  1. Looks awesome, I'd love to see it in real bricks - gonna need a decent stand though to do it justice.
  2. I'll do some pics of the parts for you next chance I get. I made a quick and dirty build of one nacelle using the bricks I had to hand to give you a feel for it. It will droop a little as I used a pipe and not a bar for the connection as for now I have left the original lego bulkhead' as was, ideally I'll put a bar in else strengthen up the area behind the DBG wheel. #
  3. This was the quick mods pending the order arriving I'm going to try to use some 65617 Brick, Round Corner 3 x 3 (think front engines of the last T-70) to help blend the back, build out the nozzle and then see if I can close out the front, maybe trying 2 rings offset to increase the number of slopes I did this for my Clone Wars Y-wing (with the armour) engine - might work.
  4. I've got some parts coming from Lego B&P to update the engines - mostly the rear but Ill play around with the front as well. For now I've added 1x1 LBG wedges to the inverted curved slopes around the front to smooth out the visuals, and tiled around the cylinder to reduce the studs around the wing area.
  5. I've changed to the narrower front, added the 4x8 plate to close out the rear tail gap, tiled various aspects, created a weapons bay in place of the missiles (simple one for now until my BL order lands), put some covers over the body/wing technic pins, done the escape mod from above and changed the cockpit about. If you change the nose you should be able to find space for the light brick at the bottom of the nose, but I've added some plates at the bottom to help with the shaping which you would have to play around with to be able to push the light switch button. I think if you play around with this you could get the light brick in the bottom of the nose.
  6. I had the 'contact customer services' email on Friday for my RC/TMBHT, spent 40 minutes waiting to speak to the representative and got the same paypal pre-authorisation line. Seemed all sorted and the email follow up stated the same, the order changed then to 'in warehouse'. Today however its gone back to the status of 'contact customer services'.....awaiting a reply to the case email. If yours has arrived then bless the stars.
  7. Brickset article covers this off - https://brickset.com/article/53520/75292-razor-crest-renamed-following-trademark-issue - it should be back up under the revised name in the EU (its back in the UK S&H under the new name and available to buy from 1st Sept).
  8. Brickset has three articles on the progression of the various Star Wars races over time which shows just how much has changed since first released.
  9. This feels like a well trodden path to troll town....
  10. The TIE striker hatch is LBG and a decent swap out, plus there are a number in your locale for less than 1e - 18675pb08
  11. UCS Y-wing is listed as "Retired Product" in the UK site.
  12. What location is that in? Here in the UK S@H has the UCS Death Star on back order and the UCS MF is still available. Never realised that the Y-wing had gone into retirement.
  13. I have a couple of these displays for my Batmobile and UCS A-wing - neither would take any significant weight on the top as the case design is not load bearing - the stand takes all the wight of the lego - it may be different for the MF case so I'll leave that for Jim to cover off.
  14. A lot of the UK lego stand sellers are struggling to get hold of supplies of acrylic due to the demand on PPE for screens (e.g WIckedbrick is fully closed down). If you can wait they will come back into stock once the PPE demand reduces, but of course timescales around that are unknown.
  15. Yup echo Mandalorianknight - if you share images between us here we can probably crack the sets in the bulk buy - even non-SW sets which may have found their way into the mix.
  16. Lego charge when it ships usually.
  17. Its been available on pre-order at the UK S@H site since the 20th Feb. Still available.
  18. Personally I find its often easier and cheaper to buy the component parts and then put the figures together, I've built up a lot of Phase 1 Clones and Rebel Troopers that way - it's amazing how often the same seller has multiples of heads, torsos and legs, or at least decent numbers of some element. Usually for the Phase 1 clones its the later helmet that's more expensive and not as common, but I still find I'm able to make up an average of three troopers out of the individual parts for the same price as buying a single complete figure (usually 4/5 for the price of the newest Phase 1 with the leg printing). Plus I'm buying printing legs for my clones as this is a way cheaper way of doing that. Its also a good way to then match up figures with parts bought from Customs - I bought a load of printed arms from FST and it was very cheap to then pick up clone trooper torsos to fit them into. I'd say that probably 40 out of the last 50 clones I've got are made up of the component parts v's buying as completed figures. Rebel troopers are much cheaper to buy but again as I'm swapping out the legs for printed ones its still surprising how cheap you can put a figure together.
  19. Pre-ordered from UK S@H because why not....I'm sure any GWP at the time can be sorted....awesome.
  20. Looks like a bar holder with handle - 23443 (Bricklnk)
  21. Yup I like that update a lot - looks excellent and its a lot sleeker on this iteration - I'd happily have one of those in my collection - great job.
  22. Interesting, Brickset has the 7283 set as having two ETAs and no V-wing...https://brickset.com/sets/7283-1/Ultimate-Space-Battle Instructions are at the bottom of the page.
  23. Hi, The V-wing in the K7283 space battle set is the 6205 set (https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=K7283-1) isn't it?
