legobricks.highwire.com (Discount lego site)
Shadows replied to MCNwakeboard's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
It's obviously a scam, no one discounts gift cards, simple as that. Now here's the secret ... don't buy from people like this. You only help them keep scamming others. Make them get legitimate dishonest work like going into politics or something instead. -
I've played every mystery we've ever hosted and I know my Cold War era history. Draggy: Aw, you played with Sawyer.
-
What a coincidence, I've suddenly got more time to play...

Safe in his office in Quantico Virginia, our hero picks up the phone and dials the area code for Eurodina. "This is Professor shaun Dows for Chief Wets-his-pants. What? Oh, yes, I'll wait while you try to awaken him from his drunken stupor." *waits 10 minutes* "Helloooo..." "That's how stupid you sound. You're adopted too, so that's funny." "Huh?" "Nothing. I was just calling to change my vote..." Unvote: Stash / Stash2Sixx Vote: Shaun Dows / Shadows "Why, you dirty mother..." "Shut yo mouth!" "So you're really out of town now... I'm safe?" "Sure Chief, safe as anyone can be in a town full of mobsters, especially after the citizens figure out, well, you know what they'll figure out." "Oh good! Um, no, wait, that's bad! Can I come there?" "Don't bother, I'll send someone for you." "That's great! You do mean to pick me up, right?" "What else could I possibly mean?" *hangs up the phone and returns to his paperwork*
-
It's about damn time, people... I'll be leaving now, I need to get back to the FBI Academy where I teach. *runs like hell*
-
Do you know who's touched that popcorn?
-
And ... HILARIOUS.
-
Sounds like the Chief's mating call ...
-
Thank you for keeping it short this time, Chief Overly Verbose.

And you maintain that no neutrals are innocent? Will you be going after Detective Mann tomorrow? He's neutral, has to kill 2 people, and killed one last night. You are the biggest hypocrit in this town, hiding in your vest. You know damn well I told my entire role earlier in this day, including being neutral. Remember this folks, he'll gleefully dance on my grave tomorrow knowing that he killed someone who didn't need to be, while letting the scum kill you. He'll say "I was right!" when he lied for page after page. I know you can't be bothered to read all of it, but hey, give it a try, you'll learn the truth finally instead of going with the silly bandwagon driven by the dead scum bitch. Good luck to the few of you who actually bothered to read and understand. Be careful who you listen to and ask yourself why they say the things they do and make the decisions they make.
-
Actually, I said that the town wasn't stupid, but clearly I was mistaken in your case. Somewhere, a poor professor weeps for you. As for the rest, you don't believe a word Stash says, but you're suspicious of me for doing as he asked and voting for him. I get the feeling that a lot of things in life don't make 'sence' to you, no wonder your wife sleeps around. It isn't even worth bothering to try to explain things to you, it's like talking to a rock. Do your worst town, that's exactly what you're doing so far. Just remember who led you there... the dead mob and it's police chief puppet in his pretty little vest. At least we can be sure he'll be alive tomorrow. Can't say so much for the rest of you, between the mob and Detective Mann out killing the wrong people (you'll eventually discover that he killed the Kung Pho master mistakenly, and will probably make more mistakes like it). Goodnight, and may you all sleep well and get exactly what you deserve from the future.
-
But as we all know, every time we kill one of it's heads, another grows back. Who knows if they inherit the vest or not. You just don't care if they're protected as long as you are. That's the sad truth here, the part you try to gloss over. Again, we don't know that. We assume it from the lack of random killing, but it might just be that there are careful vigilantes who don't want to kill the wrong people. Unlike some police chiefs I know. How many? I only know of one person who claims to be one, and they can't even prove it. Do you know something no one else does? Oh, right, "could" be. You don't know jack, just like always. You aren't that stupid, stop trying to assume that the town is. He wants to die so that the people who have vests can be stopped. He believes they are scum and he knows you're a liar (and has stated so repeatedly). Kissing up to him doesn't change that fact, he is willing to give up his life to stop you, and you'd rather kill me than stop the scum. Does anyone else see the common element here? Are you? It's probably because you drink so much...
-
Always tomorrow. Why save the town today when you can put it off until tomorrow? Well you know what ... for one unlucky citizen out there, there won't be a tomorrow because you ignored the scum today. Forget it, I'm sick of you and your entire attitude. Sleep soundly knowing that you've taken the word of the scum and used it to get me killed. Sleep even sounder knowing that you've also caused the death of an innocent citizen at the same time. You must sleep great, Chief, all warm and cozy in your little vest. I've been as responsible for getting them killed as anyone in this town. More responsible than you, since you've done nothing except give them a day off today. Idiot.
-
Stash suggested a number of suspicious people, but you're not concerned with that... oh, right, you're one of them. Now please stop lying. The only person who has claimed that I am an anarchist is the dead scum bitch boss and a paranoid police chief. Oh, right, that's you again. Your police detective Quinn Mann benefits from the death of innocent townies, are you after him today, or will that hold for tomorrow? Oh, right, you don't care about that, you don't think he's out to get you. I'm starting to see a pattern here.
