    I was gonna say it was just the CMF Paintballer's in dark blue, but it does appear to be a new mold. Nothing very interesting about this set for me.

    Whoa, I didn't even notice the rib print on Garmadon, I just figured it was another movie variant. I'm liking corpse Garmadon.

    The Tech-Vamps have new armor and shield pieces as well. The alternate face print is pretty cool, too. Still not sold on them, but they're looking a bit better.

    Wow, I wouldn't have believed LEGO had it in them to do the modified cowl. Cheers to them for that.

    I get where you're coming from, but there's a big difference in a one-per-case chase figure and 5K figures spread amongst an entire series' production run. I don't know if I like the idea myself, and I think Mr. Gold was handled pretty poorly. We'll see when they announce S.17, though.

    $24.99, supposed to be available 1 November. I'll probably BL Margaret Hamilton, it looks like a good minifigure in general.

    In tan or pearl gold with white hair to boot! Love the face print, as well. That green kimono print on the center figure is great, too.

    Could they be doing one big dump because they intend to dial way back on the regular CMF releases? I guess they're banking on the popularity of the suits to drive sales for 18.

    Aw, I thought we got a new name or a leaked fig/part. As for number 17, I think it'll be a one-per-case chase, and that it will drop one of the female figures down to x2 per case, or be a female figure itself. Gold brick suit sounds like a likely candidate. Also, rob-ot doesn't recall the City tree suit being in S.18, so there's that.

    I've noticed they do that. They'll bump up the price of CMFs for a period of time, then lower it again.

    I went into TrU today for no reason in particular, and was pretty surprised how many of the Batman sets were in the display. There were only a few of the Ninjago ones. I'll note what the numbers look like when I go in on Sunday to get the City set, but I'm thinking these might make it to November.

    Haven't seen the mountain lion. I'm imagining that it's just the leopard sans spots?

    The CMF Jester was Bright Light Orange/Purple, which is relatively close to new Jestro. I agree the light blue/purple of pre-evil Jestro was much more appealing. Might just slap good Jestro's head on year 1 Jestro's body and call it good.

    My Paintballer is pretty lonely. A bit clearer pic of one of the female bikers popped up. Can't wait to see that bigfig.

    Yeah, I was thinking that it took them long enough to pull that one out again. I think the paintball gun was one-and-done, too.

    Wouldn't mind a Ghost of the Red Baron minifig.

    They might be able to recolor an orca to pass as another whale, but it certainly won't pass as a beluga. On the topic of sea life, really wish they'd do a hammerhead piece for the shark, big or small.

    Yeah, These have managed to reverse my initial feelings on the theme. Very cool minifigures.

    I'm a fan of all three of those, and these aren't doing much for me. I too hope this wave has the equivalent of Magmar, Ruina or Krakenskull.

    So while everyone was talking about the Tree suit, Ninjago and NK baddies leaking, we all seemed to have missed that the black bear from the large Mining set also appears to have popped up. Could be bootlego like the white tiger, but I couldn't pull one up on AliExpress, so...
