    It's from City Divers (HS getting spring green shark instead) and definitely looks GITD. You could argue the same (not Lego-like) about previous animal moulds, such as the black manta ray.

    Didn’t know that, just saw the uninspired “knights” but makes sense I guess. At least the trans-purple head is definitely HS.

    More pics out there showing this head (confirmed trans-purple!) along with the goblin and orc...possible these are also coming with the Castle/Prison sets?

    Nope. It’s coming in the summer City subtheme (Divers) along with new manta ray. Pretty much sums it up!

    I’m sure many will love it, but personally I find the design very underwhelming. Can’t quite put my finger on it, just doesn’t have any real charm, unlike say the Old Fishing Store.

    A better pic of Vaughn Jackson has leaked showing front and back and what looks like trans-purple head.

    Resembles? That’s very clearly the same Vaughn G Jackson character (Parker’s ancestor) that rescues Jack in the HS. As for the “statue”, looks more like a human that’s been turned to stone AND in process of being gloomed as well! Could even be Jack himself?!

    Hammerhead looks perfect as expected, love the sand blue colour too. Don’t forget, the existing shark in new colour (spring green) will be in this summer’s Hidden Side submarine set.

    Personally I think it should have ended with TLNM and the Shark Army (still a shame they never made the army of burnt generals as CMF). And of course, it peaked with Ninjago City, such a fantastic set. Since then (except maybe elements of the oni/mask series), it’s spiralled downwards in terms of story. Just become very stale at this point IMO.

    I take it these licensed mosaics are pretty much the same deal (concept, 1x1parts and 100 cost) as the selfie photo booth mosaic maker machines that have been present in a few flagship LEGO Stores this past couple of years?

    This will make 10k no question. And deservedly so. Superb, I hope it gets approved, licensing issues notwithstanding.

    Issue 6 of HS magazine out, nothing of note story-wise (unlike ep15 of the web shorts which showed the bowler hatted ghost and race car helping Jack). Next issue mid-April/Easter finally has the gloomified subway worker the Czech market got last month.

    Still massively disappointed in that Gru minifig. If ever there was an opportunity to make another moulded headpiece like Mr Burns from the first CMF Simpsons, this was it.

    That’s interesting as in the interview with ART, he clearly says the complete opposite almost as the main reason for this venture.

    Very underwhelming compared to S19 and even that was fairly hit and miss. Oh well, one less option for the kids’ to spend their pocket money on! Alongside the current DC, that’ll be 2 consecutive CMF series they’ve shown little interest in.

    About 5 years too late IMO. Nothing much to get excited about either MFs or builds.

    The fantastic Creator 3-in-1 Pirate rollercoaster set is the best comparison here in terms of price and part count. It had a complete circle and lots of fun features. This HS fairground sadly has neither.

    This 4-year timeline got me thinking if we’ll get another LE series this year? Or is too late to have heard about this already given the EURO 20 football (soccer) tournament starts in June?

    It’s an Asian theme sourced directly from Asian literature and primarily aimed at Asian customers. Fairly certain it will get leaked before any official LEGO event.
