Creator and Creator expert wishlist
Digger of Bricks replied to Ondra's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I think Medieval Village sets for even Creator's Three-In-One line are totally doable, as they could act very much like the theme's reoccurring modern-day houses that we see so often every year. Heck, they could even be part of an annual line of tutor-styled mini-modulars! -
Speaking of such, here's our first possible look at her character appearance in Toy Story 4 thanks to some purported promotional art for the sequel:

DC Superheroes 2019 - Rumours, Speculation & Discussion

Huh, I was just presuming that the 1989 Batmobile being spoken of was synonymous with the rumored DC/Batman D2C talked about earlier on this topic. -

Wait a minute, the "Burton-Mobile" is going to be minifigure-scaled, rather than UCS-scaled? -
Marvel/DC Cooperation with Lego coming to an end?...
Digger of Bricks replied to Anonknee Muss's topic in LEGO Licensed
Yeah, sounds like the seller is just trying to whip up some frenzied panic purchasing from his customer base. Note that his emphasis is on supposed ending production of "Super Heroes Minifigures" as if that's the only thing that has ever come from the playtheme. -

You know what'd make for an excellent architectural Creator Expert set? A Dutch Windmill!!! It is, yet it isn't at the same time, as its potential is severely underutilized... -
So, what are your hopes and speculation for the future of Lego's partnership with Blizzard Entertainment for the Overwatch theme? Which characters, vehicles, and locations are you anticipating for potential future waves? Here are @Oky's pictorial reviews of the theme's very first wave of sets: Eurobricks - REVIEW: 75970 Tracer vs. Widowmaker Eurobricks - REVIEW: 75971 Hanzo vs. Genji Eurobricks - REVIEW: 75972 Dorado Showdown Eurobricks - REVIEW: 75973 D.Va & Reinhardt Eurobricks - REVIEW: 75974 Bastion Eurobricks - REVIEW: 75975 Watchpoint: Gibraltar

The Pirates and Spies idea would be pretty cool to see, particularly if Lego were to make the next Alpha Team/Agents/Ultra Agents action theme also the next Space Police theme at the same time! Also, Space Racing would be a most vibrant and colorful antidote to Star Wars, with no shortage of eccentric characters, wild color schemes, vibrantly-hued canopies, sponsorship branding galore, and an endless variety of spacecraft styles!

If Emmet's car in that set had Bright Red wheels as opposed to Light Bluish Grey ones, that'd really throwback your alternate build!- 991 replies

What about a true* Space Mining theme, something perhaps to act as a spiritual successor to Power Miners ten years after the fact? * Not Rock Raiders, that is.

Huh, I never knew C.S. Lewis delved into Sci-Fi. Well, upon reading the novel's synopsis over at Wiki, I would like to see its narrative element of allied extraterrestrials and antagonistic humans incorporated into an original Space theme of Lego's. Now, though it may not involve antagonistic humans, one idea I've thrown around elsewhere before is for a Space playtheme focused upon a crash-landed crew of human space explorers defending the alien planet's natives against another race of invading extraterrestrial conquerors. It'd kinda be like James Cameron's Avatar or Edgar Rice Burroughs' John Carter meets Lost in Space. Highly unlikely, as the previous four pages of discussion here predates your own presence here at Eurobricks.

Excellent! Here's to hoping they'll be able do it justice, as the 2014 UCS Tumbler may have been easy to capture in bricks due to its angular aesthetic, but the curves of the "Burton-Mobile" may be a bit more of a challenge to capture cleanly. Also, what will be the chances they'll equip it with Batman Return's Batmissile function, and which villian(s) may accompany its presumed Keaton Batman figure? Plus, will it need a new windshield mold or other new parts for its construction, such as wheels, tires, or wheelwells? -

So, as we enter 2019, I'd like to ask y'all a question... What direction do you think the next Space theme should take in order to coexist alongside Star Wars? Who says such a theme couldn't or wouldn't include aliens?
