It’s pretty annoying that SM-33 is not included in the set, given that he’s the ship’s first mate Agreed, I’m definitely hoping for a second set too since we need more of these pirates other than Vane! I’m glad we got the Onyx Cinder at least, but the show has a lot more set potential based on the trailer alone. Has it been confirmed to be in the movie? The trailer used a lot of stock footage after all

The question though is whether it’s iconic enough for a D2C set Iconicity is a major factor for D2C sets, after all. The remaining shops aren’t plot-relevant and Borgin and Burkes appears only in two scenes. A regular set seems more appropriate for something that’s nowhere near as recognisable as Ollivander’s, WWW, or Gringotts.

Wasn’t it already confirmed that the SW logo doesn’t come with any minifigs?

That‘s one issue with the idea of a Knockturn Alley D2C set, the other is its lack of significance. I don’t think KA is important enough to deserve its own large-scale set If it came with some missing well-known DA shops, maybe, but even that is not very likely since the shops with enough significance and screentime to warrant sets have already been made (LC notwithstanding). That said, a KA expansion to the smaller-scale DA system could still be in the cards.

It’s a weird choice since A) the piece specifically created for her is still around (it was just used in a Friends set in white) and B) the Dumbledore hairpiece doesn’t exist in dark red yet, meaning it’s actually the more expensive route, unless it shows up in an unrelated set as well

Good to hear that dioramas haven’t gone the way of the dodo yet! The TV comment is interesting too, since we havn’t seen any dioramas based on shows yet, SW or otherwise. Sounds like they have something up their sleeves

I quite like these builds, especially the Emerald City set! Even the buildable figures are a lot cuter than expected. And is that a new water lily piece? Now if only they had minifigs rather than minidolls…

That would make the most sense to me. The Hobbit hair makes no sense for Bill since we actually see him on-screen, whereas Charlie‘s never depicted outside of that photograph in PoA, so they can give him whatever dark orange hairpiece they desire I hope this leak forces their hand a bit. I need clearer pictures asap

Both versions of Jorbius suck, but I still don‘t know if Forehead-Damage or Ketchup-Crow would make for the worse minifig Neither of them would have much competition My least favourite official Jonkler minifig is still last year‘s weird interpretation of Nicholson‘s version, but even that one isn’t bad enough to deserve being named in the same breath as Jorbius.

The TNBC set has leaked! Looks fantastic in my opinion and the minifigs look great. Zero is absolute perfection My only point of criticism is Oogie being omitted, but I saw it coming
