would have thought that it was legitimate if I was unaware of the info pertaining to the Slave I.
  22. Who told you that? I'm the source of the bit about a Juniors Slave I, and I haven't heard anything about the era, whether PT or OT. I would assume that it's an OT-era kit, but that's just a guess. 75236 Slave I is 191 pieces and $19.99 US.
  23. An "MDP" is a retailer exclusive LEGO kit. This is what I know of so far, and am permitted to share on the sets front: The LEGO Movie 2 - Juniors™ Sets 70821 - $19.99 US The LEGO Movie 2 - DUPLO Sets 10895 - Unknown TLM2 Kit - $29.99 US The LEGO Movie 2 - Mainline Sets 70822 - $ US 70823 - ??? - $ US 70824 - ??? - $ US 70825 - ??? - $ US 70826 - ??? - $ US 70827 - Ultracatty and Warrior Wyldstyle - $ US 70828 - ??? - $ US 70829 - Emmet and Wyldstyle's Escape Buggy - $ US 70830 - Sweet Mayhem's Systar Starship! - $ US 70831 - ??? - $ US The LEGO Movie 2 - Retailer Exclusives 70832 - ??? - $29.99 US
  24. One of those sets is the Porg, and I believe that the other two (75231 and 75232) might be retail exclusives.
