  1. That's a brilliant police station, zeki! I like it very much since it combines the classic Lego look with a bigger size and a special architecture. Very nice! By the way: Do you have some pics of the interior, too? I'd be very interested how it look from indside.
  2. These are amazing construction vehicles, PaulC! I really like how they are built in the classic style and that even the big truck is not wider than six stucks. These vehicles are simply - if only TLG would release as little and nice vehicles as these! Very well done!
  3. Thank you very much for that new pic, whung! Although I would have prefered to see TLG releasing a little oil rig and a little CG ship in 4210 this set seems to be amazing ! If TLG turns it into a "real" oil rig it'll be  !
  4. That's a very nice ruin of a WW bank, TheBrickster! The only thing I miss are more minifigs and an interior. (Or has it got an interior?) Otherwise it's a great WW MOC with a great architecture!
  5. That are very nice buildings! I mainly like the nice interior of the saloon, the water fall, the water tower next to the rails and the stage coach - they are really impressive !
  6. Very nice pics you put together, TheBrickster! I really like the look of the Wild West town scene, the Indians' canoe and the steam locomotive. But I prefer the WW sets from 1996-97 because they include minigfigs and more details. But otherwise these "classic" WW sets are of course very nice, too. I totally agree with you, Flatfoot Thompsen! A little Wild West town with three buildings, a carriage and some nice minifigs (like I proposed here) would be so  ! - And there would be a lot of great WW MOCers here from EB who could help Lego !
  7. Thank you very much for these interesting news, Steff! First of all a simple question in order to avoid mismisunderstandings: You didn't mean the new 10188 DS set? (I know that this is a very corny question but in some way a DS playset is a re-release of a DS UCS set, too.) If it's not the new 10188 DS set then I speculate about a re-release of the TIE collection. My reasons for why I think something like this will be re-released by TLG are that it was a very interesting set and TIE Fighters haven't been released for now 3 years. I don't think that it'll be a Rebel Fighter (e. g. a X-Wing) because you are still able to buy them. I must regrettably say that I am - at least at the moment - not so about a re-release because I own most of the most important fighters from the OT. I would have prefered to get a Tantooine with a bantha and some tusken raiders. Consequently I hope that TLG at least will include some new minifigures and a new transport vehicle etc. in that set in order to make it handsome.
  8. My second semester will start tomorrow. Since I did not learn very much during the last semester (only at the end before there were the written tests) I have to learn more this semester. So please don't be amazed about when I don't post comments for one or two weeks. But nevertheless there always will be some time - so I will comment on new sets, some of your MOCs, interesting discussions, ... of course, too - but it'll take its time. Please understand me. Klaus-Dieter
  9. That's an amazing part of a train station , Dr. Brick, but I fear that only very few people would regrettably be aible to pay it ! Amazing design!
  10. That are great ideas, Flatfoot Thompson! I especially like the piano in the saloon - that's something completely new and "The Last Showdown" is a very interesting and exciting title!
  11. Amen! A Mos Eisley Canina in about the size of Jabba's Palace (including Jabba's Message and Jabba's Prize) with about the same number of minifigs and with a lot of different Sand Troopers would be and absolutely necessary (perhaps a Sandtrooper BP, too, that would be  ) - like a bigger, more "closed rooms" and better designed Cloud City!
  12. What I don't think that TLG will release next year: -"normal" sets based on episode 1 and 2 -remakes of Y-, X-, A- and B-Wing Fighters -many new characters (mainly OT) What I think that TLG will release next year: -more sets based on the FU and CW -sets based on some TV series (I'm not familiar with all the SW TV stuff which will be there ) -some Endor sets (perhaps Endor BPs, too) -the Tantive 4 as 10 year celebration S@H Exclusive -perhaps an episode 1 or 3 ship as second S@H Exclusive
  13. Thank you very much for these pics, simonjedi! The T-Shirts are looking very nice - and the best thing is that I read in my new SH catalog that the T-Shirt with the Stormies and the DS in the background is available in sizes for adults, too, and not only for kids. That's right, Navy Tooper Fenson, but I thought (and still think) that the 10188 Death Star will very supposable be no UCS set since TLg already released the DS 2 as UCS set and it was no success. So I think that it'll be a minifig scaled set. Since the last 150 € minifig scaled set (Walking AT-AT) was released in october I think that the 10188 DS will be released in about the same time. That TLG will release it yet this spring seems very unrealistic to me - although you can never know since the last minifig scaled Millenium Falcon and minifig scaled Imperial Star Destroyer were released in spring. I'm, too, are of course hoping for some soon good pics of 10188 Death Star - perhaps after the Lego Collector's Catalog is published. (It'll contain the 2008 sets, too, won't it?)
  14. Interesting topic, darkrebellion! I can't totally agree: Do only think of sets which TLG released in the past and didn't include "war or battle material": The Landspeeder or the Twin Pod Cloud Car or the Dessert Skiff. I would like to see a comeback of the Twin Pod Cloud Car - with Lobot, one Guard and some cargo stuff. That would be !
  15. I have got two new ideas for WW Impulse sets: Ghost Cowboy including a black skeletton horse with saddle, a gun , two revolvers and a brick-buit tree with a bat minifig: ghost cowboy with shiny head Cowboy including a brown horse (with saddle), a gun, two revolvers, a lasso and a shrub minifig: cowboy By the way: There is a very interesting poll made by one of our ambassadors about which theme you (would ) prefer - WW or Ninja. I hope you vote for the right one ! (I of course voted for WW and wrote a comment, too.)
  16. Thank you very much for these pics, whung! Even though I'm no IJ fan this set looks great! *thumbup* Especially the plane looks so *wub* because it is mainly brick-built and not as large as the "normal" City planes. I can't understand why TLG doesn't release so amazing vehicles like in the IJ theme for the City theme, too! *sceptic* I like the cars and the new colors, mainly the dark-green very much, too. *thumbup*
  17. That's a great MOC, Duke! *thumbup* It's very well done with a lot of nice details (like e. g. the flowerbed), with great minifigs and in the excellent Classic Castle style *wub* !
  18. Thank you very much for that information, Hinckley! That are great news! *oh* Torsos and other stuff for the Castle theme - great! *thumbup* But either I am blind or there are no helmets, no shields and - except for the crossbow - no arms (like swords and lances) for the knights. So how to build a complete knight?! *sceptic* But perhaps TLG will add this parts soon, don't you think? Nevertheless: Great new bricks! I'll have to save some money to buy some of the new great minifigs! *wink*

  22. Since there are some great contests on EB at the moment (Pirates, Castle, ...) *thumbup* I thought it would be nice and interesting to share a Wild West contest, too. The basic idea would be - like imperialshadows organised in the Pirates contest - to design Wild West sets which TLG could release: Impulse set (like Indian Chief), little set (like Sheriff's Showdown), medium-sized set (like Chief's Tepee), big set (like Gold City Junction) and very big set (like Fort Legoredo). How about that? *sweet* Klaus-Dieter
  23. No, I'm not kidding. But I regrettably missed that topic you mentioned. So: Sorry! *cry_sad* I'll move my idea to the described topic. Perhaps anybody can close this topic since it has no sense anymore.
