Despite the Doctor Thaum being a big fan of innovative design and materials, a friend of Callaghan, a retired ship designer, conceived this potbellied ship for the FTA. Here comes the FTA Bolsillos Llenos, from shipwright Diego Garcia Larron y Pognon. Here for the first test off the shore of Tortuga. The figurehead : filled with a skilled crew... the first setting of the mainsail : Man overboard ! the rear castle a class 5 cargo for the FTA C&C welcome, bonus pics to follow the holds while LDD in progress

[MOD] Martian Colonization Base, 4x 60227
Professor Thaum replied to Horlack Bricks's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Nice ! I like it. c'est bien d'avoir gardé ces anciennes plaques de base space classic, elles font toujours leur petit effet. -
Really cool creation, with very interesting part use ( the lampposts , the bush in the barrel, all the blades on the tow truck ) The colors are inspired and I love this old school style. Great job !

Professor Thaum replied to Capt Wolf's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
STOOOOP. I didn't want to light the touch paper, it was just a thought. Never mind, the court has enough to do. ... and I never looked at the port value to set a trade course for any of my ships. -

Trade MRCA deadline July 28
Professor Thaum replied to Capt Wolf's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Sorry, but I'm always puzzled by the trading value of the ports... a 500 seemed to be a high top and now I saw some 1000+. -

This one is a brilliant build. Despite simple, the house and the tower are clever. The crane is wonderful ! The base and landscape are great, and I like how you render the waves (will borrow for sure) -
[MOC] NeoClassic sets 886 897 1789 6801 Recustomized
Professor Thaum replied to Horlack Bricks's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Really nice idea ! The MODs are terrific !! With so many greeblings and nice parts. My favorite is the 1789 : with this one you turn the ugly Lego original 1789 into a very clever spaceship and something really space classic looking. Wonderful job !! we want some more !!- 18 replies
