    Those are all reasons why you personally like the Ewok Village more than Assault on Hoth. That doesn't make Assault on Hoth a ripoff.

    This wave is very polarizing for me. The A-Wing, Vader's Tie, Clone Turbo Tank and X-Wing all look amazing. The Eclipse Fighter, Star Scavenger, AT-TE and Jakku set are not enticing at all. There are no sets I'm on the fence about. I really want a regular AT-TE but they're pretty expensive. This new one looks like a clown mobile.

    The AT-AT is long gone. I had to buy one on eBay that was marked up significantly.

    Can someone explain how this set is a ripoff? Compared to the beloved Ewok Village this set is a better deal. 2,144 pieces w/ 15 minifigs + Wampa + Tauntaun compared to 1,990 pieces w/ 17 minifigs.

    Apparently I'm alone in that I think this set looks awesome. I saw the picture this morning on my way out the door and purchased the 75054 AT-AT within a minute. I just started collecting and I don't have any Hoth stuff at all. I was close to buying the Snowspeeder, Wampa Cave and a few other Hoth sets (at a huge markup) but I wanted to wait to see what was in Assault on Hoth. 15 minifigs, Wampa, Tauntaun, Cave, Base, Speeder Bike, Ion Cannon, Shield Generator, Spherical Laser Canon Thing, and a Snowspeeder! I can see why a lot of you are disappointed but this set is perfect for new collectors like myself. The only downside I see is that the modular build won't be as fun as other UCS sets.

    I'm not into clones at all. That might change after watching more Clone Wars but I'm kinda late. I would be ecstatic with the release of any OT Battle Pack. As far as specific figs go, I just want more aliens.

    The X-wing is a better display piece but the resistance Transporter wins in every other way. The build is awesome. The minifigs are better. The ship is solid and fun to fly around. It has a ton of playability. Get the Resistance Battle Pack to load it up with more troops.

    I haven't heard of most of these characters. Where are they from? I'm mostly familiar with the movies, a few books, Rebels and Clone Wars S01.

    Seems like your mind is already made up. I plan on getting both, but the Sandcrawler interests me a lot more than the Slave I. They both have rave reviews so you can't go wrong either way.

    Yes Wuher too. What's the point of a bar with no bartender. It would be an awesome set with an expanded cantina, full bar and 20-30 minifigures. Something like this

    I agree. I'm a big fan of Star Wars aliens. While reading Darth Plagueis I kept googling all the different aliens that were mentioned as I didn't know the names of most of the species. I don't understand why LEGO hasn't made Ponda Baba yet. He was the first lightsaber casualty ever. It just boggles my mind how they made Mos Eisley Cantina without PB and Dr. Evazan.

    Not on here, but I'd like to see some. That's definitely a scene worthy of MOC treatment. It could be done simply by building a section of the catwalk or one could go all out and build the whole complex with Chewie, Rey, Finn and Stormtroopers.

    A Tusken Raider battle pack would be sweet. I'd also like a battle pack that has some Gungans. We've recently gotten an MTT, AAT and a Battle Droid Troop Carrier that each come with 150 Battle Droids and 1 Gungan.
