Yes, well I am a gentleman as you can tell from my impressive hat. Accordingly, I am unaccustomed to that tiresome thing you common folk refer to as 'work' and coming back from the dead was work enough for one night. Plus God never said I could do anything, it was all "Game Over" and then "Please insert a quarter to continue" from out of the blue.
-
Yeah, you lot had me a little tied up from yesterday. It isn't like I spent the whole night just hanging around.
-
I'm Zombie Sebastien and I endorse this message, crazy as it is. Harriet has privately explained the events that led up to my untimely temporary demise and it sort of makes a crazy kind of sense to me. I reserve the right to reverse this opinion at a later time should new information arise, but for now I'm buying it. The play still sucked more than you do. *hands Harriet a buck*
-
Paternity test! One mistake from you was more than enough, don't repeat it. Have your 'other investigator' check me out but not until he checks out one of the ones I did to test him.
-
Still the same applesaucy wench you always were.
-
Morning folks! So... believe me now, people? Harriet. Shut up. Seriously. It isn't like I plan to eat your brains or something, I'd starve to death. How about you just tell us the important parts directly now and we ignore the silliness. Coming back from the dead has given me a new perspective on life and personally I don't plan to lose this opportunity to do what we all should have been doing instead of wasting yesterday. Ok? Good job musket killer. Damn good thing we've got you given the limited brain (mmmm) trust we've been given.

Dieter! Can't you tell by my accent?

Still makes me laugh.

Werewolf Mafia Confirmation & Discussion thread

I think this has the potential to be one of the most interesting days yet. I'll be watching with great anticipation. -
You're misunderstanding what I said a bit. I contacted you via the Interpersonal Rimmedraincatcher Chattingservice using that messenger we both have employed in the past, the one with all those scales who seems to live in a world of his own. That contact was made after the beginning of the next day when I found out that our friend had been killed in the night. I waited that long so I could be certain that the messenger was trustworthy as well as you. My personal secretary keeps logs of all such conversations, including dates and times, so it would be easy to prove, but I'm sure you already know exactly what I mean. The scaly messenger has already confirmed it as well, please feel free to contact him. Given that you had no reason to trust me prior to that, you had not shared your role with me yet or I might not have bothered to investigate you (but probably would have to confirm the story). You may note that I have not revealed anything additional that we discussed that night. I appreciate that, at least, and commend all of you who seem to understand the potential implications of today's vote and what it means you need to consider tomorrow. Good luck, village. I'm angry to have my potential contributions destroyed through either deception or stupidity, but I still wish you well. Signed, The soon-to-be former Sebastien Vaughn Are you still trying to twist things? I contacted the Baron and you've seen confirmation of that elsewhere. Ignoring it doesn't change the truth, and you know why I won't reveal who provided that proof. I never, for even a moment, claimed that the Baron hadn't told me his role, I just tried to make you understand WHEN that occurred. It was not when you incorrectly claimed, it was at the beginning of the next day, the day AFTER I investigated him (I wouldn't have trusted talking to him before that, which seems incredibly obvious). And yes, he called it something else. I don't think the name matters, but I still won't reveal it for fear that it has some deeper meaning that the enemies of the village would understand. And you haven't? Everyone knows your insane witchy infected history, don't try to set up a defense for getting this village's investigator killed, just accept your fate when the truth comes out, the truth that I have spent this entire day telling. You asked me to guess who was framing me. I don't even know if that person exists, you're the only one claiming it. All I could do is guess at this stage because I only have so much information to work with, the information my role provides me, which I have shared with you. You didn't seem particularly interested except in exposing my role and trying to paint me as someone I am not. I'm not going to throw around wild speculation after we mistakenly led a man to his death yesterday (let alone the one you got killed last night). People would not unvote me for wild speculation, and if they did they would only kill me if I turned out wrong, which I likely would and in the process we would hurt the village even more than this current idiotic decision will. As for you, I do have you figured out. That's a completely different story, and that's all I ever claimed. If you didn't twist my words so much, I might have been more cooperative, but honestly, I can't trust you when you've spoken out of both sides of your mouth in private and then posted completely twisted versions of my words here. It's a shame I never lied about my abilities and tried to claim to be able to do more than God has allowed me? You make no sense. I can't do that, and it would be rare for a loyal investigator to. That's more a scum role, probably indicating that your limited knowledge is coming from a scum investigator. If you were a little more aware of these things, perhaps you wouldn't have trusted them enough to get me killed? If I was interested in helping I would have lied and made up evidence? Is that how you're helping the village? If the village is smart, mine won't be the only words they don't have to hear any longer because they'll know the truth.