-
He is wrong about my motives, and honestly, he hasn't been much of a police chief thus far. I wish he would simply stop acting out of fear and start caring about the citizens he is putting at risk. If he had done that, we wouldn't have wasted this entire day and one less scum would walk the streets tonight. He even admits that he knows I'm not scum, how much more neglectful can he be?
-
So much fear, Chief. You really need to let go, maybe drink a little less and meditate more. A clear mind will help you see the truth, but you're clouded by so much hate and unhappiness that you seek refuge in that bottle. It isn't working like it used to, and that means you go deeper inside it, until you lose all track of reality. The reality, and we both know this, is that you haven't been harmed by anyone and no one has tried. You can't be, you have a vest. Your only risk comes with a vote, and no one wants to vote for you, not even me, the person you've so horribly attacked. Find some inner peace and the outside world will follow. Focus and it will become clear. Do your job and maybe these bastards will stop killing the good citizens of this town.
-
I appreciate your faith and promise not to betray it. As for night actions, I didn't get one, as I've said along the way. I informed my former Night Watch leader of that on day 1, before she was converted and tried to kill me. By process of elimination, it's clear I can't kill, the number of nightly kills can be easily confirmed as scum actions. I'm not sure how to prove any others except to say that there is no one out there who can honestly claim I've tried to do anything at night except grade papers, as I was doing when they tried to kill me. I do know that we have an active peeping Tom who can watch me tonight, and if I so much as get up to pee, he'll know it. I also know that an investigator should still exist who can watch me as well. I'm open to any form of surveillance.
-
Therefore, the only non-speculation we can make is that the one known dead owner of a vest was scum. Point well made. I can actually do a better job of proving myself to be a loyal townie than you can, Chief Vested-Interest. I may be neutral, but I've been more loyal to the good citizens of this town than you have, and if it wasn't for the volume of your drunken lies, they'd see that. You chase after me because a scum boss tells you that I want you dead (though I've made no move against you at all) and you refuse to go after the scum. As a result, when they kill one of the real loyal members of this town tonight, their blood is on YOUR hands, but that's ok with you, you have a vest to hide in. I still can't believe that anyone needs this explained to them at this point, but fine, I'll go one step further. I have voted with the town every day. Every time the town needed my support, I've given it. I don't want that to end, so here's my offer... You let me live and you control my vote. I can win a lot more easily with the town than without you, and you need every vote you can get to stop the scum. Control me. The second I don't vote with the majority, kill me. I'll start the vote myself the next day. I won't even participate in the discussions if you'd prefer it, only casting my vote when it's needed. How much more can you want from a neutral? Unvote me, town. Look at the past, you know you'll have a much better chance of winning with me than without. Stop listening to the fear and selfishness of the chief, he's safe, he has a vest, don't you all wish you did?

Talk about missing things, I just noticed your post, sorry. First, multiple people claim I want to kill the government based on the words of the dying mob boss who was trying to seek revenge for my destroying her plans day by day. She admitted as much, if you look at how she wrote her idiotic claims. Everyone else saying it is only repeating her, as if she's a reliable source of information. whether she is or not is for you to decide. Detective Quinn's family was killed by two men years ago and he has been seeking to avenge their deaths, much as I am looking for the man who killed my brother. I know this because he told me and asked if I had any helpful information. I asked him for helpful information about my brother. As a result, not only is his vote against me completely misguided and hypocritical (given that he knows my real role), but we're nearly identical personalities. He, like me, is neutral. He has to kill people who did a wrong to him in order to win this game of life. It's really that simple. If you read back, you will also see where one of them admitted to his past (Ian). I find it amazing that I am in danger of dying over scum lies and hypocrisy, given the help I have tried to provide this town with. I'm also amazed that people want to continue to protect the scum by allowing them the use of their bulletproof vests. Honestly, I'm finding this whole game of life to be somewhat amazing for it's insanity.

Who is your Favourite Clone Trooper?
Shadows replied to commanderneyo's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Many have tried to clone my greatness, but all have failed. Like this topic. Seriously people, WE HATE LISTS and FAVOURITES and any topic that doesn't encourage conversation, just mindless naming of things and spamming. Stop it! -
I wouldn't mind if the voting totals were correctly reported. Some people foolishly vote based on them without knowledge of the actual issue, so they should at least be correct.
