It's no doubt gonna be fun to play with, but here's an image of the real thing: The leaked model has missing stuff - there's no side grille, the hand rails are at the wrong level, the entire ripper at the back seems to be absent, blahblahblah. Save for the track profile, it doesn't really look like a D11T. That doesn't bother me that much to be honest, since I'm more after the functions. But if someone told me the leaked info for this set was flat out wrong I'd believe them at this point.

It looks quite nice, but I’m surprised that for the rumoured price it doesn’t seem like they included a tilting bucket (which begs questions about the rear). This makes me think it’s only gonna have a single smart hub now, which is really worrying considering it’s meant to cost as much as the Liebherr. It’s definitely a big set - going by the main sprocket it’s as big as EricTrax’s Liebherr bulldozer, but if the functions aren’t as good then there’s no point getting this at all if you already have 42100. Lot of Instagram comments saying it’s ugly, which is funny considering the real thing’s just as ugly. I wouldn’t be surprised if the rumoured prices this year for the C+ sets were wrong. If this does indeed have only one hub, then I wouldn’t expect TLG to charge more than €350. Otherwise lmao TLG get stuffed, you been sitting around ABS fumes too long

What if the dishes were trans red? Another suggestion would be to do what syclone suggested and use the inverted 2x2 dish, and come up with some other creative brickery for the other parts of the taillights

Damn this mf really just goes ahead and dumps the picture here lmao. If the tyres really are smaller then it begs the question: how did they come up with the 300EUR price? This doesn't seem like a set that would be worth than 250EUR. Also, what's up with the low clearance above the front axle? The truck doesn't seem like its suspension is compressed in any way, so does that mean the front might be fixed?

I genuinely can’t tell whether they’re new tyres or not. The colour scheme isn’t as garish as I’d worried, especially for a trial truck. I quite like it. I’m curious to find out what suspension it has, whether it’s solid axles or just independent. However, I’m still not gonna get it, because I don’t think it’s worth forking out $500AUD for this. It’d need to have a pneumatic crane on the back for me to do it.

I prefer the second piece - it looks much sturdier. I agree with the cross-axle hole idea though -
no u But even with that in mind, I can't recall ever seeing stuff like this. I see people posting wishlists of what they'd like to see in a set, I see people commenting on sets being too expensive for what they offer, I see people discussing the feasibility/likelihood of features, and often saying that a set isn't for them, but off the top of my head I've never seen people actively complain about sets having features they didn't want (that were purely a matter of preference, unrelated to cost). Or, at least enough people doing it to make me raise my eyebrows.
