LEGO Star Wars Set Discussion 2025 - READ FIRST POST!!!
BrickBob Studpants replied to MKJoshA's topic in LEGO Star Wars
1999 Though I don‘t have anything pre-2008 on display anymore and I didn‘t become a completionist until 2013, so there are some gaps in the first half of the theme‘s current lifespan, like the AT-OT & Dropship, Super Star Destroyer, UCS Imperial Shuttle, and UCS B-Wing ^^ -
LEGO Star Wars Set Discussion 2025 - READ FIRST POST!!!

While I generally buy every set from the themes I collect, I do draw lines. For instance, I ignore store builds, multipacks, and most convention exclusives And Mr Gold. I‘m not paying $2k+ for a single minifig! I agree with the consensus. You have to give us something better if you want us to believe you. So far, these are the safest bets anyone could have made. Swing for the fences! -
Wicked 2024 - Rumors & Discussion
BrickBob Studpants replied to TheBrickPal's topic in LEGO Licensed
Why would they suddenly switch to minifigs? While I’d certainly prefer that, it‘s a minidoll theme. At least there‘s the wall art set! -
Wicked 2024 - Rumors & Discussion

Courtesy of @Lego_Minecraft_Goat, we have more information about three of the sets: 75685 The Wizard of Oz Wall Art, 1518 pcs, €/$149.99 75687 Elphaba’s Forest Hideout, 228 pcs, €/$24.99 75689 Kiamo Ko, 890 pcs, €/$79.99 Interesting how the first one says „Wizard of Oz“ rather than „Wicked“. Or maybe it refers to the character, or rather the giant mechanical face? -

There won’t be a new book this year since it’s too soon for another encyclopedia again The Brickheadz set will have 5 figures based on GoF, but that’s all we know at the moment. Probably the four champions plus Rita, Karkaroff, or Madame Maxime. -

Lack of trust in DC films after a deluge of underperforming instalments They will backpedal soon enough if Supes does as well as hope it will! -

Allegedly, the Spiderverse CMF series will feature trans-orange stands! Always cool to see variants of those! -

Yes, simply because it‘s Batman He‘s „break glass in case of emergency“ personified. -
Licensed Lego Ideas - Support & Discussion

I recently advertised my current project in the other Ideas thread and completely forgot we also have one for licensed projects specifically, so here we go! If you wanna see The Emperor‘s New Groove potentially join the ranks of the previous Disney Ideas sets, please consider supporting my project! Thank you very much! -
DC Superheroes 2025 - Rumors & Discussion

My guess is that they’re being cautious after getting burned multiple times with the DCEU and first wanna see how well the DCU does before jumping on board At least I hope that’s what it is! -

Just finished it like 10 minutes ago, and it’s stunning! I had to put it next to the Burrow since it didn’t fit where I initially wanted to put it, and it kinda makes that set look small in comparison What’s less stunning is that I’m still missing two of the portraits I thought I might get lucky, and instead I was greeted by two Helgas and two Basils, both of which I already had! I know I could easily order the missing ones, but I want to see if I can complete the set without resorting to that. Hopefully we’ll still get more next year! -

We've seen many many frauds over the years here on EB alone, so of course people are sceptical whenever someone new starts dropping rumours You're right in that trust must be built, as every established leaker has started from scratch! One has to start somewhere, after all! However, as others have pointed out, we would need more specifics before we can trust your info. Something that goes well beyond what anyone could guess just by watching the M&G trailers -

Could be worse. Imagine they still did SDCC exclusive minifigs, and Supes would be this year's choice! The poor people in the parallel universe where that's the case... -

We have two of the 2026 set names courtesy of @Lego_Minecraft_Goat, namely Chicken Farm and Zombie Dungeon. Nothing too spectacular-sounding, but one can never have too many chickens! -
Shameless plug time My latest Ideas project, The Emperor's New Groove: Kuzco's Palace, just went live! Thank you very much for your support!

Lego One Piece rumors and discussion
BrickBob Studpants replied to Battlinpanther's topic in LEGO Licensed
My thoughts exactly. A designer recently said the new colour was gonna be only used for hairpieces and animals at the moment, and I haven‘t spotted any other hairpieces in that colour yet! Same. One Piece marks the fourth time I got into something thanks to LEGO acquiring the license, the previous three being Harry Potter (first contact was through a teaser in a LEGO magazine in early 2001), The Lord of the Rings (seen the movies multiple times before the theme came out, but it increased my interest significantly), and Ghostbusters. Not a theme, but Hocus Pocus was similar in that I finally watched (and enjoyed) the movie thanks to the Ideas set! -
Not yet! I‘m still sceptical about that alleged leaker. Sure, he seemingly got One Piece right, but that might also have been a lucky guess or perhaps he had a good source I still think DBZ is a bit too violent for LEGO, but the original DB might work! It would be kinda hilarious though to have Monkie Kid be replaced by a different adaptation of Journey to the West

I doubt that‘s the way they‘re thinking. After all, the snail piece might have been developped with the den den mushi in mind, but they simultaneously appear in the new Animal Crossing sets as well -

One of the inmates has once again escaped the Aslume! Bake him away, toys. Exactly. An entire sidebuild being added to a set we‘ve already seen prelims for is incredibly unlikely Besides, since the BP pairs up nicely with the TCW-inspired MTT, I highly doubt they’d base it on ROTS specifically anyway. -

That‘s the piece I immediately thought of, but it hasn‘t been used in ages. The last time it showed up was in CMF S12 in 2014 -

Just finished building the Balrog set and I have to say, to me it‘s one of those sets where pictures don‘t do it justice! Love it So surreal to finally have a minifig-scale Balrog!! -

Like the snail, I don’t count it since it also appears in the new Animal Crossing sets ^^ The cowboy hat fits well enough me thinks. Too bad about the feather tho! If Captain Hook’s hat didn’t also have his hair attached, that might have been a good fit
