    One of the Boudon designs has a drawing of a hypothetical fat torso. I think the same could be achieved with a waist or neck-mounted piece, but regardless of how it's handled it should be done. I'm all for expanding the options. Here's my take on one that a few people have mentioned. Aviatrix Gender: Female Torso Print: 3/4 length leather flying coat in dark-brown, with the print carrying over onto the legs. Top buttons opened to reveal white dress shirt and tie Type of Headgear: New hair piece depicting a Marcel wave hairstyle, in light bright yellow, barring that, the traditional aviator cap (in reddish-brown) and goggles is acceptable. Facial Expression: Smiling Legs: Dual-molded tan, with black or reddish-brown feet (think TLNM Sushi Chef). Coat print continued from the torso. Body Wear: TLNM Jay Walker scarf in white. Accessory: None

    In relation to the story it makes sense. At the end of story Monstrox is nothing but a shard of essence, spirited away by Ruina. The new sets would seem to indicate that he will take a holographic form like Merlock 2.0, and that he will utilize technology to recommence his war against the Nexo Knights. There are a couple of figures that are obviously the lieutenants, but they don't appear to be remarkable in the way, say, General Magmar, Lord Krakenskull or Ruina Stoneheart. It's early, though, so they could definitely do some great minifigs.

    Yeah, I'm not seeing Ruina's staff anywhere in the close-up photo of the Berserker Bomber making the rounds. That's not me saying Ruina isn't possible, just that I'm not seeing what you are.

    In your opinion, were there better options for the CMF slots than some of the ones we ended up with, especially the ones that DIDN'T show up on-screen? The box photo for the Volcano Base shows an uncharred Great White General sitting on a red 4x4 round plate, "flying" from the top of the volcano. Whether it's because of an actual mechanism or imagination remains to be seen.

    2018 is gonna be pretty good year for LEGO animals. Bad year for the wallet, though.

    Black with a dark flesh or nougat snout. I believe the police bear is brown with a tan snout, correct? Jungle spider is also in the Elves line some kind of yellow, possibly trans.

    Yeah, you don't return them. Call them and tell them by all means, but they're probably gonna tell you to keep them. Do so with a clear conscience.

    They were in the last Lego General thread, but LEGO filed a claim and they were pulled. They're pretty damn boring, even accounting for their preliminary nature. Potentially new gold piece, GitD Jungle Spiders and the Bear are the only really interesting bits.

    If they had played up the "The Knights have to get magical to fight Merlock 2.0" angle they could have given Macy a great "living" dragon build. Though I do agree Ninjago's over-reliance on dragons does make it a bit of an issue for NK. Which is kind of sad, Nexo Knights is (was?) a setting that begs for a big, Elves-style dragon.

    Wyvern uses Hero Factory lightning in purple and trans-light blue for the bulk of the wing, and 59233pb01 for the a smaller bit of wing and the tip of the tail. Looks like 1x1 cheese slopes in trans-purple are used as well. Not familiar with the piece on the head, but it looks trans-purple. Lion has the Chima Phoenix wings, looks like trans-red (maybe orange) cheese slopes paired with 2x1 slope with the cut-out in trans-yellow. New (?) piece on the head in the same color as the cheese slopes. Turtle looks like it just has some trans-blue cheese slopes. I really can't tell on the fox. There looks to be some transparent chain in a couple of sets, as well as 1x1 round tiles and the crystal pieces.

    Yeah, it will. I suspect this will be another one of LEGO's miss opportunities.

    Wouldn't the Piranha set constitute a spoiler? Now we know where that sweet-megablocks Misako is gonna show up.

    Probably needed a full crown of forbidden powers for it to fly. At least that's the head-canon excuse I'd use.

    There a re a couple of structure builds, a small house with the lavender wyvern, and then a castle tower-like build with the green wolf. No big buildings, I'm afraid. at the risk of getting my account smoked, pics are over on 4Chan. They're worth a thousand words.