-
Well, you wanted a test and it's my life you're taking. Despite that, I can at least leave you with some advice from someone experienced in situations like this. When my loyalty is confirmed, you'll know a number of useful things. The 'other investigator' is scum and you've been promised their name when they are proven wrong. The person he 'investigated' on the first night and said was innocent is scum. Harriet wouldn't be stupid enough not to know who that is. Harriet is either scum, neutral or stupid. Please use your new info wisely, and if Harriet doesn't reveal both #1 and #2, then #3 becomes a whole lot clearer. And please, don't be naive and let them talk you out of following up on this. You just committed murder against yet another villager and lost your investigator through deception. Take what little vengeance you can upon those responsible and you'll have a few victories to fall back on before things get a lot more difficult without a source of reliable information. Oh, and just as an aside, don't repeat the mistakes of the past, you aren't going to be coming back to life after three days.
-
You brought the focus on you when you presented this false evidence for someone you can't know the alignment of (unless you're both scum). Now you don't want the blame. I see how you're setting up your defense, but it's kind of weak compared to the village losing their investigator. Using words like "evidence" when you have none is just silly, by the way.
-
And when it turns out that this whole conviction today is based on a lie, or insane results, you'll also be killing Strawberry Shortcake, since that will prove that those results aren't true? That's the kind I am, and exactly the results I've given Harriet. Apparently that isn't important to her, so she's leading the call for my death. Ask yourself why once the truth comes out. Right, good plan. Who needs an investigator anyway? I did contact the Baron immediately. I didn't contact Arianna because Harriet led me to believe that she was in contact with her and it made no sense to reveal my role to someone who could later be turned and get me killed. And before you ask why I would contact one and not the other, it's simple, I had already been told the role of the first one and I believe that's the kind of role that can't be converted, where I have no idea what Arianna does or if she can be converted. I was trying to be careful and not reveal myself and never expected Harriet would megabluck the village over. Well, outside of her applesauce action, of course. What a surprise... another vote for killing the investigator to "test" a potentially made up theory presented by someone that no one has investigated. Nice work. Gee, while we're testing theories, I'd like to ask the shotgun killer to take Harriet out when it's proven that I'm loyal. That's the only way to really test the whole thing, and given that she'll have doomed the town to working without an investigator despite knowing for a fact that's exactly what I am, it seems reasonable to assume her intent. Now please, present another play, make a bunch of innuendo, and continue to destroy the village Harriet. Just don't think that someone won't eventually notice. Sadly, I can't be sure anyone will, to be honest, but I can hope.
-
I appreciate that some of you are taking the time to carefully consider this before jumping on the bandwagon. I honestly can't say if Harriet is doing this out of personal motive, mistake, or is being deceived by someone. If there is an investigator of some sort claiming I'm not a villager, she's being misled, but I would wonder why she didn't choose to expose them instead of me, given that I've answered everything she asked and cooperated fully thinking she was loyal to the village. All I really can say is that I know that I am completely loyal to this village and will play an important role in it's survival if I survive. Should I not be voted out, I sincerely hope that someone can protect me since Harriet has exposed my role to the scum, who will certainly come after me or make use of this ridiculous exposure to attempt to make my results valueless. That's it, I have nothing more to say here. I've told everything I can and should. If anyone wants to write privately, you may, but there just isn't anything else to tell.
-
Lying to cover your lying only leads to more lying. At least now I know my gut instinct was right and I should have investigated you instead. My mistake there. One I won't make again. As for you protecting anyone's identity, they can certainly look at the results of my death to see how reliable you are in that department. At least I don't have an important role ... oh crap.
-
We could start calling you names, if that would be better. Actually, it's still you. No one has revealed their role to me except for what you've told me privately. I only revealed the alignment of two people I investigated. I had no choice in that matter since I'm likely to die today and letting that info die with me deprives the village of the names of two people they can actually trust. Unlike you. So, to repeat, I have not been told any roles except for what you have told me, and at this point I figure you're either an idiot or a liar, so that information is useless. YOU, on the other hand, have endangered several people, most of all me. The village investigator. Yay, you.
