A spoilertag was used but there was no mention or warning of why the comment was hidden. Regardless, this site has a policy of not discussing information, outside of what has been revealed in official trailers, until 2 weeks after the movie release. I'm pretty sure leaked movie images are against policy no matter the situation.

What are you doing atlas? Don't post leaked movie images here. I didn't want to see that.

A First Order Super Star Destroyer sounds amazing. I hope this is true.

Does anyone happen to have the parts list for just the AT-OT from 10195. I picked up the Dropship in a used lot and I want to bricklink the AT-OT to go with it. I don't want to go through the instructions to mark down each piece. -
What box has an image of a brick built set that hasn't been released? The image on the Ranthar box is of a large scale Millennium Falcon that's not the 2007 UCS Falcon.

I just picked up the A-wing from TRU for 20% off even though it wasn't really 20% off. I'm going to hold off on the rest of the wave for better discounts.

I think LEGO did a really good job at executing each set but the set selection is pretty bad. I'm mostly a fan of vehicles and the only one I'll be getting is the Quadjumper which isn't very exciting at all. I'll get the Republic Fighter Tank set for Aayla but I doubt I'll keep the tank in my collection since it's not Canon. The Freemaker sets this round are even more disappointing because they are taking up the higher priced spots. I hope LEGO makes at least one large $120+ non UCS set at some point this year. The Battle Packs on the other hand are amazing and I'll be getting those day 1.

The Vader Transformation set is a great deal. You get Vader, Crispy Anakin, Palpy and 3 droids for $25. Usually LEGO would count the droids as minifigures. I also really like Palpy's gold lightsaber hilt.

I'm happy with the US prices on all of the new winter sets except for the battle packs. I might get antsy and buy the Naboo set or the Phantom but I'll still wait for the rest to go on sale. If LEGO starts to make more battle packs like the bounty hunters one coming out this summer then I'm fine with the $2 increase.

What sort of sorcery did you use to pull that off? -
The Snowspeeder is pretty accurate compared to the source material. The comments that say otherwise remind me of the 2/10 meme.
-
Very nice. I've been picking up some older sets as well. I plan on getting the 7662 MTT at some point.

The UCS Snowspeeder was due out in April 2016. I need pics before I get excited.

I'm a huge fan of the Resistance Troop Transporter so I would recommend getting it before it retires. I think the Y-wing is a must get if you're an OT fan but it will be available for another year at least and will probably be discounted at some point. The TIE Striker is a cool set but it's not a must get since it wasn't really prominent in RO and it doesn't have any main character minifigures. -
I just ordered Kanan's Speeder Bike and the Rebel Combat Frigate from LEGO.com. It really pained me to pay full price but I wanted to get them before they retired. I'm not a fan of store exclusives. The Sith Infiltrator was the last set that I payed full price for.

Why would you pay that much? Just be patient and wait for them to be released in your home country the Death Star. I'm going to wait for a 30% off or more discount. -
There's no confirmation whatsoever.

Here's a list of all the sets from 2016 http://brickset.com/sets/theme-Star-Wars/year-2016. Feel free to list as many sets as you would like with or without a short description of why you like the sets. Here's my list: #7 Encounter on Jakku: I wasn't expecting to like this set as much as I do. It looks good with Finn, Unkar's Thug, Unkar's Brute, Rey's Speeder and a few FO Stormtroopers. The Luggabeast is really cool too. #6 Krennic's Imperial Shuttle: This is a great build with great minifigures. My only strike against it is that I'm not the biggest fan of the vehicle in universe. It reminds me of the Luxor hotel in Las Vegas. #5 Vader's TIE Advanced vs. A-wing Starfighter: I mainly got this set for Vader's TIE but I ended up really liking the A-wing. The new design blows the 2013 version out of the water. I'm excited to get the 2017 OT A-wing to display with this one. #4 Rebel U-wing Fighter: This is my favorite new vehicle from RO and LEGO did a great job of recreating it. The minifigures and the build are top notch. #3 Resistance Troop Transporter: This set was a huge surprise. I had more fun building this set than any other LEGO set that I've built so far. The build is really solid and I like how the top opens to quickly pick up and deploy troops. I think this set along with last years FO Transporter would provide endless playing for kids. #2 AT-ST Walker: I had been excited for this set for a long time because it was rumored before any of the RO sets were leaked. I couldn't be more pleased with how the AT-ST turned out. It's one of the best looking non-UCS sets in my collection. #1 Clone Turbo Tank: This is my first CTT so I don't care that it's smaller than the previous versions. I love everything about this set. Luminara, Quinlan Vos and Commander Gree are all top notch minifigures and the tank itself is amazing. It's a really solid build that rolls around with a bunch of troops and it looks great on display. I plan on putting some seating for more troops where the AT-RT is supposed to go.

TLG doesn't have any clue how to run a successful business, obviously. Only members of this forum know what's best for TLG and how they should operate their business.

I forgot to mention that. I very very carefully cut out the red parts from the stickers using scissors. I was only planning on using the grille stickers but decided to give the other stickers a try as I was building it.

I picked up a second 75135 Obi-Wan's Jedi Interceptor for $16 and decided to do a color swap. I Bricklinked the dark blue pieces for about $9 shipped so it came out to $25 total. I'm really happy with the result. I slightly modified the droid slot by copying the side that doesn't have the droid and I also raised it up one plate so that it looks better with just a droid dome. I still need to get the R4-G9 dome that came with 7661 Jedi Starfighter with Hyperdrive Booster Ring.

I think an AT-ACT is inevitable. There's also a good chance that we'll get one of those transport ships ( I don't know the name). There's a few other vehicles and locations from the movie that could end up as sets in the future but I don't want to spoil anything.
