  1. It sounds like you have a type of ackermann steering setup. To get the footnotes under our posts, go to your account, settings, then signature. write whatever you want to be in your signature there, then press save.
  2. Oh. Thank you for educating me on this topic. I heard somewhere that they actually did have a joint just behind the cab, but I guess I was wrong. I'll go edit that post.
  3. It is quite possible, seeing as Unimogs and other trucks of the same type do usually have a joint in the middle. Just kidding, @Saberwing40k just taught me that they don't have joints there.
  4. Wow! The only qualm I have is the fact it is mainly light blue or azure. I look forward to buying it.
  5. Could someone PM me the images please? Or at least tell me where to find them? Thank you in advance. Let's Build!
  6. Hmmm, seems like an interesting model, probably features large wheels.
  7. I have damaged many wires on my models, leading to unusable motors, collecting dust. It's scary how fragile they are.
  8. Mine is to actually complete models, not just give up when I'm 90% through.
  9. It would certainly be worth your while! As thirdwigg mentioned, it's probably selfish of us to get you to go, but it would be super useful to have that information, especially after last years Porsche discussion, where we thought it would be motorized (boy were we wrong), to prove that we need someone who knows their stuff to go collect intel for us.
  10. Usually it's like that for me, too, but I wasn't sure if that's what I should've done this time. That's a really good way of putting it. Thank you for your input, it's greatly appreciated.
  11. I had the same thing happen to me, too! I could've sworn I had two of these in pearl light gray, but I still can't find them. They work great for headlight areas on technic cars. Cheers Let's Build P.S. Your link is the wrong one. It leads to Wikipedia's bernstain bears page.
  12. Heylo, As some of you know, the Buggy motor is very expensive, very rarely appearing under $50CAD on Bricklink, so if anyone is selling a buggy motor for below that price, I would be glad to hear about it. Thank you, Let's Build!
  13. I would like to do that too, but I don't have enough motors, nor changeover catches for gearboxes.
  14. Hm, thank you for your insight. I just thought that maybe the community would like to get involved in it. Thanks anyways.
  15. Big question, Should I make it all manual, certain functions motorized, or full RC (drive and steering remote controlled) with other functions manual?

You can't post there until you have 10 posts, I think. Sorry.

  18. Ah, yes, there it is, thanks.
  19. I cannot see your picture...
  20. It certainly is a nice car, very curvy, like the Mclaren F1. It was also from the same time. Does anyone know if a W engine is like \\// or \/\/ ? The lines are cylinder positions.
  21. Hey folks! I started a topic for all my models, because I didn't want to clog up the forum with useless topics, I decided to place them all here! I'll kick things off with a WIP idea: Volkswagen Nardo in 1:11th scale. For anyone who doesn't know what that is, I'll save you a google search. This is what it looks like: As you can see, it's very curvy, so it will be a difficult model. Anyways, cheers, Let's Build
  22. I really like the use of the dark-green slopes as trees. It really adds to the gray, miserable, uninteresting design!