-
No, it wasn't. You revealed my role long before I said who I investigated. Now you're going to resort to rewriting the past and lying? Give it up already and just take your punishment when the truth comes out. It's a lot more dignified. Mature even. Like being a grown up. You are correct. Good to see someone is paying attention here.
-
If they're stupid scum. I'm not going to help either side any more by explaining any of the logic involved in this situation. You're all on your own.
-
I took a chance and confirmed my role to you, then let you choose who I investigated and reported that information back so you would feel comfortable trusting someone you were uncertain of. I've done as much for this village as you have without getting someone with an important role killed. When the town has no investigator, how will it find the truth? Again, good job, moron. Thank you for confirming that you really are that stupid. THE SCUM KNOW WHO IS LOYAL ALREADY. EVERYONE IS A TARGET. Now, two people aren't a target of the village and you can't lie and get them killed as you are me. For megabluck's sake, please play in the noob games once they start, you need some serious help with understanding this game of life, assuming you aren't scum. If you're scum, good luck continuing to fool the villagers, some of them will see through this when I die because of you.
-
You already did. Again, do you think people can't read? You revealed the village investigator to the scum and then led a vote against them. You also got the night killer to kill a villager. You're doing a swell job so far. Getting their investigator killed is less helpful. Bitch.
-
What you don't mind doing is revealing people who have important roles so they can be killed by the scum. What you don't mind doing is getting the killer to take out an innocent villager. What you don't mind doing is leading a vote against me when you know for a megablocking fact that I'm a villager and investigator. Good job, yet again. So, when you're revealed to be wrong (shocker), you'll just blame someone else and say you're only the messenger. It's a nice scum move, it really is. I wonder if they'll be stupid enough to fall for it again. Hell, they probably won't even go after your fake investigator either. Seriously people, it isn't worth fighting, you'll kill me or the scum will. I honestly don't care at this point. I was really happy to finally have a normal role in this game of life and be able to help the good guys, and instead I get screwed over again by someone who is either scum or playing as badly as they usually do. It's just tiresome and I absolutely refuse to give you 10 pages of entertainment fighting lies and stupidity. Do you think everyone is that stupid? By revealing them, the villagers now know who is loyal. The scum already knew that those two weren't part of their group. All I've done is protected two people from your future lies. Annoying, isn't it?
-
Well that's another brilliant game of life ducked up by our local drama queen. So here we go. I'm the seer and part of the village. I investigate one person a night and report back on their alignment. I did exactly that for our resident cock fanatic as requested. The results. Night 1: Baron Von Vampirepants ... Village. Night 2: Arianna Jacques ... Village. Apparently, she's decided to collect information for the sole purpose of revealing important roles to the scum. Brilliant as usual. Vote me off and you lose your investigator. Don't vote me off and the scum will likely kill me. Either way, the stupid bitch just got me killed yet again. Why do I even bother? Gee, you're particularly stupid, aren't you? Investigating someone that the village was intent to kill would have either saved his life if he was village, or confirmed my sanity if they killed him anyway. Duh. I can't imagine why, it isn't like I would be worried that you would reveal my role and get me killed or something. Oh, wait ... Seriously, give up these games of life. You're completely retarded. Jesus, it's like you should be put in an Asylum or something.
-
Are they claiming to have been a werewolf? Sounds more like they're claiming to have been forced to protect a werewolf. Either way, it's an odd role since they could have simply gotten Zed killed and been free and there is clearly no implied restriction against doing so. That's making the story a little hard to believe. As for testing the killer, if we could agree on a target for the night they could be tested, though it wouldn't really prove anything unless we chose a correct target.
-
So now we have werewolves and rogues to be concerned with. This village is going to hell in a handbasket. It isn't even a very nice handbasket... Thank you to the sword killer for a job well done. I hope you're on our side and not yet another faction. Now we need to try to put the losses behind us for the moment and do our best to figure out where we went wrong yesterday and use that experience to get it right today. Would someone with a mathematical mind be so kind as to analyze the past couple of days and look for patterns and such? I'd do it, but I'm one of the idle rich, barely trained to do much of anything, certainly not such menial important tasks.
