Thanks for the comments guys. Now that I've gotten around to taking some more photos... Without minifigs: The palace is, as The Penguin said, based on Bronze Age Greek Architecture. I've just been reading Homer's The Odyssey, and with the release of the Spartan minifig I thought it was the perfect time to make a few vignettes based on the story. This one's from Book 1: Athene visits Telemachus: Odysseus has been lost at sea for many years, and now suitors live at his palace in Ithaka, hoping to marry his wife Penelope. Athene comes to Ithaka to reassure Odysseus' son Telemachus. She tells him to sail to Pylos and Sparta, in the hope they may have news regarding Odysseus. Without minifigs: It's getting dark here now, so I'll post some more pictures later. In the meantime, comments and feedback are appreciated.

To be fair, the robot arm had the same problem in the Agents line: Though I'm surprised the caveman is so far down on the poll, I thought kids would've loved him. A hairy old coot with a club? What's not to like about him?

Thanks for all your feedback guys. Unfortunately I didn't get around to posting updated pictures before the contest ended. I thought I'd better post these before I forget again. The main difference is that The Bayonnaise has been placed on an angle so that it is more believable that it is ramming the Ambuscade. I've fixed that bloody green bush too. Enjoy! More pics here

I'm sorry, I haven't got around to introducing myself yet. I'm "Tiny" Parvaiz. Now where I got the nickname "Tiny" isn't important, but what is important is that I was once a pirate, making a killing up and down the Arabian Sea. But piracy's becoming too dangerous nowadays, so I've settled down here in Persia and make an honest living. As you can well see from my flourishing facial hair, I've managed to find my true calling as a coarse hair barber. Now that the formalities are out of the way... *draws sword* Which one of you swines want to get it first?

Does this correlate with the dark red tiles? If so, when Richard pressed the O3 tile a click sounded. However when my dear Ingrid pressed all the tiles on the left, there were 3 clicks and only one tile seemed to be booby-trapped. Very odd.

Stanton! That must've been who I saw when I was exploring behind the temple. I wonder if that growl was from the black hooded figures I saw chasing him before... Looks like he left a little structure for us. I'd like us to try making four of those. Then we can place one at each of the four alcoves and (maybe?) prevent more demons entering the chamber.

Hmm, have we confirmed that the stone blocks have to form a square? Could we arrange them so that they block all four alcoves? Maybe that'll stop all these demons from popping up.

Alright, we all agree we need to vote today. But the minute someone does, he gets jumped on for it? And we wonder why people aren't taking a more active role... But who's to say at least one woman is insane? It is very possible that the alignments of players in this game... of life were assigned randomly regardless of the group they belong to.

I've been working on a MOC loosely based on the skirmish between the British frigate HMS Ambuscade and the French corvette Bayonnaise. It's not quite finished yet, I'm working on some better rigging and a mast as well as a few other bits and pieces. Outgunned and outmaneuvered, Bayonnaise rammed HMS Ambuscade and proceeded to board and capture the British frigate. This was seen as a great victory by the French, and many paintings were made to commemorate their naval triumph. More info here Overview: Bayonnaise fires off a couple of final shots before the boarding. Under the deck of HMS Ambuscade. Obviously the green bush is just a place holder. Once I get my hands on the PoP sets, I'll be replacing it with a dark tan bush. The French boarding party: One poor frenchman loses his balance: Combat on the deck: Enjoy! Typically in a game... of life, about a third of the players are scum anyway. So whoever we vote for, coast guard or not, we'll have about a 1/3 chance of getting an insane. Because if there's only 1 insane coast guard, that means there will be 5 or so insanes among the rest of us.

*While the beast is stuck, I'll try to retrieve my bone. While I'm there, I'll also take a quick look at the alcove from which the demon came out of.*

I'll throw it hard. I have the strength of a lion when I'm in peril. Hopefully it'll bounce back anyway...
