I have kai's dragon. I like the dragon itself, the kai fig is very nice. The villains are a good recolor of the recent fire snakes. The one thing I am not really fond of is the wing but I tend to modify my Ninjago dragons.

Damn that's a lot of wolverine claws. Build looks great. The texturing of the buildings looks wonderful with the use of plates, bricks and rounds. The landscaping is top notch with all the different plants, flowers, and trees. The stone walls also are a nice touch as they were used to separate property lines. So many details to look at just a really fantastic job here.

Yes true in the actual historical sense for this earth but I can use it in a fantasy setting for corn or any other type of plant I can come up with. That's more what I was thinking about. I'm not into building medieval European settings. I'm really interested to see what the cob piece looks like. I would like a rooster mold but if they just recolored the chicken to look like a rooster I would be fine with that. Also the more variety the better I would like to see black, brown, and grey chickens. Also an actual duck or goose mold would be fantastic too. I would really like them to expand on the color options of the small bird, currently I think we only have white and blue. I would like to see the small bird in yellow, orange, red, black, purple, grey, etc. -
Another great creation Pantelis. I like the inclusion of the sand green in the castle walls. The tudor style parts with the dark blue and yellow are a nice black falcon touch. And I looks like you could go even bigger with different sections combined with the way you have it laid out in the fourth photo.

Very intricate tile work. The floor looks amazing. There are some great patterns throughout the build. The Nexo Knight shield pieces are so versatile and you put them to good use here. The columns look great with the alternating pieces. Overall a wonderful build.

I thought he said a new corn cob piece was in there too. I need cows this is great and a piglet and lamb sounds great too. I really wish they would have put a proper rooster in the chicken house. But overall sounds good to me. -

I personally like the old parchment background the most. Then either black or white. -
Why all the hate for Legends of Chima?
zoth33 replied to Lego David's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I completely disagree about the figs. I use the figs for all kinds of fantasy applications like assasins, elven figs, specialized warriors, etc. I actually use the female eagle torso's for custom elven female warriors work great and the printing looks wonderful for elven armor. The raven heads I've used on the outrider bodies from marvel with black hoods for dark rangers. The wolves look great for werewolves and are really useful for fantasy, horror, or even your city layouts. I am currently using the fire wave outfits of the chima lions as a special forces unit for my lion knights, the lion heads actually look really good and I use red capes and hoods to complete the look. The bat figs I'm currently using as vampire lords. The Ice figs of the sabertooth tigers I'm using for mummies, and Ice zombies. The armor is quite versatile for WOW custom figs, I use some of the armor for Arch angels or paladins. I also use the golden armor for my custom sea elves knights. The scorpions are part of one of my evil lords army. That being said the printing on the torsos and legs are great for several applications. And that's just what I've done so far. Yes a lot of the Ninjago figs are great to use also I have several of the villain factions in various armies of mine. The fire snakes and Ice zombies I have the most of. -

Yeah I usually do big B&P orders. But recently I've had some extra expenses so I will have to wait a little while to get some more parts for fruits and vegetables. I know you can use the ice cream piece with the small 3 leaf plant piece to make a bunch of grapes. I do like the wig they used for cabbage. I'm planning out a large fantasy castle/village and trying to figure out what plants and vegetables I want to use. Also just ordered more sheep in the last B&P order I did a little while ago. I really am hoping for goats though we need more goats. And I need more chickens also. I will be experimenting a lot with things over the winter to see what looks best. -
The rock work is great. The water is amazing looks real. I like the different levels to the castle. Some nice texturing on the walls and the sand blue roofs work really well here. The trees and plants add nice pops of color.

Some really great ideas here. I really like the evil mermaid, enchantress, golem, plague doctor, sultan. The combined mecha, steampunk explorer, and olymic archer are very nice too. The evil mermaid and the sultan really stand out to me and have great details. The golem also has great detailing. I like your new crow piece. Oh and the wild west lady looks just like she is from the old western movies. Wonderful work all around. I really think this is one of your best series overall.

Great idea using the Chima heads. Now I really need that blue dragon head. Kiosk looks great and nice use of the ingots for the stone street.

That Moltor fig is so useful. Great build. The visual is wonderful with the portal. I don't think that broad sword is going to do much to the demon though

Or it might end up in B&P you could hope. Also Ninjago has more dragons all golden dragons coming later this year. Also a set in Ninjago called the Crystal King which seems to be a mech or some type of large brick built version of the main villain by the piece count. There is also The temple of the Crystal King which also sounds interesting. I can't wait to see what the villains look like for this hopefully not snakes again. -

Yeah this is great. I can't wait to see what other animals we get. Hopefully more goats, a new cow maybe or bull, recolor pig, recolor for chickens and hopefully a rooster, maybe a horse of a different color. They may use the sheep from the disney farm set too. This could get us some things like cabbage, grapes, some type of melon like watermelon, hopefully some different plant pieces. The wild animal rescue could have something new too which would be great. Right now I'm just waiting for the new squirrels to pop up on B&P. -
[MOC/WIP] Medieval castle and historic city of Thun
zoth33 replied to victorycount's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Excellent job. This would be amazing in real Lego form. Very nice details throughout the build. I like the way you did the water. All the little buildings and shops look great. I like the cobblestone walkways. There is a lot of windows in this city that must have taken awhile with all the different styles. Happy New Year to you as well. -

This does have a very northern feel to it. The build is nicely detailed and I like the snow effect throughout the build. The figs look great too. -

Any bricks used for castle colors like grey, black, sand green, dark blue, and whatever others you feel like using. Also a lot of green and brown pieces for landscaping and building civilian buildings. You can find a lot of that on bricklink. Fig wise same site bricklink to find whatever figs you are interested in like the new black falcon knights. You can use bricks and pieces on the lego sight to find parts and fig torsos and legs, heads etc. The obvious choices right now of sets to buy would be the blacksmith shop and the 3in1 castle. Ninjago has some nice figs to use also the monkie kid has some good figs for fantasy settings. There are some good figs coming in the next cmf coming in January. I also use some figs from marvel and DC that have useful torsos and legs.

Very nice dragon. I like the colors used here. I actually think it would look great with wings too.. It is designed very well.

Some interesting combo's here. I like the use of the black falcon pants on the crown knight torso. That torso for Geralt seems to be the most popular choice i've seen. Nice work.

[Freebuild] Embervale Advent Calendar 2021 - Heroic Fantasy
zoth33 replied to Aurore's topic in Guilds of Historica
Just catching up on these now. Some great figs and little builds here. I like the goblin and snowman, the fountain is nice, the fairy fire mushroom is one of my favorites so far with the contrast in colors of the sprite and the mushrooms. There are some very creative designs too like the albemic and the pyromancy. Great job so far.- 143 replies