-
Except those aren't my words, they're yours now, the chief's before, and the scum boss before that, none of whom have the right to put words in my mouth. Despite not being part of this town, like so many of you other neutrals (some of whom are hypocrites and voting against me now, only to have your turn at persecution when the town turns on you) I've tried to help you, but there is only so much I can do and this is the point where I can only give in to the will of the people. Logic dictated that siding with the town was the smartest thing to do. You vastly outnumbered the scum and to be blunt, you're better people. I did all I could for you, even though I didn't have to. So fine, if you want to kill someone who has only helped you, so be it, I've voted with you every day and revealed Carrie for trying to kill me. Somehow that doesn't count because a rambling bitch claims I want cops dead and her best ally the chief keeps repeating this out of fear. It's this fear that left the town open to the destruction we've seen, and you're feeding it by getting rid of your best defense, someone who can't be killed or converted by the scum. All I wanted to do when I came to this town was find the people who killed my brother. Yes, I was told it was a politician. If I'd had the chance to discover which one before this witch hunt, I most certainly would have tried to get them killed to avenge this evil, exactly the same way Detective Quinn (another neutral with a history that requires him to kill people) will eventually get the people who killed his family (Eskallon and iamded). As for Mr. Stash, he asked to be voted for to remove the protection from the scum and immediately the chief attacked me to try to derail it. You've let him do that, so sleep well knowing that the scum are protected tonight thanks to those of you who allowed this. Congratulations on the dumbest move in this game of life so far. To the few of you who seem to have had the sense to see through the chief and his scum boss adviser, good luck. You're going to need it to deal with the morons around you. Read back carefully, there's a lot you need to know in there, if you can get through all the fighting.
-
Because it's the only way to stop protecting the scum who have his vests. He explained that pretty clearly. Stash specifically asked me to so we could remove the protection from the scum. That's when I was attacked by the drunken chief who is afraid that he'll finally be at risk like the rest of the town. How is that fishy? I don't believe the authorities are all scum, but I do know that they're making a big mistake here based on the word of the dying scum boss. Are you going to do the same, especially considering that the chief is screwing your wife? (read back to Ron Canator, he reported this). How can anyone prove their innocent? Can you? I've shown more than most by helping this town get rid of the scum, but no one can absolutely prove their innocence. If someone would simply investigate me, they would know the truth. The chief says I'm neutral, that would be easily discovered. He SWEARS I am, despite no evidence and only the claims of a mob bitch. Prove him wrong, let me live, block me from doing anything tonight (I can't do anything anyway) and investigate my loyalty. Tomorrow, you'll see the truth.
-
No, you don't. You haven't got a single piece of evidence, and the only people backing you up are doing so based on the word of a vengeful scum boss. I have to rely on Mr. Stash to back up that you're a liar, but that's still better than scum, you have to admit. You haven't made a single point to defend against. You have no evidence because there simply is none. The same way I have no evidence that you are anything but an unfortunately stupid police chief who let his town go to hell. We're even there, but yes, the truth will be revealed, at least there is that. The scum tried to kill me and I destroyed them for it. You have a twisted sense of reality, but the town saw the truth and you can't cover that with lies. Then this town is lost because I have helped them and they know it. Now you're hearing things. You really should put down the bottle and try to do your job, even as poorly as you normally do it, it would be better than this witch hunt you're on. we all know how those go, a lot of innocents die because of one overstuffed leader who gets it in their head that someone is out to get them. Oh, look, it's you... I'm not blaming you for what the voice has done, only blaming you for being ignorant of it and trying to use it to make people believe a lie. Simply put, the voice led us astray. It told us there were two families and there are three, and it hid many of their actions to prevent us from discovering it. You can lie all you want, but you know that's true. That isn't blaming you for the situation, only for acting like it doesn't exist. As for slandering someone, I've been slandered by the mob, and you've licked their hand and done as they wished. Congratulations for being their puppy. Shame you didn't feel such loyalty to the town or maybe we wouldn't be in this position. Even with all of this, I am not out to "get you", you paranoid little man. I'm not out to get anyone who isn't a member of the scum. Mr. Stash specifically asked me to vote for him today to remove the protection that he feels is being given to the wrong people, namely you. You don't like that, but you can't go after him because then you'll lose your vest. Instead, you want to silence me. Well, you've failed at that. When this all blows up in your face, people will be able to look back and see that what I've said is true. You're a danger, either because you side with the wrong people or because you fail to go after them. You don't care, you're protected and as long as that is the case, you'll never even try to rid this town of scum.
-
Typical. When asked for proof you can't supply it, only more claims that you can't back up. I haven't trusted you since day 1 when you looked to many (they've told me) like a potential scum boss. Ask Mr. Stash for confirmation since he has nothing to lose at this point. Others may step forward to admit this, or they may hide because you've so aggressively attacked me. Either way, it's the truth and anyone who looks back can see where you looked suspicious and apply logic to know that I wouldn't be stupid enough to tell you anything private, certainly not something that ridiculous. It's simply untrue and you're simply a liar. When I ask myself what you have to gain from lying, I don't like the answer much and neither will this town. You've done nothing so far, and now you want to fall back on the words of the mob. Stop hiding behind a little girl and stand up for yourself. If you think I'm scum, say so, otherwise shut up, sit down, and learn from someone who has actually gotten the job done around here. You're the only person in this town who isn't putting their life on the line. You refuse to attack the scum because they aren't a threat to you and your vest, instead you attack me because you believe a lying bitch who claims I'm out to get you. Boo. Did you wet yourself, scaredycat? Like you did with your own officer who tried to murder me? Right, we saw how good you were at that. Or how well you protected the scum boss' husband who was killed by her while she was in your custody. BRILLIANT! Keep selling your lies, but don't expect to find many intelligent customers.
