I'm waiting to buy the whole RO wave. If they don't get their act together in the next hour I'm going to sleep and getting the sets at Walmart tomorrow.

Aren't the RO sets supposed to be available? It still says they're coming soon.

Is there any updates on the Lando set? That's the one I'm most excited about.

How many Space Slugs sets were initially released? LEGO is only giving away another 120 of them so the expected value of the contest is low and I doubt the secondary market price will drop very much. The Revan minifigure is a nice freebie.

If LEGO is planning on making a UCS vehicle set for the 40th anniversary of ANH then it has to be either a MF, ISD, Tantive IV, Y-wing or Vader's TIE since we've recently gotten a Sandcrawler, X-wing and TIE Fighter. I can't think of any other vehicles except for the Landspeeder or Escape Pod but those have zero chance of becoming UCS. ISD > MF > Tantive IV > Vader's TIE > Y-wing I'd happy with any of these vehicles over another playset or statue type set.

I really hope the Lando set turns out good because the other two OT sets aren't very exciting. I already have a Landspeeder, a Skiff, and the newest versions of the minifigures listed for those sets.

Why weren't the extra minifigures in 75159 included in the price comparison? Doing a minifigure comparison, 75159 has 2 additional Imperial Officers and 2 Death Star Gunners while 10188 only has the additional White Assassin Droid and Mouse Droid (if that's even considered a minifigure). The 2 Imperial Officers are going to be worth a significant amount money.

That's lame that the Imperial Officer has the same face as the one from the 75055 Star Destroyer. I was hoping that we would get more named officers from the conference room scene.

I finally picked up the 75096 Sith Infiltrator. It's an expensive/overpriced set but I had to have it for my collection. I also Bricklinked Skiff Lando, Luke, and Kithaba to go with the new Skiff coming in 2017.

I'm really excited for the Rogue One wave. At first I didn't like Krennic's Shuttle but now it looks like the best set of the wave. All of the builds and minifigures look great. Considering the wave as a whole, $300 for 2,899 pieces and 21 minifigures isn't bad.

How do scalpers drive up the prices? The opposite is actually true. When a set is in production there is essentially an unlimited supply available at retail price. Once a set retires, supply and demand dictate the price. More scalpers = higher supply = lower prices.

I don't see the Death Star Droid that was on the list of minifigures posted a while back. I do see 2x Stormtroopers, Death Star Troopers, Death Star Gunners, and Emperor's Royal Guards which adds up to 24 minifigures without the Death Star Droid.

There's no way to know. It could be 1 year or 5 years from now. I'm debating whether or not to get the 2014 version. I think it'll keep going up in value until a new one is released.

Are the RO sets and DS the only remaining sets for 2016?

My favorite set is the Sandcrawler followed by the TFA Millennium Falcon. My least favorite set and the only set in my collection that I really dislike is the 2014 MTT.

Wait a minute! Battle packs come with actual builds? I thought they just threw in a bunch of random pieces as a bonus to the 4 minifigures.

Excellent review. I'm only collecting minifigures from the movies but I'll make an exception for this Ahsoka. Unfortunately the rest of the set doesn't entice me so I'll have to purchase her from one of the evil Bricklink minifigure "scalpers."

Just picked up Kylo's Shuttle, FO Transporter and the Resistance Transporter for 50% off at Walmart. Wowzers! I hope you post an army pic.

Is the silver protocol droid E-3PO? Does the Hoth Trooper have a different head from the 3 that were in Assault on Hoth? I wasn't planning on getting it because I'm not interested in the mini builds but it might be worth it just for the minifigures.

For UCS sets, I'd like to see a TIE Bomber, A-Wing, AT-AT and a remake of the MF and ISD. As someone else mentioned, it would be cool if the MF and ISD were smaller but more detailed with some interior features. I really hope LEGO doesn't come out with any more UCS playsets (non-vehicles).

All of the reviews I read/watched talked about how much better the older version is. The only reason I bought the newer version is because I found a good deal for $60 used. Now I wish I had spent the extra money to get the older version.
