  1. Welcome aboard, Ryn! Glad to see people chose the right side in this conflict. Our complete victory over the Empire's opressive rule is nigh and inevitable, so you made the right choice. For Jedha!
  2. Yes! Can't believe they are making a new seasons, after the first one (which I really enjoyed) and its small number of sets (only two, I think??), I thought this show was a goner! So I am very delighted to see it being continued, I will watch the brick out of it. Hopefully, the sets will be better this time around – and I really, desperately need that Graballa medifig! C'mon, it's just a recolored Jabba anyway, shouldn't be outside the realm of possibilities, yes? Please, pretty please?
  3. Could we add Vardos to the planets sometime? It is a new planet that will be introduced in Battlefront 2 in November. This is the game's concept art, and the red trees would be perfect for some exotic lego building! Also, I wrote a bio for the Ring of Kafrene a few months ago, any chance of that being added to the opening post?
  4. Mark my words: Kanan and Ezra will meet their fate in a duel with Darth Vader, and that battle will have the Dark Lord emerge victorious, but wounded, leading up to a bacta healing session in his castle – and his very first appearance in Rogue One. Save this post, you'll remember it later.
  5. So, they showed this wonderful video at the celebration in Orlando: I must admit, I shed a tear. Very touching. The Force will always be with her.
  6. Please excuse the double posting! But I received a message on the Nar Eurbrikka wiki asking how I did something in my characters' articles, so I thought it would be worth sharing here as well for everyone to know. I was asked how I added the character infobox for my character profiles. If you are not familiar with it, an infobox serves as a kind of bullet point-esque fact sheet about characters or factions, often used in fiction wikis to give a quick overview of a character. It is also the method used on Wookieepedia, for example, to describe official franchise characters. On the Nar Eurbrikka wiki, I set up an infobox to do the same, basically, and it looks like this when added to the article: You can see it right next to my basic text describing Cody's story. The data that can be filled in contains Name, Alias, Affiliation, Military Rank, Profession, Species, Gender and Homeworld. You can also enter a box title and add a profile picture for the character. Any information that you don't enter into the form will not show up, so you don't have to fill it in completely for the infobox to work. But how do you add it when writing an article? It's actually pretty easy – all you have to do is type: {{ This should open a box in which you can select what kind of template you want to insert. Fairly early in the list, you should see "Character" (not to be confused with "Infobox character", which is a different template than the one I set up). If you don't see it in the list, type "Character" in the search bar above and select the "Character" template from the search results. Once you click on it, you get a list of data you can fill out with the aforementioned fields. Fill in the data you want to show up for your character and, ideally, add an image as well, and that's it! Hit "Apply changes" at the bottom right and the next thing that happens is that your infobox will show up on the right side of your article and you can continue writing your character's bio or whatever. If you want to edit any info, just double-click on the infobox and you will be able to make your changes. So, I hope this helps those who want to set up their character pages.
  7. Thank you! Just go ahead and use them, asking for permission won't be necessary. But if you do, I would love to see some pictures of them applied to minifigs!
  8. Damn, you're a machine. I will never get how you're able to blast out so many great builds at this pace, I just can't understand. My last entry took me ages and is nowhere near comparable build quality. This is great, especially the garrison which looks like an outright fortress. I also like the giant tree, gotta get my hands on red leaf parts one day myself... I also like the attention to detail, like the merchants with their goods. There's great stuff to look at at every corner. Awesome work.
  9. I see, a new theme design you have, Eurobricks... Looking very cute! When I opened up the site, for a moment I thought it was Valentine's Day all over again
  10. So, I am back home and had some time to come back to this page. I've added a page for my character and introduced an "original characters" category, in which your protagonists can be added. It would be cool to see this grow!
  11. Congratulations, everyone! Though it is very hard to believe that the Empire won this round, again... if I didn't know any better, I would wonder if the ISB happens to have some judges' family members in custody... *cough cough*
  12. I also like it! Your TIE aggressor is a cool variation and the Hornet class fighter is cool to look at as well. I agree with Forresto about the Geonosis build, it could use a little bit of variety, but other than that it's pretty well done! The statue of Dooku is a nice touch!
