Nice job I really like your custom Cement Truck

Hello, I would recommend either starting with a 9V or RC system. 9V is more user friendly and is generally well liked. However becoming rare now and the metal track is more expensive. If you want to purchase some 9V items an excellent site is Bricklink Now if you would like Cheaper and easier to get than RC is the way to go. There are two trains to choose from, the Passenger Train 7897. Which is basically a starter kit. There is a deluxe starter kit to say, the Cargo Train 7898 Which comes with more track and more train parts and extras. A little more expensive but worth it. Hope this helps

Only Knights (500 post) can make polls Maybe a mod could please add one? I would have to say the Winter Toy Shop one is the best

Good idea and nice to see someone try I think there could be various improvements. Such as a color scheme change to maybe blue, or brown. Also maybe take out the middle level and just have it be 1 level then the roof to avoid similarity to the Pizza Restaurant. Perhaps even try to print your own Bank decals on clear avery print sheets.

Great Job once again I especially like the girl rider

Also add some gold coins to the ATM, LEGO doesn't often give us money in City sets. Therefore we need an easy source A little lever where money comes out would be cool too, something like the stove in the City Corner Pizza restaurant perhaps?

Yes very true, I also agree Bank and Post Office would be amazing like we discussed in the "Ideas for new City Sets" Thread, a City Corner 2 basically. Since we will most likely are to see 2 Trains and those 2 buildings I also doubt that the TRU exclusive will be a Monorail or Train. At first I was highly optimistic that it would be, but now I have shadows of doubt because of the rumored 2 train sets. While I am kind of sad that we will probably not see a Monorail I am also happy as the TRU exclusive really is the last chance to get some great city buildings. Which I think we should actually see more of. Because LEGO loves vehciles because they design them so well, however I think City is the most practical and easy theme to introduce bulidings into.

Yea that is the only one I seem to remember unless Country Flags count because those have been around for awhile too.
-
How is this related to this topic? Does this mean you voted for ground level Track?
-
Exactly! The little Promo is similar and has less parts than the Yellow Tractor.

Great job I like how this is brick built and is much nicer than the single mold cycles LEGO has made currently. However the best LEGO motorcycle is still this one

Batman LEGO on BrickLink is quite inflated and pricy currently. In fact I sold a 7884 for $55 recently

What Ever Happened to the Train Engine Shed?
Piranha replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Train Tech
 I agree, although I am as optimistic as the next guy, I doubt about Modular Train Stations being made. That said however LEGO has released sets that seem to came out of the blue. No leaked pics, no info about them, they just show up and nobody expected that. A surprise set. I really like those especially if they are awesome. -
ATM Impulse: $3.49 Includes ATM and figure with 1-2 100 bill printed tiles
-
Well that depends. I have heard large lawnmowers called Tractors. IMO its a Tractor
-
I like these revived threads, as I missed most of them Great work again svelte, this review had me laughing This impulse is very cool and the transparent box cover is cool. Only con is they should have included an actual hot dog with it. The turkey drumstick is nice.

Well speaking theoretically it is possible to have tram track built level with a base plate. Instead of a line of studs on one side of the street of the road plate you have the track line the same height as the stud. However this means you need alot of Road Plates to make a circle and have a complete track. I think LEGO should make Road Plates like that and sell them separately. As it would be quite crazy and expensive if they were to make a set with all those Road plates. Now back on topic I think Dark Grey or Bley Road plates look the best. Green is cleaner but just doesn't feel right. Also green trees and planters when placed on the streets of the road plate look much more visible and contrast on a Grey plate over a green plate where it just seems to blend in more.

Actually there are 5 Tractors for the farm series. Pig Pen Lime Green One (No Pic because its not allowed ) There are 2 in 7637. Blue and small yellow one The Daily Mirror Promo Tractor And finally the Red Tractor set 7634

Interesting topic indeed!! Some other parts that have the extra plastic that could be potentially recycled. Flowers Coins Knives Plumes Tools Flippers (scuba fins) Green On

Thanks for the scans Now skip all the other stuff since the only thing that interests me is the City scans The fire station has been shown before and been heavily discussed over in the 2010 City topic. I was hoping for some pics of the Octan Tanker Or the airport or anything else besides the Fire Station.

What Ever Happened to the Train Engine Shed?
Piranha replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Interesting unfortunately the Emerald Night doesn't fit in the shed I highly doubt we will something along the lines of the Emerald Night's quality and building style. Probably not a Station or another train. Most likely since Legomilk confirmed the production of 2010 City trains and we have had rumors about 2 trains and a Station and Level crossing. I think they will most likely be another Cargo Train and a Light Rail Passenger Train or Tram. Not sure if they will include the PF and Track, since on LSAH there is a section for "Engines Specially" then I can reason the 2010 trains will be seperate from PF and Track. Which would seem quite logical. Oh yes and I wouldlike to see a Cargo Depot such as 4555  -
Yeah well it is still available in the USA but not many European conutries. Also I completely agree with you about the sets being not for purchase in the USA!! If they remove it from one country, remove it from all countries and not have this "Not available in the USA" crap Hmmm yeah why remove the Harbor and still have the Recycle Truck available? I see the City Corner is back!

Excellent work The color scheme as you said is really awesome This would work well with all the other modular buildings and be very popular if LEGO made it an actual set! Very sweet MOC!

Great review svelte These airline promo sets are really cool. Maybe one day when I ride on an airplane they will one for sale The best part has to be the ice cream stand and girl.
