Lil' Longlegs clearly had an unfair advantage in that fight! A mithril medal isn't all that bad though. I think it interesting that the only attacks from Lil' Longlegs that hit Ivan were kicks. Congrats Dannylonglegs and MKJoshA for medaling. I already can't wait to see the other races.

The MANTIS Hornet MK. 3 is a specially modified special ops recon speeder. With it's stealth and weapons systems removed, extra room is made for an oversized drive core and additional maneuvering thrusters to make it one of the best racing speeder in andromeda. Thanks for looking. C&C welcomed.

Hawk never cared about boats. He saw them as unnecessary and primitive devices that had long since been replaced by a common hover speeder. When MANTIS asked him to compete in the Andromeda games sea races he was already dreading the idea. - MANTIS gave him the new Wraith sea racer to compete with. He quickly fell in love with how fast it could travel over the water. It's ability to hydroplane reduced contact with the water and made it faster then most boats it size. He also loved how it's advanced maneuvering thrusters made it control more like a speeder. - - Thanks for looking. C&C welcomed as always. more pictures under the spoiler.

If colors are you problem, you could always spy on another corporation or steal some of their vehicles . MANTIS is very good at spying and needs all the special forces it can get. When I started MANTIS, I had very little neon green or black to work with too and still don't have a lot of green mini figure parts. I have slowly been building up my collection of part by finding ultra agents sets on sale and have been on the lookout for the new volcano research sets too. I find that a lot of the time the best Octan/MANTIS/Kawashita vehicles actually use their main colors sparingly over a mostly light or dark grey body. There are many different options for building without the main colors like Dannylonlegs suggested and I don't think you should feel restricted to only using black and green.

i like how you used the olive green and dark red. That and the hazard stripe stickers give it a very worn industrial look.

I already changed the hands to fit fully extended. There hasn't been a ruling specifically against me but I changed it based on Big Sal's response to you question. Black Ivan is actually my build.

Very nice ship. I have been trying to figure out how to use the new bat mobile windscreen on my own ship and this gives me a lot of inspiration.

Going by the name Black Ivan, he ruled the illegal underground robot fighting leagues in the Milky Way. His tactics were ruthless and wouldn't shy away from using every dirty trick in the book to sometimes literally destroy his opponents. His career in the Milky Way would end in disgrace though after it was found out that he was using banned upgrades. Soon after that he would fall into disrepair and make a living a a common star port loader. Found by MANTIS recruiters, he was promised a position within the organization if he could win a medal in the Andromeda Games. Now it remains to be seen if Black Ivan can compete in a legitimate Mech wrestling match and survive Octan's attempts to disqualify him from competition. - Ivan disarming the competition in the great Orion sector cage fight. - - - - - Easily fits within the size restrictions completely extended. MANTIS always welcomes new members and now is a better time than ever to be special forces in MANTIS. It seem like Octan and MANTIS in terms of strength, tech tree standings, and build numbers are pretty much equal with the only true underdogs being Kawashita at the moment. All the corporations at one point or another have suffered from low turnout, so I would say just to stay with the one you want.
