The shape looks great, even it's a based on Kurigan's technique, and Gnat is an appropriate name for its size, the island looks great too.

Another pagoda, and a nice one too. Just one suggestion, remove these red plates on the roof, your pagoda would look way better without them. -

Nice street scene, it's good to see the settlement gaining further development. I like the roofs built with round bricks, and the uniform look of these buildings reminds me of these apartment blocks in some quarters. -

We've been eating my savings since two months, but this one is an instant buy for sure, I missed the black barracuda when I was a boy, I'm not going to repeat the same error 30 years later. As to the to-do-list, mine wants a bigger flat and a new car for her own, ,and I agreed, so she won't say no if I buy a new lego set now, I guess -
It would be fun if our paths cross at some point. Thanks Fraunces, glad you like it. Thank you Faladrin. Thanks LM71, in fact it's quite simple to build. Thanks Maxim, appreciate it.

Thank you for the approval, my sire, I'm gonna announce this policy to the natives.

Glado you like my buildo, and I'm happy to use some of these ninjago figs in my builds. Thanks Thaum, and the ladders were indeed supposed to represent windows, my son thought I was building a prison.

[OL-Challenge III-Cat A] The universal language
Bodi replied to Bodi's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Thanks BD. That torso comes of the pirate ship of the LOTR, I think. Indeed, and I'm not discrediting deliberately the Lotii here, if you are interested in that part of history, you may search for the Portugeses in Macau in 16th century. -
It's something new seeing Olean soldiers working with natives, instead of persecuting them. Is it a wind of change blowing through the trees? Nice wood fort under construction.

[SR - Ch III - cat A] Study trip to the south.
Bodi replied to Professor Thaum's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Amazing build! I like the idea of two builds mirroring each other, though it took me a while to understand what you aimed to represent with this one. -
After having searched half the city, Captain Surlecoup and Mr.Fish finally came in the front of a wooden house, of architecture slight different from the surrounding Lotii buildings. - Mr.Fish asked:" what are we doing here?" - "To see a old friend", said Surlecoup, while knocking on the door. The door opened, the three men exclaimed nearly simultaneously "Kojima!" -" Pas possible" - "Capitaino sama!" It's was Kojima-san, a former crewman of captain's privateer ship, a pirate from the east, who decided to left the adventurous life to marry a woman and live anonimously in a small coastal town, Wuzhen (the town of Fog). Surlecoup hoped that the Lotii sailor could give some hints about the lastest raids. Ironically, he didn't know Kojiama wasn't even a Lotii, but this doesn't mean the former privateer was unable to give him some precious information. The two Oleanders were invited in, and sat around a table, drinking the tea served by Kojima's wife, Haruna-chan. -"Dou iu ko to de su ka? Lotii fleeto in El Oleondo? I know a man maybe who can tell us more about this. Chotto matte." The former privateer left for a moment and returned with another man wearing armour and looked like a man of condition, who was introduced as Takahashi-sama, a foreign envoy who has gained the favour of Lotii's court. According to him, the Lotii warriors weren't going after Carnians' gold, they weren't interested by some parcels of unproductive land in Corries' hands. Their mission was much more important, finding Emperor's young brother. Indeed, the Lotii on the throne was an usurper, he wrested the power from his own brother, luckily, the young man managed to escape and disappeared in the wide ocean.

Very nice indeed, impressive work, Ayrlego.

Nice work with the seabed, I like how you've depicted the salvage process, not only with words, but also with bricks.

Great writing Captain Genaro, it's fun to learn more about the rivalry between Lavalette and Calida. Nice builds too. -
A question, can I submit more than one entry for cat.A, because I want to give a sequel to captain Surlecoup's story.
