Agree but it will come down to who they put in charge of the set and what they can use as parts.

To be honest they took a lot of liberties as a whole and even said so in interviews to the point of saying that since Tolkien didn't say it doesn't mean it didn't happen. That's basically how they have explained everything that's not in the written material.

That's interesting hoping it's better than the live action we have gotten this year. This is supposed to be the golden age of fantasy in media but has fallen flat. The only live action I have enjoyed so far is House of the Dragon.

Just my opinion here but ROP was terrible. The acting was really bad except for maybe Elrond and Durin. Galadriel was unbearable to watch for my own liking. The fight scenes were choreographed badly. There were to many plot holes and not enough explanation of story lines. Plus there was no real sense of time and space in the show. There was a lot of bad things in the show it did have some good visuals though. I just think it really missed the mark on a lot of things and won't go into great detail here as that would take forever to explain. Jackson's films aren't perfect either they left out some things and put things in. My main gripe with the films was how they cut Gondors mighty armies down so much in ROTK that they looked so weak. All that being said ROP just didn't feel like middle earth to me. If Lego does ROP sets I really hope they also do some from the original trilogy and the Hobbit. Hopefully we do get some more Middle Earth sets soon. That's great. She really was unbearable to watch. With that being said fantasy has really been bad this year with ROP, Willow and the Witcher Blood Origin. The Witcher Blood Origin might be one of the worst shows I've ever seen and Willow isn't far behind with ROP right there with them. I really hope the Dungeons and Dragons movie is better but I won't hold my breath. So far DOTA dragons blood and other Anime have been way better than any of the live action stuff. The only live action i've liked this year was House of the Dragon.

Did you get the name Glorfindel from LOTR inspiration? The building looks great. I like the colors used and the texturing of the walls is nicely done. The snow looks fantastic here and really is the standout part of the build for me. Great job.

Yeah brick warriors has some nice stuff. I like the paladin sword, some of the helms are nice. The elven sword and dragon sword are also good additions to any army.

Finally found some at the lego store in Danbury CT. I got 2 trolls and a conservationist for the koala. All the targets and walmarts I've been to have not had any so far. I will try barnes and noble tomorrow.

No targets around me had any and the one lego store I went to only had one box. I was able to pick up 2 trolls and one zoo guy for the koala. Gave the second troll to my youngest son for his collection. Hoping to find more soon. Walmart didn't restock yet. Maybe I will try barnes and noble tomorrow.

Rings of Power has nothing to do with Rivendell. And there is no way that's possible as this set has been thought about at least 18months to 2years ago already. Rings of Power had nothing to do with Rivendell then and since the set comes out in March it would have nothing to do with Season 2 as they haven't even started filming season 2 yet. Not only to mention that Season 2 won't be out for at least 2 years from now.

Wonderful scene here. Nice color choices. The use of tiles and plates makes for a nicely textured ground. The additions of all the animals and birds makes for a lively scene. All the different figs really brings the marketplace to life.

The white one not the one from Return of the King the one from the Hobbit in his ethereal form. He had the crown and a white tattered cape.

This is an interesting design with the home attached to the barn. The interior looks good. The roof looks good but the large slope pieces do look a bit off to me. Nice overall job.

This is so true. I guess you could mount the Eagle with a baby or maybe a minifig with midilegs. The witch king is still one of my favorite figs. Theodins armor is fantastic. The orcs were nicely done and great for customizing other figs like goblins and such.

The set looks great. I loved the Blacktron theme. Wonderful to see it back. I still have some of my old figs floating around in my collection. The amount of people going on about the Zelda triforce thing is annoying though it's like people have no idea that things existed before. The Blacktron symbol was out 2 years before Zelda released their triforce.

Another great series. Phantasm and Clayface are my favorites but I am biased towards villains as they are my favorite characters in Batman. Also your version of Manbat is wonderfully done.

Ok I did hear that I'll have to see if i can find some. The target i was at the other day I didn't see them I can see if others may have them.

That is really sad. I did manage to get a second copy of the set at 50% off from Walmart back in the day.

I really like the use of the light and dark grey here. The tower designs are very nice and add some depth to the build. The roofs look great. Great looking build overall.
