That's an awesome MOC, Ralph S! I really it because it's very well designed with all the nice interior ! I hope that TLG will give us some (food) shops and restaurants in the near future because they are really needed - but I presonally would only like some with an open backwall. But for a MOC it's of course more fetching when you build it as a complete house . Very, very well done! Klaus-Dieter

That's an awesome hosptial, Grievous ! I really  it! It has a so nice interior and two sick rooms and a great exterior ! If TLG would add roller gates to the two garages, a little helicopter, an ambulance, a doctor's car, a lot of nice minifigs and perhaps some more additional stuff that would be the perfect hospital I could imagine! Very, very well done! I totally agree with you! I hope that TLG will release a hospital which will be very similar to your amazing MOC ! And I hope it will be bigger, will include more minifigs and won't again be built on a rock plate . Despite from that the last hospital was quite nice, too. Klaus-Dieter

That's an awesome Castle MOC, RebelRock ! I really it. It is so lovely designed and there are so many nice details ! And it's nice to see some castle/knights which are different from the "normal" known "wetern" knights. Why don't you post a proposal for a calrissian fortress here ?! Very, very well done! By the way: Is this pig a custom (since I don't know a single set where it is included)? If not, to which set does it belong? If yes, where can I buy animals like this one? Klaus-Dieter

Ideas for new Classic Castle sets
Klaus-Dieter replied to Klaus-Dieter's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
That's right - but don't you think that something in new design but similar to that or that would be awesome ?! Klaus-Dieter -
Thank you very much, sdpirate! This torso is included in last year's City train station and in the big minifigures pack (only available from S@H). But I ordered the torsos as replacement parts via telephone from Lego Direct . Klaus-Dieter

Ghost Train Haunted Train Coach
Klaus-Dieter replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
1. I unfortunately must disagree: The ghost with the "cheese" hands ( ) was - to the best of my knowledge - until now only released in the "Classic" Castle set (which was and everything other than the amazing original classic castle). Look only at the pics of the great "old" Castle sets around 1990: All ghosts have white hands. And in my opinion yellow hands for a ghost are really and . But I know of course that you didn't choose the yellow hand because you prefer them but because you only had this ghost with the white hands, didn't you? 2. I originally meant only the awesome passenger car - but of course I can't wait to see the interior of your great Abandonned Station, too! Klaus-Dieter -
Thank you very much for your nice comments, Asuka and I Scream Clone! They are originals but I changed - aside from the third soldier from the left side - their faces. Klaus-Dieter

Like proposed, here my third part: Soldiers There are two "normal soldiers", a commander (yellow patterns) and a captain (brown patterns). Comments are welcome! Klaus-Dieter

Thank you all very much for your nice comments! Thanks! But you don't kmow what will come next, do you? Your miner is of course much better designed but I wanted fastly have some miners because I didn't like to have the Adventure people as miners because for the WW theme they are . BTW: Next Thursday or Friday it's again time for another part of my "Wild West minifig show" - I hope you'll be all here, too ?! That time it'll be not that surprising because ... no, I don't betray yet. Klaus-Dieter

Again thank you all very much for your nice comments! That is a very good advise, Athos! But regrettably I don't have them. I see what I can, sdpirate! But a farm will be very difficult to design - but perhaps . But at first my next WW MOC surely will be either a medicin man's tipi or the soldiers' watch tower - but I fear that you have to wait for them for some weeks . Yes, please try! I'm very surprised how the minifigs and the additional stuff will look like. Klaus-Dieter

Thank you very much for that information, Holodoc! I'll write you a PM. Klaus-Dieter

I agree but why did they then show us pics of the UCS Grievous about a month before release nevertheless - and the pics of the summer sets many months before release nevertheless ?! And I don't must have pics - but only a short description what is included - DS Troopers, ... It's not very nice to let us be like a cat on a hot tin roof ! Klaus-Dieter
-
I totally agree with you, Grievous! In contrary to all the other "Castle" sets this and last year (despite from The Good Wizzard and The Good Knight) - which I really dislike because of this fantasy overcrowded aspect - I really  this advent calendar! Despite from the minifigs we already know for a long time: Does someone know more about its contents? Klaus-Dieter

That's a great and very funny interview, Stauder and imperialshadows! Klaus-Dieter

Thank you for your comments, Asuka and TheBrickster! I'm a bit disappointed since I thought that there'll be a bit more enthusiasm about my saloon ! To your offers: I consciously chose the LDD to design this set to show TLG that they could without much work give us some (fan designed) new Wild West sets (please read my annotation above). And since I chose Lego.Factory I only had/have a limited choice of bricks. So how should I include WW hats, horses, revolvers and guns since there aren't some in the list of available bricks ?! Consequently I decided to design things that look very similar. But of course it's no question that if there would have been WW hats, horses, revolvers and guns in the list of available bricks I would have used them ! Do you really think that it is of low quality for being designed with LDD ?! To Asuka: Do you think that the horse is - for a brick built horse - badly decaled?! Ok, you perhaps can't differentiate between a camel which was painted with white paint but ... To TheBrickster: I think that for a hypothetical official Lego set (that was my intention) there are enough details included - ok, perhaps some more guns and revolvers and perhaps one additional minifig - but otherwise it would be unrealistic - and despite form that supercharged. BTW: If you didn't notice yet: I wrote a new proposal for a Ghost Town set here - what do you think about it ? Klaus-Dieter