  13. What an excellent idea, I'll definitely contribute to this. I dunno why, but I *love* wikis. lol.
  14. Thank you! Yeah, I had to actually laugh about that one, too, when it came to me. :D
  15. Outstanding! I like all of your entries, anyway, but this one might be your best, I think. I like the plot and the dialogue a lot, they are superb; and the building is as strong as always. Really, really well done. Also, your photography is once again spot on. You transport so much story with your pictures, it's amazing. You know my approach, I do it comic-style and pretty much need a picture for everything. You on the other hand tell your story way more efficiently with much less images, and it's no less great to read. I really enjoyed it, thank you!
  16. Judgement: Story: Episode 0 – The Introduction Episode XII – Den Of The Dragon XII-I – Sowing The Seed Episode XIII – Quantum Of Sunrise XIII-I - Quite A Mercenary Episode XIV - Day Of The Spectacle: I was being extremely subtle with this, but if you pay close attention, you might catch a popcultural reference or two.
  17. Simply amazing, what a sight to behold! The building's angle is just the icing on the cake, there's so much amazing stuff going on. Also, you really captured that Onderon look very well. I have seen the entire TCW arc of Onderon and your architecture is pretty much spot on, I would say. Great job!
  18. Very cool build! Not too big, but perfectly suitable and great attention to detail! I also like the story going on, it almost makes me wanna read up on that Bloodline story.
  19. Veeery nice looking! I also like the Chandrila planet a lot, one of my favorite EU planets!
  20. Another decal request is finished and young Admiral Yularen has been added to my library.
  21. @kibosh Thank you! No, I actually do not sell decals. Not that I would be opposed to do it, but I wouldn't know who to sell it to. For private use, they are free anyway; for commercial use, it would be pretty cool to do that, but I don't know where to offer them or how the rights management would work. Maybe I could do Star Wars characters if I don't name them, but I am sure I cannot copy official TLG designs and sell them.
  22. Hello there! I already opened two threads in here about decals, but with the evergrowing amount of designs that I do for Star Wars and a few other franchises, I thought it would be wiser to make a thread where I can show all of my work in a single place. Maybe a few of you find some of my designs useful? I try to make mostly original design, but sometimes, I do imitate the officially released minifigs. Also, some decals are specific requests that I got, like adapting characters to different styles or make specific changes to certain designs. I hope you enjoy them! Lando Calrissian – Cloud City Lando Calrissian – The Force Awakens Era (based on a Lego Star Wars animated series) Captain Antilles – Tantive IV Galen Erso – Lah'mu Farmer Outfit Grand Admiral Thrawn – Fixed Rank Insignia Nien Nunb Ahsoka Tano – De-Cloneified Padawan Look You can also view my collection of selfmade decals on my decal site. As I mentioned, I also do requests as long as I like them and feel like accepting their challenge, so don't be shy to ask if you need anything Star Wars related! Since I do post my finished designs on my website, I may not update this opening post with new designs; however, I will post it in here when I finish a new decal, so make sure to check the end of the thread and/or my blog website if you wanna be up to date. Currently, I have four additional decals in the works: TCW Admiral Yularen, TFA Luke Skywalker, Cassian Andor und Poe Dameron With Jacket.
  23. While the beach battle scene is cool enough, the true greatness is the outright fantastic upper portion. Those micro X- und U-Wings are brilliant, and everything is superb. The only thing probably improving this moc would be to have the planetary shield be built entirely without opaque bricks, just transparent ones, like sideway bricks instead of plates. But that's such a minor complaint compared to the excellence of this whole thing... in short, I like it. And I can't express how much I love that micro X-Wing. It instantly makes me crave for a Death Star battle scene built like this.
  24. I try to avoid it, but it sure beats buying a 70 bucks-set just to get a Yoda minifig (that was before the new Spider Droid and Yoda's Starfighter released)
  25. I agree, the ship is the main draw of the build and it's definitely an interesting one. The bulky nature is quite unique, and I like how it is asymmetrical, I like it when ships do that. Also, the 5 on the baseplate is a nice touch. It reminds me of the 94 on the wall of the hangar bay in ANH that took me about 25 years to notice.
