  1. I'd say city is the new home if the space theme! It's latest space sub theme is less grounded and more fantastical which (while it doesn't really suit city thematically) is really cool.
  2. In terms of budget? Sure I could definitely believe that.
  3. This is awesome. Looks great lined up with the others!
  4. You've made some good progress since I last checked this thread. Excited to see more!!
  5. Supported! Supporter number 1966 for any football fans ( which I am not)!
  6. Would that be so bad you won't miss them anyway!! ( Don't worry I'm not planning on planning your untimely demise just for goats!)
  7. No? I mean Hogwarts is a castle but Harry Potter isn't castle?
  8. The thing is that it's simply not that simple. Most EB users fit in more than one box. I myself am Star wars fan boy (as you so eloquently put it) but my most bought theme is definitely Ninjago and I also quite like castle and DC but to mention Zelda and LotR. Most of us are fans of both licenses and unlicensed themes and multiple from each category. Take @The Blasphemous Sponge (sorry I mean @BrickBob Studpants) he seems to collect almost every them from the amount of threads he's in! Take yourself, previous statements would imply an interest in Dreamzzz, DC, Indian Jones, Jurassic, Castle and more. Most of us are just one thing! I'm gonna say something controversial here but I think Disney has done more good than bad for Star Wars. Argue? Surely something of a more of civil discussion should be the goal But killing? No. Could you argue that it's more soulless to do licensed themes, sure but it's not less profitable so it's certainly not killing TLG. Et tu Brutus?
  9. A mistake they will hopefully correct.
  10. Yeah, it's a shame there's not more but Lego themes aren't designed to last forever. Even Ninjago had a planned ending and Ninjago is very much the exception and not the rule!
  11. Yeah I really like some of the more low tech fantasy stuff firm he beginning two waves. The dreaming village is a great set for example. The videogame stuff tickles my fancy less, ironically most of my favourite video games are low tech fantasy too but the generic cyber pixel stuff doesn't do it for me. I do feel the theme has somewhat lost it's way, not because of the hiGh tech stuff but a lack of the variety and craziness that made the theme fun in the first place, what does gaming have to do with dreams anyway? Other than Pokémon Sleep
  12. Some higher quality images of the Legends green dragon have shown up in usual place. It looks absolutely stunning, though seemingly (and unsurprisingly) very static.
  13. Just the first one actually but we'll all get to see the first 3 in about half an hour! ( Though I probably won't till the evening!) Yes to pretty much all of this!!! ( Though I'd also like Figures of Vern, Yord and Jecki!)
  14. Even then Minecraft never got a dedicated part for it's foxes, the reuse of the cat head doesn't really work IMO.
  15. For real? Hopefully it still be under £40 in the UK. I'd like to see K2 ( or better yet in the magazine) as there's lots of droids like him so it'd be nice to have a few. My old K2 from the Krennic's shuttle set has a floppy middle joint and doesn't always stand up, so hopefully the new one is somehow more robust ( still think they should've switched to click hinges for droid legs).
  16. Wat Tambor needs a me figure.
  17. That's a question seen across themes! I think they sell better to people that don't already collect tonnes of minifig playsets. I still like some them but I think most of use here can agree (across all standard system themes) that we prefer traditional sets.
  18. Agreed that all of these would be good. Likely however maybe not . Some random sets I'd like to see ( mostly very unlikely) Beware slight spoilers for celebration stuff also a lot of high republic stuff here! I'd have used a spoiler bracket if those still existed! 19. Talking about moulded creatures, I hope we get the Hutt in the Mando and Grogu sets. I mean if they're willing to put him in the trailer then there's no reason to save him for spoiler sets.
  20. I hope the heads appear on pick a brick as I have no interest in the set or theme but the head part gives me an idea for a Scylla figure.
  21. Only just seen these now, they're great! A shame TLG totally ignored this show.
  22. Honestly I think it's kinda weird that they did Dewback before Bantha ( multiple different times too). 2 book of Boba sets could've given us a Bantha and a Rancor. Have a Scorpinek battle with a Rancor and the Tusken camp with a Bantha and speeders. I was in the same room as you then . Agreed on Andor S2 and the Tie Avenger.
  23. It's a gumball machine but rather than gumballs it dispenses Lego minifigs parts in brickbuilt gacha pods. They're making a few new minifigs just for it, there was a vote a little while back which is why we know that the options are ( And the winners of the choices are has been shared less legitimately as well).
