Mirko strikes again! The ST movies are mostly forgettable so I’m not surprised I don’t remember the vehicle, but the build looks fantastic. I love that you’re tackling things others haven’t. Expectations for a StarBricks build are high and you certainly seem to have met them yet again! look forward to seeing more and getting my hands on a book, though add me to the camp that has been (im)patiently waiting for the bomber to release first!

Many years ago I went to visit my family back home. I was reminiscing about a bakery we would frequent when I was a child on Sundays that had the best donuts. Glazed, as large as a giant’s fist. After spending most of a week dreaming about their donuts, I woke early to this pastry heaven. Walking in, I was immediately drawn to the pastry case where my beloved donuts lie waiting. Imagine the look on my face when they looked nothing larger than my adult hand. Reluctantly taking a box home after being told they were the same recipe for years, I hoped to recapture the feeling by biting into one. Alas, not only was the size not as I remembered, the donut did not melt in my mouth. It was as if all I had remembered from childhood was a farce.

Apples to oranges. What UCS set would you compare to whatever-the-ship from Ragnarok? The closest example I would point to is obi’s Jedi star fighter which was half the price and sold poorly. Sand crawler? Iconic. I’m still assuming this is an early leak of an avengers set but if from D2C a play set final battle seems most likely.

@RedHoodPug your son still enjoying the theme? My 6 yr old son was gaga over the starter plus CMFs on Christmas then forgot about it until this week. After adding Yoshi’s house and Boomer Bill he’s back playing when he can’t play on the TV. I still don’t find the theme that exciting personally but it’s clearly a reasonable hit with my son so I will continue to buy and add on. One piece I am excited to see is the time block, as I am building some very large courses and it’s tough to get through them in time without cheating.

The other 1,000 pieces for the truck it tows? orange / white worked on the heavy lift helo, maybe blue is second vehicle. Doesn’t make sense for heavy truck to tow a car.

@kbalage I’m not sure how much building techniques have evolved since the studded age but what worries me about that video is the life support dangling behind the dozer that don’t see the rest of. Not sure if it was due to limited space in the frame or what but that would be an obvious issue if they were to go the pneumatics route. With how well the blade and ripper move I assume an air tank was involved too yeah?

Super Star destroyer or ATAT are easy ones but the list dwindles quickly after in my opinion.

While I still think the DS rumor is crap, I did wonder if, were it true, it came with a fleet battling around it.

If it achieves a purpose or look unobtainable with currently available parts and is not prohibitively expensive I don’t see the problem but I am more of an MOC buyer / builder than a MOC creator.
