  1. Hey folks! So, my NASCAR has been sitting on my shelf for about a week, and today I spent about an hour trying to get the roof done, but to no avail. I am running out of white pieces and ideas to choose from. If anyone has any ideas for the roof, I would be glad to hear them. I might scrap this project soon though, because I want to build other things. Cheers, Let's Build!
  2. Alright! The long-awaited "Audi" is here! (The reason I call it an Audi/Ferrari/Mclaren/Corvette because it has the features of all those makes, plus the logos of some.) Features a fake engine, openable cockpit and engine cover, and as a bonus, IT CAN ROLL! Wow! Huge acheivement there! Anyways, pictures! There you have it! Enjoy, and I will be glad supply any more information you would like! Cheers, Let's Build!
  3. I really like the look of the cab. You captured the front grill perfectly. I look forward to seeing the complete model! Cheers, Let's Build (I like the light and dark bley)
  4. I quite like this idea, but unfortunately I don't have enough parts to do something like this. I do hope to one day accomplish something like this. Cheers, Let's Build
  5. Where did you find this information? I wonder if they've got more pictures... Cheers, Let's Build
  6. @frikandeloorlog faster. it's too slow in my opinion.
  7. I really like the idea! The only thing I would change is the speed of the animation. otherwise, very smooth! Cheers, Let's Build
  8. Yeah, wouldn't you know a thing or two about fitting minifigs into small spaces. Thank you for your compliments. Cheers, Let's Build! P.S., pictures of the Audi will happen by next sunday, so hold yer horses!
  9. I really like the curvature of the fenders. The Bluish-grey actually works quite well! I like it!
  10. Wow! I really like this! It's builds like this that inspire me to build small things.
  11. What I have is an old 9v train controller and it plugs directly into the wall. I use it for testing out systems, but I guess it could be used for your purposes, seeing as it's not a vehicle. Cheers, Let's Build
  12. I really like your attempt, but I feel like it just looks too squished. Four-wide is difficult, but it's not really suitable for large semi trucks. I really like the chromed horns though.
  13. Yeah, I wish I could too! Actually, it's an audi/mclaren/corvette/ferrari! I'll explain more when I post it. Yeah, I had started by laying out the 8x16 tiles for the garage, then just got carried away, forgetting to check the proportions. The house is actually of odd-numbered dimensions, leading to some pretty annoying circumstances, such as the gutter not quite working properly. That's the way to think! Sure, I'll post some pictures of the audi when I get some black paper for the background. Cheers! Let's Build!
  14. It's a pretty nice model, and the only thing I don't like are the rear wheels. Otherwise, I like the red seats! Cheers, Let's Build!
  15. No, It's not, it can be found in any speed champions set.
  16. Hey guys! Here is my working space -- not too good, but serves its purpose. Anyways, Have fun, and see you guys some other time! P.S., sorry about the grainy picture.
  17. I saw this on TLCB (The Lego Car Blog) yesterday, and it really impressed me. I plan on trying to build when I get the appropriate wheels. Cheers, Let's Build!
  18. @Doug72 I have the same problem on my macbook pro!
  19. Hey folks! I'm back again, this time with a whole house! Yes, that's right, a house. My biggest system lego build to date, it weighs just over five pounds. It is collapsible for easy transport, comig apart into four easy-to-carry sections: the front of the lower floor, the rear of the lower floor, the top floor, and the roof. If anyone has any better ideas for my roof, I'm open to ideas. Without further ado, please welcome, MY HOUSE! (please note, this isn't my real life house. You will not be able to find a house that is like this in the real world. Do not waste time trying to find this house. Thank you, have a nice day.) You can find more pictures at my flickr. Cheers, Let's Build!
  20. @agrof, Nope, still doesn't work. Whatever. Thanks for your time.
  21. @agrof I can't access the page. I'm not sure what the problem is.
  22. Very impressive! On my Must-Build list now. Good job! Cheers, Let's Build
  23. If you look above at the previous replies, you can see that he already knows.