Ghost Train Haunted Train Coach
Klaus-Dieter replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
That's again an amazing Wild West and Train MOC, TheBrickster! I really  it because it looks amazing with the excellent minifigs (The only thing I don't like that much is that the ghost has yellow hands - did he eat some cheese before entering the train coach ?!) and an excellent design and the new green color is a nice idea, too. It goes perfectly with your awesome Ghost train! Supposably I annoy you but: Will you show us its interior when you have got time ? Klaus-Dieter -
That's an excellent MOC, Holodoc! I really  that! Despite form that I presonally dislike CC styled buildings this post office is absolutely amazing because it has such a nice and well designed front, the interior is awesome and there are so many nice details and additional stuff ! Very, very well done ! Klaus-Dieter

Yes, that was a very nice feeling . But now I am adult and I hate that feeling!!!! I really do not understand why they don't show us some pics - or at least give us some information ?! The pics of the UCS Grievous were shown a month before, too - so why not the DS pics, too ?! Or is TLG not yet ready with designing or forgot to take pics ?! Klaus-Dieter

Good find, darkrebellion! This DS 2 MOC looks amazing - mainly the Emperor'S Throne Room is  ! And the "mini-hangar" is a nice idea, too. Some more minifigs and more interior - and it would be a perfect S@H Exclusive SW set and of course I'd buy it ! I hope that TLG one day will release a minifig scaled DS 2 - or at least the Emperor's Throne Room - because it is a very popular and important scene in episode 6 - The Final Duel! Klaus-DIeter
-
What a gloomy crew :skull: ! That are very nice torsos you designed there, TheBrickster - they fit perfectly wioth your awesome Ghost Train! Klaus-Dieter

Hello everybody! I'm very proud of beeing aible to present you my first Wild West MOC I designed with Lego Digital Designer. I designed it this morning - and I think since it is my first LDD MOC (no really - I designed another WW MOC yesterday but it is so bad that it would be a shame to show it to you ) it isn't very bad. But have a look: Nicolas' Saloon Item #: LFH002 Pieces: 216 Price: 36,70 Euro Nicolas' Saloon is a little saloon in Legoredo where cowboys on their trip through the Wild West spend the night, meet other cowboys, play cards or simply have a drink. But it regrettably is not only a place where good people meet - watch out for the canyon bandit Rogger who is famous for his burglary!. The set includes Nicolas' Saloon with two seats, a table, a bar and a frame downstairs and a a bed and a little cupboard upstairs, a white horse, bandit Rogger, Nicolas, a cowboy and Nicolas' woman - and of course a lot of little nice other stuff Link to Lego.Factory: Nicolas' Saloon Annotations to the price: I think the price of 36,70 Euro would be quite OK since you have got four minifigs, a lot of little nice stuff, two floors with interior and a brick-built horse (although I really would have prefered a not brick-built ). Annotations to the question "Why did you design it in LDD?": The answer is very simple: I want to show TLG that they could very well release some new Wild West sets without having to design many new or redesign many old bricks. The only thing they should/would have to do is to desgin new or redesign old WW torsos, make some Western hats and rerelease the old guns and revolvers. And some stickers would be nice - for the windows and the signboard on top of the saloon. But despite from that this WW MOC would get by with all the bricks momentary available via Lego.Factory ! I hope you like it and it woul be very nice to read your comments ! Klaus-Dieter

Thank you very, very much for your answers, AgentRick57, LegoFranks and simonwillems - that helped me a lot! I tried it how you purported it - and it does now work ! Klaus-Dieter EDIT: Since there are now no more problems, somebody could please close this topic. Thanks !

Your Ghost Train simply looks amazing, TheBrickster! 100000... % perfect! I really  it! I really like the cob webs and the light brick - that gives the train a very freightened outlook! And all the details - !!!! If you include a ghost and a ghost train conductor - and perhaps a freightened train worker - I immediately would buy it if it would be sold! If only TLG releases something similar to that - that would be awesome ! Very, very well done, The Brickster ! I can't wait to see pics of your train car(s). Will there be a train car which will be suitable to your brilliant Ghost Town? Perhaps one with two ghost cowboys playing cards in the train car (That isn't meant funny!)? BTW: What's now with the interior of your Abandonned Station?! I didn't receive an answer yet . Klaus-Dieter

Hello everybody! I need your help. I wanted to design a Lego model with Lego.Factory and started some minutes ago. But I now have a problem: One brick should be horizontal and not upright. But I don't know how to do that. I tried it with this button which shows a minifig hand and a circle but it doesn't work. Can you perhaps help me? That would be very nice! BTW: Since I ask about Lego.Factory anyway: How can I start a gallery of Lego.Factory since you must have a password and a username? Where can I get them? (I think Lego doesn't accept AFOLs as Lego Club members, does it?) Klaus-Dieter

Thank you for your nice comments, soman and DJForce! I bought it from Pick-a-brick (and the minifigure, too). Klaus-Dieter
