No, it is just the transition between the normal days to the holydays, I guess the majority is passing more time with their families, friends, less on the web, give a couple of days and people shall return with renewed strenght.

SECOND TASK Nikutai Arfelan, lord of the Arfelan Plains, travels on the lands of Historica with the company of a few of the Immortals, the elite cavalry unit from its domains, they are heavy cavalry and with their lord are a capable fierce force, that patrols the lands bringing justice to the people.
