Fair enough answer but I still stand by my position of “but why”. Maybe once we see the D2C it will make more sense but it just seems like an unnecessary inclusion.

I thought the problem with the tantive was the packed play features into a ship people were wanting a model of and sacrificed quality / size. I know for me, it doesn’t belong on a shelf and as such at best I am buying it for the figs (like all the MBS sets). The build up and then later let down was much more recent and painful, being a ship. I’d long since forgotten about hoth, sorry about that!

I assume you’re referring to the tantive? Wasn’t labeled a UCS but I agree. I also don’t understand why adults are interested in play sets / features in the first place but this forum says they are.

Lovely. Not sure if the MF cockpit piece is a cop out or a practical solution for the engines but it doesn’t look bad and is much cleaner than the wheels used on 10030. Hopefully there is a production run problem and I can pick up a few early to flip for the holidays. This should be in high demand.

Try and play the stupid silhouette game after the obvious large OT stuff (DS-MF-CC-ISD link) is done and it ends quickly. There aren’t enough proper OT sets (I suppose something Endor related is coming sooner than later) and there won’t be some box clue linking whatever is left. Not that I think there is a proper PT or ST set that warrants a UCS set of that magnitude but that would also cause a critical failure.
