If I‘m not mistaken, that set list comes from multiple sources, so Cobb Vanth being correct has little bearing on the veracity of the rest of the list (Besides, we don‘t even know if that rumour is true either. Could be a different set with Vanth!)

…That is indeed Cobb Vanth‘s helmet Great news! He‘s high on my minifig wishlist in any case, no matter what set he‘s in. He only has the helmet during the first episode of Mando S2, but it‘s not like that would stop TLG from throwing it into a TBoBF set However, my guess would be a set with his speeder built out of a podracer engine, as in @Mandalorianknight‘s mockup. As for the timing, maybe they‘ll release a handful of sets based on S1-3 as additional movie tie-ins sets? Granted, the teasers alone show plenty of set potential, but maybe they‘ll save some of those for the 2HY waves

As I‘ve said before, it just seems like they took 3-4 years worth of Clone content and compressed it into two waves I just hope they don‘t overcompensate from next year on by shoving a similar stream of OT sets in our faces I want something from every era! Luckily, with the new films, more diverse sets are back on the menu anyway, boys.

Say what you will about this year, but that comparison‘s hyperbolic to the max Yeah, too many Clones and buildable figures, sure, but what we do get is of good quality. We receive characters, remakes, and pieces people have been requesting for years and the builds look good too! Overpriced, yes, but still. GoT S8 had little to offer to anyone. It outright destroyed years of character development and made a farce out of everything So it’s not even close to comparable.

Indeed, it’s a mentality I really cannot get behind. Like the people who skipped the first two episodes of Squid Game S2 to get to the games. So much important set-up they’re missing! That said, I can somewhat understand the mindset of skipping anime-exclusive episodes/arcs (actual filler) simply because they are not relevant to the overall plot as dictated by the manga. Personally, I’d still watch them since even filler can be entertaining!

Also, the main tower is ridiculously tall. I wouldn’t be surprised if they decided on a modular design partially to make the whole thing more stable and easier to transport!

I’d want both, to be honest. I know I said we should all ignore these obviously fake rumours, but a Cobb Vanth vs Cad Bane set would be amazing! It’s been three years, but I’m still miffed that we never got any proper TBoBF sets. One set was based on the post-credits scene of Mando S2 and the other was essentially a Mando set as well The show had so many scenes begging for sets, and yet we got nothing. Boba riding a Rancor while fighting giant droidekas isn’t set-worthy apparently?! But I digress. Fingers crossed for some actual rumours soon

Just as a heads-up, a certain wannabe leaker is at it again If you see a list featuring a midiscale Venator, that’s his doing and should thus be swiftly ignored.

Pretty early for 2026 factory leaks, but I’m not complaining! Looks awesome! I’m a sucker for transparent pieces, so this is right up my alley!

The idea of the “parking lot” means they give themselves more time for decisions. A project can end up there for up to 3 consecutive periods, i.e., an entire year Negotiating licensing agreements is a potential reason why a project might benefit from the additional time, but I’m sure there are others. Technically, the concept isn’t new since they’ve delayed decisions before, but now it has a name and is handled more formally.

Which other themes though? Disney? Technically, but it took them 2 years to start releasing minifigs as well and Disney is an extremely broad theme, unlike Wicked. I’d say the only chance for minifigs is the other 18+ set, but that may just as well be a collection of buildable objects

Too early to tell. However, it’s pretty clear we won’t get another CMF series covering D+ shows X-Men is a good guess! By 2027, they should be front and center in the MCU.

Thankfully, all my post-2010 stickers are in good shape! Some older sets look a bit rough now, like the 2008 Gunship And some of my 2005 stickers are disintegrating, while others are still okay

It kinda got out of hand I have two LEGO rooms now (one for movie/TV themes and the other for videogame themes) and unlicensed sets are mostly on display in the living room, while the basement contains nothing but boxes According to Brickset, I’m currently approaching 6k sets and 11k minifigs, though to be fair, they list every CMF as a separate set, inflating the number a bit. Sounds like you had quite long-lasting Dark Ages! I never experienced those I wonder how many other AFOLs skipped them, seems pretty rare!

1999 Though I don‘t have anything pre-2008 on display anymore and I didn‘t become a completionist until 2013, so there are some gaps in the first half of the theme‘s current lifespan, like the AT-OT & Dropship, Super Star Destroyer, UCS Imperial Shuttle, and UCS B-Wing ^^

While I generally buy every set from the themes I collect, I do draw lines. For instance, I ignore store builds, multipacks, and most convention exclusives And Mr Gold. I‘m not paying $2k+ for a single minifig! I agree with the consensus. You have to give us something better if you want us to believe you. So far, these are the safest bets anyone could have made. Swing for the fences!
