  1. Nice review. I can tell you put a lot of effort in it.
  2. @XtremeBuilder Cool! It makes me happy to know that I have inspired other builders. @PunkTacoNYC & Myers Lego Technic I was mostly trying to make a simple body that looked cool, and I was trying to make it strong. I do plan on adding more details and changing things like the front suspension to make this model stronger. Thanks for your input on how to make this truck better. @wout1988 Thank you!
  3. It looks like a vehicle Batman would ride in.;) It's awesome!
  4. @LXF Thanks, I got the idea from Agrof's buggy. @TNLD Thanks, I think so too.
  5. This has one of the coolest truck bodies I have ever seen! The chassis is great, too. Can we expect instructions?
  6. Probably, but I might make it red or black.
  7. Hello, I have changed the windshield and modified the hood. All that's left is to add rear fenders, add a Minizip, and make an LDD file. Some pics:
  8. Thanks for adding to Rebrickable! Will build soon.
  9. I have made some substantial progress and hope to finish this up soon. I took some outdoor pics, so here you go... P.S. sorry for the blurry pics, they're the best I can do.
  10. Do you mean like this? I agree, it does look pretty nice.
  11. There have been a lot of technic sets discounted on Amazon recently...
  12. I like your plan. As long as you're okay with not being pure, I think it's alright to get these knockoffs. Also, where did you get these sets?
  13. Update time! I have made some progress on the truck, so I'm sharing it. I have added another 9L link underneath the suspension, added mock-ups of the front fenders, added a half- finished front suspension, and added a windshield, that I may replace with one that I already had built. Also, the windshield may remind you of something... I borrowed some ideas just to see what it would look like, and it turned out surprisingly well, but I'll probably change it. Anyway, here are some photos of my progress:
  14. I will get the Claas and Porsche for sure, but I'm not sure about the other two.
  15. I love 8437. I actually bought it earlier this year for less than the original price, and it was still sealed. That is a well-made set.
  16. There is actually another link underneath, closer to the front of the truck. I do plan on putting one near the back, though.
  17. Thanks for the tip! I hadn't realized that there were multiple sizes of the images.
  18. Hello all, I present to you my newest MOC, a trophy truck, called Firestorm. I started this project recently, and decided to share it on EB. It is still a work in progress, so not everything on the truck is final. Any comments and suggestions are welcome. The model has: adjustable caster angle (thanks for the idea Sariel), connected independent rear trailing arms, a Servo for steering, and 2 L-motors for drive. I am also working on 2 other chassis that are still in development.
  19. This awesome orange Ripsaw from 42038:http://rebrickable.com/mocs/BricksLEGOHovel/lego-42048-c-model-ripsaw
  20. Very impressive! I can't explain how much I love the Rat Rod itself. The turbine is very interesting, so I wonder why people haven't built them in a while.
  21. I like it very much with the roof down.
  22. That kind of reminds me of the 8479 Barcode Multi-Set.
  23. I must say, I like it more than the original 42009. Great functionality and aesthetics. :)
