  1. So the issue is that TLG stopped doing B-models, not that people are charging for C-model instructions. Ohp never mind, missed it by a few minutes
  2. @roeltheworld damn my dude, you're doing good work here. any chances of a video eventually?
  3. Good lord that's impressive. The stress those axles are under must be pretty immense
  4. Oh nah I know it's legit and agree with you. I don't want to discourage people from participating in the forum. That's why I suggested a preventative approach by modifying the title, instead of something more reactionary/radical like blaming people for asking.
  5. Someone should really append "No we don't know when photos are coming" to the topic title Gotta admit, it's getting really annoying. Constantly getting baited into opening the thread expecting photos or discussion, only to find yet another person asking the same old thing
  6. Nobody knows, but from memory it's often been the case that everything drops more or less at once
  7. I would assume they're dark green, since they're not as black as the bowl, and birds of paradise have green leaves. Edit: I found another picture from some other website easily found through Google. They're definitely dark green
  8. Since they're yellow, I'd assume that we'll see them more in some sort of City construction set
  9. @1974 excuse me, what? A single piece hood that’s custom isn’t a competitor, clone OR a fake. Sounds like you’re the one here with horse problems.
  10. I don't see why not. Custom rims and electronics are allowed
  11. I imagine that purists like you describe would rather be "effortists". For everyone besides the original creator, slapping on a pre-formed hood piece could almost be seen as cheating, as it's getting around the effort of trying to faithfully recreate something using Lego. Using an sbrick or Buwizz generally isn't seen as being at odds with this, as you still need to put in effort to make the rest of the car, not to mention the inability of Lego to do what they do.
  12. The slack in Technic pieces should make up for that though. The near-horizontal angles of the links mean that sideways movements should be minimised to the point where they can effectively be ignored for something with a similar range of motion to the Zetros. For something like a rock crawler this would obviously need changes, though that's likely out of the scope of these axles.
  13. Ah yes I've been watching you build this one on your Instagram for the past few weeks. I'm a huge fan
  14. Given the increasing obsession TLG has been growing for the past five years with licensed models having detailed bodywork, it wouldn't surprise me if it's a significant factor here.
  15. Licensed bodywork can take up a significant fraction. Remember how much went into detailing the cabin of the Arocs?
  16. Damn that looks great. Thoughts on a knuckle crane on the back like this one?
  17. It's likely that it's just a language barrier thing, but I feel the following point should be made, just to nip it in the bud before people start seeing this and start thinking there's actual rumours going around. What you just described is speculation, not a rumour. A rumour is leaked information that hasn't been confirmed by someone reputable yet. That list of cars is just speculation based on a statistic, not around actual information about any future sets. I'm sure you didn't intend for it to come across that way, but some people might start thinking it's true.
  18. Definitely longer, looks much cooler
  19. Just to avoid confusion for anyone, it’s not confirmed 4x4. It’s just more rumours from a small YouTube channel.
  20. I’m not inclined to believe the video at all
