    We sure that Mere-Bat's tail isn't a new mold? It's hard to tell, but the flukes look like they curve around, though that could be the lighting on the pamphlet image and the poor quality of the photo in general. After sleeping on the pic, I'm just glad we're done with this theme after this wave.

    $2.25 US, and you're right, the full figure on BL isn't all that much more.

    I was thinking the same. If that insert is a fake it's a pretty well-executed one. No El Murcielago or Lady-Bat/Bat-Lady suits makes me pretty sad.

    I too am amazed they're putting a dolphin in a CMF pack, though the lifeguard Batman is pretty damn redundant. Nice to get at least a couple of FaF characters, but one of them should have been the Joker. I'm sure everyone can name at least one thing in the movie they would have rather been included here over something else, but it's an alright series overall.

    Another great series. French Queen (god, that hairpiece is grand) and the luchadora are my standouts.

    Man, I could use a few of those bomber jacket torsos.

    You're free to use him as you like, but it doesn't stop official LEGO canon being that it's a man-eating plant. I always assumed that would be the case. A mix of printed "costumes" and both new and recolored specialty costume pieces.

    The spacing on the eye openings on the Chima masks renders them largely useless with normal minifig head print spacing. Now, that doesn't stop them from printing the heads to fit Chima mask pieces, they would just look really odd without said masks.

    I have a copy of the image saved, and it looks like the exact text is "Get Ready to Party with LEGO Minifigures Series 18!" What the smaller blurbs say are largely undecipherable. though the first one looks something like "...a party in every bag". I can definitely make out a release date of April, though.

    Eh, I'm not buying it. Nothing we've heard from reliable sources has hinted that this is even a possibility.

    rob_ot5000 said he doesn't recall the tree being on the list, so despite it being a pretty easy shoe-in, it isn't gonna be in S.17.

    That part shows up in a couple more of next years sets. The prelims don't really give a good idea of the particular shade of trans-orange, though.

    Yes. It has been posted numerous times, as the original Crazy Bricks one or the Chinese bootleg.

    The preliminaries had two distinct bears; black in the largest mining set and a brown in the police helo set.

    We've seen the preliminary of the station. It's partially built into rock. Doesn't look very good.

    Yup, and those guys are pretty damn reliable. I believe them when they say that LEGO isn't going heavy on the suits for wave 2. Two or three suits would be my guess.
