  1. Will there be only two sets or can we hope for more?
  2. Good Guy: Cole with these awesome lava arms Bad Guy: Pythor definitely
  3. Regarding these ideas for the future "Fun at the ..." series I would like to suggest my own thoughts on what sets LEGO should make. Because I love animals so much, I would love to see more of them in the system-sets. For example, one idea is "National Park" set: 1) 3 minifigures of campers with a tent. One of them is a naturalist photographer (set also includes a tree or a bush with a butterfly) 2) 2 minifigures of people doing sports (it can be cyclist, jogger or someone and also some signs for them) 3) a minifigure of ranger (perhaps a small observing place or a map of the park nearby) 4) 1 or 2 people fishing (we have had no normal fishing rod for ages) And then go animals: Set can include snake or spider and a small ant hill with ants. The set can also include different types of trees (not models, but built with details) and birds sitting in their crones. As for big animals I suggest including bear with a cub (they also can live in a cave). A male deer with a fawn or female deer. Perhaps, wolf, fox or bobcat as another predator and a wild boar. It would also be great to have a variety of national parks' sets from all over the world (Asia, Africa, Australia etc.) What do you think about it? Should LEGO make more animals for the system sets? Because Duplo is full of different living creatures, while system definitely lacks them.
  4. I wonder, who else is going to confront Spidey in Homecoming? Perhaps, Carnage or Mysterio would be the best variants and maybe he will also meet Ghost Rider or some other "forgotten heroes" to join him and his new "Iron friend"
  5. I think, that Spider man Homecoming will get 4 sets since this hero is the most popular one and there is a very positive reaction on him in the Civil war. I hope that he will get the Iron Spider armor, because Tony will also appear in the movie it seems quite possible
  6. "Fun in the Zoo" seems unbelievable, but it would be so awesome since we almost have no sets with animals in system sets. I mean, normal animals - not these "girlish-cartoon-style" ones from "Friends" and "Elves" (no offence, I am a big fan of Elves myself).
  7. Oh, that Bane, I will for sure get this big figure of him since this the only one true figure of Bane. Hope, he will appear in sets
  8. Guys, I want to know - will the new sets be released somewhere in June or should they be expected in August. I know, that pictures from NYTF showed them as August sets, but that's also for other LEGO themes. However, recently I discovered, that in my local store some themes like City and Nexo Knights will be released in June. Unfortunately I forgot to ask about Star Wars. By the way, it is reasonable to release them in June, because it will be 6 months since the release of the 1st wave in January.
  9. And some dark elves please
  10. Well, maybe Samukai and Morro will appear in "Airjitsu battle grounds"
  11. Regarding the preliminary images, I wonder if this construction can be assembled like Minecraft 21121 Desert outpost set or something like this
  12. *offtop* Power Rangers please?
  13. Guys, I am sorry, if this is a silly question, but is there only one set for the upcoming movie or will TLG reveal others just a bit closer to the premiere in July?
  14. How many pieces are in this castle?
  15. Thanks a lot for critics - I tried to follow your advice and take some shots in the day light, though this background is the best I could get for now, but I will try to improve later:)
  16. Year 1947. The Second World War is over. Johnny Thunder has left all of his adventures behind and now working at one of the australian universities. His archenemy, Baron Von Sinster is buried under the ruins of the Golden Dragon temple after the infamous Orient expedition, which took place right before the war. Though, unexpected letter from Johnny's uncle, professor Kilroy, makes Thunder worry: "Dear nephew, I know that you are done with your adventures, but now like never before I need your help. Remember the secret society called "Enceladus", which I used to tell you about long time ago and member of which I personally was in 1917. This is not as simple as you might think - I haven't told you all the exact details assuming them to be burried with the events of 1920. My old friend, Tadeusz MacBright, who was a leader of the "Enceladus", became obsessed with the ideas offinding force so powerful and so infinite, that none of us can even imagine. With great efforts of mine and my few clearheaded fellows, we managed to stop Tadeusz and other members of the society. 27 years ago, on the island, map of which I send with this letter, we faced forces, that are beyond our consciousness, beyond everything, we barely managed to stop the dark ritual. Tadeusz himself, fell into the abyss, so I suppose him being dead. Other members of his spiritual experiment were arrested. Though, the war gave the "Enceladus" a second chance. The society was revived under the leadership of Von Smidt and now growing its strength. Oh, I think I can't write anymore - someone is coming. I'll leave the letter behind the old wardrobe - Mike is warned and he will deliver it with all the necessary items and artifact... Sincerely yours, uncle Kilroy. 15th september, 1947." Having read the letter, Johnny and Mike immediately start a new adventure to find Kilroy. To their fortune, Pippin Reed joins them in an unexpected meet at Sydney docks. They soon find the altar and an artifact called The Book of Dead, which according to Johnny's knowledge was used to summon spectral entities. Though, they find no trace of Kilroy. Being ambushed by Von Smidt and "Enceladus" soldiers, they are trying to escape. Will they? It's a question. To be continued. Adventurers. Pacific island escape by Nick Art, on Flickr Adventurers. 17. I acually wonder, is this the last Minecraft set, because it contains almost every character from the previous sets, except Nether monsters and skeletons. Skeletons will actually appear in Fortress. So, in this way TLG is saying goodbye to the theme or not?
  18. Power Rangers movie is coming next year, I know this is only a dream and TLG already has two teams of unique characters wearing the same suits with different colors (Ninjago and Nexo), but that would have been awesome to see a dream team of my childhood in LEGO sets. Also, I'd love to see more sets based on video games. Especially, Warcraft or Final Fantasy - their universes are so broad, that it leaves lots of space for designers to make sets of!
  19. With the first "Doctor Strange" trailer coming tomorrow, can we expect more info about the set or even pictures?
  20. I can't just figure it out, how Lego decided to pick Angry Birds and Ghostbusters as licensed series, which definitely have less fans, than HP does
  21. I share your concern, but I suppose TLG will make some 1or 2 year-long themes with limited plot like Monster Fighters, Pharaoh quest, Galaxy squad - some of such themes were released at the time such major themes as Ninjago and Chima existed, so maybe TLG will somehow reitarate such experience... I hope
  22. Hello guys. Let me begin with the fact, that nowadays video games have an incredible popularity all over the world. I've thought recently, what if LEGO makes some themes based on popular (or not popular) video games and will move in this direction? There is actually such a great and popular "Minecraft" theme, one Dimension "Portal" pack, even "Midway arcade" pack and several sets in Lego Star wars based on Star wars' video games. And of course, "Angry birds", which are basically based on movie, but stem directly from the popular mobile game. I just want to discuss, what do you think about it? What possible games could LEGO release in future? As for me, I am a bit disappointed, that they haven't made sets based on Warcraft as long as the movie is going to be released soon. It is so broad and interesting universe with so many characters - so why not try? Also, I hope TLG will make more Portal sets (as we already have one in Dimensions).
  23. That's a good point, but I think this movie is more about protagonists clashing rather than ones being good and others being bad. Still, there will be two exact antagonists (Crossbones and Baron Zemo) and I hope we will get Zemo's minifigure in the fourth 'Civil war' set. Can't wait to see it. I heard, that the very first Premiere is on 7th of April or around that, so probably this is the proper time for TLG to reveal the set.
  24. Well, according to the plot and what we've already seen, it is not Black Panther, who is villain, but Bucky. I have no idea, why you are assuming Black Panther is a villain, when the whole movie is about Steve trying to prove that his friend (Bucky) isn't such kind of person, while Tony and the rest of the world regard him exactly as a villain
