    Oh noooooooooo! My ships, well, our faction's ships. L'Ardent and le Tonnant captured by pirates, how could that be? I really should learn more about the universe of Bobs, pirates capturing ship of the line, and two. Well, I imagine I have to sistership them now?

    @Mesabi I agree with Bregir's and Maxim's advices, and the following may be just useless repetition of what have already been said by them. The gun deck of a two-decker should be closer to waterline, try to build from the rear part of the second prefab hull and go up progressively towards the bow and stern, by so doing, we should be able to keep the upper bow/stern pieces. Now, you should have a curved gun deck, build another deck above this one, this should allow us to dispose about 20guns on two decks (20 with 4 stud interval between gunports, 24/25 with 3-stud interval). If you want to stick to the white/black/red color scheme, i want to suggest you to try balck-red-black combo above the waterline, and keep the white prefab hulls.

    Very nice build! I'm impressed by its size, you should get a ton of poppy at each harvest, have you planned on expanding oversea market? Like find some partners?

    Glad you like it! They are not C-3PO, hum, they are golden, hum, because I'm kind of in short of microfigs. Thank you Mesabi! i think we still have some microbuilds under construction, you'll see them soon. Thank you Elostirion, glad you like it! Thank you Ayrlego! The roof is made with cheese slopes, I think these pieces are better than slope bricks for microscale building.

    Funny, I was planning to build a poppy plantation too, and I didn't realized we had to ask permission from leadership for such a plant, so it's a good thing you ask first. "...one of the few remaining horses on the Island..."

    topmasts are not the topmost ones, I'm confused, so in fact topmast means the middle one and topgallant is the topmost one, aye. Let's start again, my topgallant masts are made from technic connector, except the topmost cone brick. My topmasts are indeed prefab ones. Yes, a lot of hinge bricks, and they cost a fortune. The sides are quite solide I think, able to withstand the force applied on them during the building and attachment of rigging. Now you mention it, I borrowed the idea of clips from you.

    Thank you Bregir! My photos are as bad as usual, the topmasts are made with technic connectors, except the cone brick on the very top, and connected to the prefab mast through two technic connector and 2 studs, and one 1x1 hollow brick. The tumblehome is attached on the prefab hull via 1x2 hinge bricks, there are transversal plates attached on tumblehome with clips (the 1x1 plate with a minifig's hand thingy) and discontinued vertical walls on the upper deck to support the superstructure and the tumblehome. In fact, I've learned a lot of cool techniques from the Shipwrights guild thread, a true gold mine to any shipbuilder. Thank you kurigan. I agree with what Bregir said, keep building and stealing borrowing other's techniques. Glad you like it Ayrlego!
