  1. Opps. My misakte, I simply assumed it was a sheild because of the sword Though I agree, the sword is really nice, especially the counterbalance. I look forward to your update!
  2. Perhaps explain a bit more? like last time what constitutes as a armament? what is a hacking tool? What are you looking for in design? etc
  3. Great showing eveyrone! Awesome entries, and very deserving winners! Congrats!
  4. The over all shape is definitely different and works well for you. The articulation in the wings is neat and creates a great shape. I'm not too fond of the articulated head... the third picture is a bit odd to me - why would a ship need to bend like that? or is it suppose to be a vertical launch ship? and requires that angle to load to load the pilot in? Maybe if you wrote up a bit more story - and explained why/where this came from the articulation would make a bit more sense Also very nice base - great usage of that piece!
  5. Where to start? I love this Nice and balanced, some nice little CS touches. Great piece usage - particularly the head and the rib cage (looks awesome) and all the random greebles in the back Though given the huge sword, the sheild looks a bit puny no? Still awesome build!
  6. DraikNova, For round two you'll need to have VERY CLEAR scoring requirements posted ahead of time - so people know what they're building. This is doubly important as you are the only judge - people work hard on these builds so they need to know that they're being fairly judged based on some actual criteria. Sound good? (Great builds everyone - keep up the fun work )
  7. We will have to try harder next year.
  8. Merci Patrick pour les statistiques! I believe the 76 NA LUGs were LUGS that Lego 'knows' about. Which includes: Active LUGs that communicate with LEGO regularly, inactive LUGs that have bit the dust, actively LUGs that LEGO knows are active, but don't communicate with LEGO regularly Wasn't South Korea thrown around with a really high LUG membership? like 20k or something crazy? My memory of Brickworld is a bit hazy at times.
  9. Yoshimitsu-San Welcome new brother! Apologies on the lateness of my welcoming... These are difficult times in Historica, tales of Elementals running rampant... But I digress, You, your mage and your privateers are welcome into our ranks. We will need all the help we can get in this war... Saladus The Moon Lord Kha is fantastic. I love the dark tan terrain you built amd that tree! Rasputin I saw this build on Flickr and it was awesome. I loved the lava work you put in and the really awesomes set of figs you used. Really captured the scene nicely haha I was wondering when Sand Worms would show up - It was under the 'things I could build' list form day one - but I don't need to build it anymore - your worm is awesome. Great rock work and the action is perfect. Great job. Oh Mikel you and your LDD's ... makes me want to break it out and learn how to plan like you do :) Looks great though can't wait to see it built! Erudhalion - you're 'early stages' images are fantastic. That looks better than some of my "finished" mocs I'm eagerly waiting to see the finished product. Sorry everyone for my absance (though you guys and don't really need me), things get busy in Summer time / have been working on something else lately - But I think everyone will like what we're doing As always I can _always_ be reached by PM if there are problems or if you're bored and want to chat
  10. I saw the when you posted this earlier on flickr... It was awesome then and awesomer now! Octomechs are the way to go! /highfive The new background is great! It almost takes too much attention from the mech. The eel is awesome. As is the photoshop work showing the different profiles! Great work and good luck!
  11. Ditto. But pep had so much fun I had to do it too!
  12. So I noticed a disappointing lack of SCI-FI Friends builds... so I decided to kill two birds with one stone... Build a ReBrick contest entry and build a Summer of Friends MOC for fun Hopefully this will inspire more people to join in the Sci-Fi Friends fun Enjoy! FRIENDs or Foe? Don't judge a book by it's cover... not everything is as it seems.... Dangerous things may come in colourful packages. Scratch the surface and you'll be surprised at what lies beneath. -- Built for the ReBrick contest- go vote at:ReBRICK
  13. First off - welcome to Eurobricks! Great to have you. Secondly - wow! That is a spectacular fighter! While the yellow might not make you think galactic patrol - it certainly looks fantastic. The colour blocking you used is superb! Btw in future you can use the "share" button on flickr and copy the 'bb code' and paste! It embeds the picture and provides a link back.
  14. Really nice job! Some nice shaping and fun parts usage. The scouting pod is great. The integration is well done - but what really makes me go is what you put IN the pod! Incredible amount of details. I kinda like the monochrome colour - scientists aren't overly flashy so it works. Slight nitpick: the white is slightly off - you could try some photo software to make it gleaming white (since you have so much white!)
  15. Awww I was hoping there would be some fancy graphs (us Computer/engineer/technical people like that stuff!) and Venn diagrams that they showed at Brickworld speech. Anyways still very enlightening.
  16. Another nice MOC. Very recognizable. I just pulled up some pictures and it's pretty darn close! And the photography totally reminds me of the movie poster! Good luck!
  17. First off, Welcome to Eurobricks! Secondly great Xenomorph! (Ahh where's my Pulse Rifle?!) It's a shame Cuusoo rejected it, though I can understand why they did... still it's a great MOC! Any plans on expanding this and building it more into an action scene?

    GLaDOS

Fantastic build. And the lighting is incredible. I really liked how you used the flex tubes to create the curves. And the wires are just perfect. really well done! You can check out his flickr stream for a few more pics
  19. Had a happy 10th Birthday! With fireworks! - Birthday wishes from Ricecracker, I had my 10th birthday (according to my cake) and got a massive fireworks display too!
  20. Happy Birthday Dragon!
  21. I've always loved your TFs ... but this one is particularly amazing... What absolutely blows me away is the SIZE of it... it's so small! at just over 6 studs, that's almost LEGO car size... but it TRANSFORMS Really great job... It's hard to offer suggestions/constructive criticism... and such as what might not look good in robot form, may be necessary to make it work in car form, and vice versa...
  22. Fantastic! I love the little shuttle bay The saucer is really well done. Brilliant job... (even though Enterprise D was cooler )
  23. That is awesome! And have yourself a wonderful birthday!
  24. Happy Birthday Canada!
  25. Fancy pants engineer here. I can imagine your job:   then probably followed by a
