Location: G02 Freegate Tags: Land Vehicle, Spaceship Ever since Octan's defensive weapons were taken offline, MANTIS shuttles were free to move as they wished to the surface of Freegate. Hawk was assigned to make shuttle runs to take supplies down to MANTIS mining operations on the surface and return to the fleet with the mythril that had been mined. - - The MANTIS ground crew hard at work loading the newly mined mythril into the shuttle while Hawk inspects his ship. - Thanks to the efficiency of the MANTIS ground crews, Hawk is quickly turned around and heading back to the fleet. I really like how the dino mech turned out. The overgrown Octan truck is pretty cool to.

Thanks. The wheels are connected by a short technic pin. They do spin but the buggy itself is made more for poseability than playability.

Location: G02 Freegate Tags: Land Vehicle, Military Building, Spying Hawks assignment this week was pretty simple. His mission was to destroy an Octan radar installation that was used to coordinate missile defenses in the area. With the radar array destroyed, MANTIS could start landing their mining assets in the area. Attempts to destroy the array with a speeder or ship had been met with attacks from the missile defenses, so the only way to approach the radar was from the ground. Hawk was given a MANTIS Rock Scorpion all terrain buggy fitted with a powerful cutting laser to complete his mission. - - - More pictures under the spoiler tag. Thanks for looking. C&C appreciated.

Thanks guys. I'm glad you like it. Now it is time to take it apart and start on a new large ship. I'm glad you think that. I'm suspecting that the landing pad and my poor photography skills might have kept it a six. A six is still a very respectable score. Thanks judges.

Nice walker. Stick bugs are the perfect creatures to design a spy vehicle after, very stealthy.

That little rover is neat. Nice and compact.

I really like the mech. The New New Pittsburg Pirate hat and the part with the workers were funny. What plans does SpacerSteve have with a tiny T Rex?

All the builds are great, but my personal favorite is the shuttle. The exhaust is pretty cool.

Location: F02 Lesser Drigo Tags: Spying, Spaceship With the MANTIS and Octan fleets both in orbit around Lesser Drigo, it was only a matter of time before MANTIS would capture an Octan vessel. The MCS Trade Winds, a Merchant Confederacy ship, was on a supply run to the surface when it was intercepted by MANTIS. The crew was kept for questioning and MANTIS command saw an opportunity to use the vessel to infiltrate the Octan spaceport. They put together a group to pose as the Merchant Confederacy crew in hopes to gain information on Octan's fleet movements. Note to judges. The Octan truck is reused and should not be judged. Hawk: You three stay here. I will go and scout the area and see if I can get into the control tower while they unload the ship. You guy wait for my signal. - Spec Ops1- Hold it there pilot. The base is on lock down. There are MANTIS spys everywhere and you need special clearance to get past this point. Hawk: Sorry sir. I hear those MANTIS guys are vicious thugs. Keep up the goo…. Spec Ops1- That's enough small talk. Please return to your ship. We will be performing inspections soon. Hawk: Yes sir. - Hawk: This is bad. They will be around soon to inspect the ship. They will find out that we are MANTIS for sure. Snake: I say we go in and blast them with our death ray blasters! Sue: Yeah! Hawk: Are you two crazy? Do you know how many of them there are out there? Chogg: Chogg have an idea. Chogg is master of disguise. Chogg: Mister robot man! Could you help me here. Robot: Affirmative. Chogg: Robot is needed in the control tower. Spec Ops2: Sure go right through. Hawk: Wow Chogg, I can't believe that actually worked. Chogg: Chogg given top secret spy gear from CEO - Spec Ops3: Don't move MANTIS scum. You may have been able to fool my partner some how but your not fooling me. Chogg: Chogg has good news and bad news. Hawk: What is it. Did you get the data? Chogg: Chogg got data but Octan got Chogg. Nice land ship. The satellite dish has a cool shape to it and the engine is great.

Nice builds. The comic style is cool, and the larger picture really help.

Thanks for the comments guys. I wanted the Flamosians to look like they had mech suits on. I imagined that a creature with a magma body would need a suit to venture out into a cooler environment, even if it was a desert.

Cool little radar truck. The lighting worked great on the satellite.

The zoid speeder is cool and those L tiles work well on the floor. Is that the OBS maximum effort on the shelf of John Hannibles quarters?
