Wow, these look much better than I thought!! The Spider-Man 3 and AoU mini dioramas are pretty fantastic in my eyes and that buildable Iron Man also looks great to me! Love the new Ghost Rider and that new flame piece that also shows up in one of the Harry Potter sets ^^ Mysterio‘s skeleton faceprint is noteworthy too! And of course, SM3 Venom! It‘s not often I‘m excited for a Venom minifig! -

You‘re right!! So we went from 2 prints to 6!! Impressive! Hopefully we get at least one more Death Eater in the 2HY sets so we can display all 4 of the new ones simultaneously without being multiple copies Has anyone figured out yet whose masks the new designs are based on? -

LEGO Star Wars Set Discussion 2025 - READ FIRST POST!!!

Honestly, I like that approach. The Inquisitorius is a useful group of antagonists in particular since they‘re kept weaker than the Sith on purpose (both in- and out-of-universe), yet are still a credible threat to a lot of our protagonists in that era. You can‘t have Vader show up every time and let the heroes survive each encounter Same reason Ventress was created, I suppose, to avoid constant encounters with Dooku. And since they‘re essentially cannon fodder, the writers can also kill them whenever they want! It‘s annoying to me to have duels and battles where you know that all involved will survive. Maul teaming up with Ezra and co, surprisingly killing the Seventh Sister and Fifth Brother, only to then turn on the protagonists will always be one of the coolest moments in SW animation to me. -
Upon closer inspection, the bubble appears to be the round piece introduced earlier this year. Still, it‘s in a new colour and NPU to boot!

He does glide like a flying squirrel though (actual misnomer), which is worse than flying like a bee. To the gallows with him. -

Disappointed it‘s not the tale itself, but the DH symbol appearing is cool! ^^ -
Pics are out! It’s gimmicky, but I really like the series ^^ Some neat accessories like that new bubble piece and the lion tail!

I TAKE IT BACK, THE PIXIE IS ANGELIC COMPARED TO THE FACES IN THE FLYING FORD ANGLIA They took the wrong lesson from this year‘s Hagrid & Harry set. These might be some the most cursed printed pieces ever summoned. -

Or more than 4 months, like the recent DC sets You‘re right in that this pattern still mostly holds up, but I feel we‘ve seen more and more deviations from it recently ^^ -
LEGO Star Wars Set Discussion 2025 - READ FIRST POST!!!

If all TFA gets for its anniversary are a midi-scale set and a helmet, and all ROTS gets are a BrickHeadz 5-pack and two playsets (plus mayyyybe the microfighter), what chance would RO stand? I certainly wouldn‘t mind a small wave of RO sets, but that itch has mostly been scratched with Saw and Galen showing up in sets, as well as the recent U-Wing. Fingers crossed for a BrickHeadz set at the very least! K2 in particular would be a riot -

Our punishment must be more severe. Actually, they should do that! We can finally have a Man minifig then!! -

RIGHT?? This is exactly what I wanted!! Took em 5 years, but still, so awesome to finally have it That said, the more I look at the Lovegood house, the more I think it‘s my favourite set of this wave. Love the angles and overall shaping, plus the colour scheme, all the nice details from the scene (including the kite), and of course the minifigs! And if the Tale of the Three Brothers is actually being represented, this will already be a contender for best HP set of the year for me. Ron being absent is the only blemish in my eyes -

Love them all, except for the demonic pixie Xenophilius and the Death Eaters look great, love the arm printing on the trio in the PS set, and the builds are awesome, particularly the Lovegood house! I wonder if the light brick is used to illustrate the Tale of the Three Brother scene, sort of like a shadow play akin to one of the Lunar New Year sets. The book is included, after all! -

Not always tho! The One Piece sets for instance were revealed in June and the Wicked sets in July, both two months ahead of the respective release ^^ -

Still don‘t know what to think of the Absolute situation. Design-wise at least, as I don‘t read the comics Absolute Batman for instance has grown on me to the point I wouldn‘t mind a minifig and characters like Bane and Croc look cool (while being on steroids that are themselves on steroids) but what on EARTH is Absolute Jonkler!?! -

Not exactly a bold prediction since they always reveal sets on the first of each month -

I‘m not As I said a coupla pages back, I think the only reason they haven‘t done that before was that the satin colour range was only introduced in 2020, by which point the stag patronus had already been released in glitter trans-light blue. They could‘ve switched colours for the subsequent patroni, but likely didn‘t for the sake of consistency, which I commend Also, glitter trans-light blue might soon go the way of the dodo since it hasn‘t appeared in a set all year -

LIES. We all know John L. Ego was forced at gunpoint to sign a shady DC licensing deal with WB and has since tried to get out of the contract by making products he passionately hates. And it‘s not working. -

I know it’s a wishlist, but someone‘s being very optimistic here We’ll get a regular TIE Avenger, a UCS TIE Avenger, a polybag, a gingerbread version, and a venomised one before nine of these mechs. We‘re all in the Aslume for a reason. The only one that stands somewhat of a chance is Doom. He‘ll definitely get a big marketing push next year, and if he becomes even remotely as popular as Thanos, he could earn his mech in 2027 -

Sir Cadogan and Salazar Slytherin I‘m glad they‘re all equally rare, but it‘s still tricky to get a full set just by collecting regular sets ^^ Some people may portray collectibles like these as an introduction of kids into gambling and the like, which is not fully without merit, but at least CMFs and these tiles (plus the chocolate frog cards and One Piece wanted posters) don‘t have chase figures/items. The same cannot be said for most competing collectibles -

Agreed, let’s burry this topic before the mods step in, I forgot this is the actual DC thread and not the lawless Aslume It’s too early to tell, but I‘d be very surprised if we got any DC sets next year beyond the ones in March. 4-5 a year was the norm lately, and the March wave already consists of 4. Wouldn‘t they wait until 2027 for that tho? -

Good one Also, I forgor to mention, it‘s nice to see that they continue with the same portraits! Third year now, so it‘s a new record for these collectibles ^^ Good! Now I kinda feel silly though for having given up and ordering the two missing ones on Bricklink a month or so ago.
