Knew it wouldn’t come with just one cycle. This is an amazing set. I wish we could get Flynn’s classic cycle and a recogniser, but this will do me!!!

So is this new set what was rumoured to be the suitcase??

Jurassic Park Set is a huge dissapointment in my opinion. The gates and the cars are the obvious choices, really weird set to produce.

Out of the 3 Sets I have the only printing issue I found was Falcon’s face was a little too far down, making his forehead massive. Just gonna ask Lego for a replacement- 3,962 replies

I think it was more a ‘coming soon’ thing, so maybe it’s May? Or late April

The Lego DC book in 2013 also covered the 2006-2008 Lego Batman Sets, so I would be very surprised if this didn’t cover everything too.

Marvel Superheroes 2018 - Set Discussion

So I’ve had some of the sets a few days now, here’s a little review: Outrider Dropship Attack - the minigures are quite good, the outriders are better than most of the one-off armies, but the sub-Ultrons are my favourite. But then having 6 arms is just silly, why not use the Garmadon mould? Would have worked perfectly. Cap’s hair is too light and widows torso should have been black with sand green printing, and she should have white hair. Apart from that the minifigs are good. The dropship has some great pieces and colours, and is a nice small scale recreation of the on-screen vehicle, would work great in a Wakanda diorama, even if the scale is off. Oh, and cap’s “shield” works fine to me. overall a nice little battle pack, however having just Cap and 3 outriders would have been better. Thor’s Weapon Quest: Groot is a good minifig, although I hope this rumoured polybag is real, because the bored teen expression doesn’t really work for an adult Groot Minifigure, there should be leg printing and some more shades of brown in the print, so unfortunately this comes across a bit plain. Rocket is good, but just a repeat, his weapon is inexcusably lazy. Thor is good but again just plain, the solid black just looks boring compared to all his previous colourful iterations. His weapons is great though, a good size and doesn’t stand out as brick-built. the ship is alright, probably looks better when with the Gurdian’s ship. The colours and pieces are great, lots of useful parts. The little forge thing is meh, pretty rubbish, but all the power blast pieces are great. Hulkbuster Smash-Up: the minigures are a mixed bag. Bruce’s repeat is another inexcusable bout of laziness. Falcon has some improvements which are welcome, but still feels lacking. The wings work better in person than they look, although the previous mould was good enough I think. Proxima Midnight is great from the top to her waist, then some more plain black leg laziness. The outrider ive already mentioned but it’s nice to get another. I hated the Age of Ultron Hulkbuster; it looked like bad out of scale Duplo. This is still out of scale, but damn is it actually well designed this time. Every weird detail is actually accurate upon inspection of promo ar (such as the grey joint pieces sticking out from the legs, they are the knee joints on the actual armour). The stickers and placement of colours are all accurate and everything is pretty perfect. My only criticism is the shoulders are a bit small and out of place compared to the rest, and the torso could easily be reduced by a bricks height. Apart from that I was pleasantly surprised with this, the set that was at the bottom of my purchase list. The Wakandan weapon (the style is the same as the Talon fighter so I’m gonna say this is Wakandan) is fine and better than the Veronica cage thing in the last set. out of these 3 sets is reccomend the Hulkbuster the most, the dropship is worth the £12 if you’ve got it spare. But the weapon quest is only worth it if you don’t wanna buy Thor and Groot separately, and if you wanna connect the ship to the Guardian’s ship desperately- 3,962 replies

I wouldn’t say it’s unlickely at all’s there absolutely no way they would make Brickheadz for the 2016 film. That crashed and burned hilariously. Pretty sure if there’s Ghostbusters it will be the originals.

Managed to score 3 of the Sets in John Lewis in the UK today (even more Awesome is that it’s my birthday too) the Cap and Widow Set was £11.99 the Hulkbuster was £29.99 and the Thor Set was £19.99. gonna keep checking incase they put anymore out, finding Sets this early in the UK is a huge rarity so was an awesome birthday present to find! Also got both Black Panther Sets; the builds are fantastic but the figures are awful.- 3,962 replies

Well that’s a huge dissapointment. Do the Brickheadz actually sell? I’ve only ever seen them shelf-warming and on clearance

Probably in a different set, the leaks were clearly wrong at this point

They do it with DC, there were no films in 2014 and 2015, and there’s no film this year until December.

I think they could easily omit the clock tower from the D2C and basically remake the 2004 Hogwarts Set next year, have it come with Dementors. if they do Hagrids Hut I hope we get a new buckbeak, the Dimensions build was cool but a new moulded one would be great.

A brick built one with moulded legs and head could maybe work

But also the play features were different. The leaker said Voldemort and dementors could smash through the wall. Whereas not only is this feature not in the set, but those minifigures aren’t either. i think this is just an occasion where someone got some dodgy information. I hope this means there’s more minifigures in the Willow Set. i always thought the CMF list was fake, it said there were 20 minifigures and not all of them were named, I think it was just someone’s wish list.

I think we could expect Atleast a Dean Thomas Minifigure. considering how easy it would be to just reproduce the black minilegs and House jumper torsos, is anyone else expecting a lot of random students in the D2C? If it’s a huge playset like Death Star/ Ninjago City/ Assault on Hoth, it stands to reason that there may be at least 15 minifigures, maybe even 20+. We could easily just get the main 3 characters (maybe with robes or regular clothes), an alternate Dumbledore (maybe Gambon if they do PoA), the staff seen in the first 2/3 films (professor sprout, Flitwick, Lockhart, Snape, Madame Pomfrey and Filch) and then all the “important” students (Neville, Sheamus, Dean, Ginny, Crab, Goyle etc.) there could even be some more in the CMF series, maybe there’s 22 minifigures because a few of them are short students to populate the school?

In addition to Minerva having the dress, there also seem to be some towers at the front that weren’t in the official pictures. I think this set won’t be exactly what we’ve seen in the press release by the time of release

Interestingly, Minerva does have the new dress piece! Maybe the printed legs are place holders for the early press release, the set is still 5 months away...

I bet the person who wrote that long speech about how they won’t be at toyfair is kicking himself now, kinda funny anyway, this set is absolutely perfect! Just perfect! i think this wave is based on just the first 2 films, if they’re planning on keeping this theme going for years with the FB films, that means each wave could focus on the next film(s). Next year we could get a clocktower set if it’s not in the D2C. I expect that the D2C will contain a brickbuilt Fluffy to go with this theme of beasts (I guess you could even count the tree as a beast). I can see it also including Lockhart, maybe a pixie mould, snape, even more students, the troll, maybe Tom riddle. Focusing it down to the first 2 films really allows them to cover all bases!

It still could be. I don’t really understand why people keep saying the visitor centre, surely the gate and jeeps are the better and more iconic choice. Hell i’d prefer the T-Rex paddock wall for it to smash out of
