Marvel Superheroes 2016 Rumors And Discussion
Bricky Dee Williams replied to Quicksilver's topic in LEGO Licensed
Haha, no kidding. I believe it's in three or fours sets now with the BvS releases. And yes, I finally was allowed to, technical difficulties beforehand. We can only hope! Lego has done well with these minifigure ploys as of late, such as Hulk, Rocket Raccoon, C-3PO, etc. I trust they'll do well with this one too. Definitely go for the Avenjet man! I got it at WalMart, fantastic minifigure selection! -

I have Classic TV Series Batcave news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just got an email from Brickset. I sent them this yesterday morning: Have you seen the Feb. 2016 store calendar! Feb. 17-29 is the new Classic TV Series Batcave! Public release is March 1st, 2016. And they asked me about confirmation in a further email, and I quoted just2good. They then sent me this this morning! Based on an email we received last night I can confirm that it will be the Classic Batcave. There are no images yet but there will be fairly soon. What do you guys think? I cannot wait!- 8,446 replies

So long as we get the burnt Vader helmet in the set, I'm up for it! Oh my gosh it is! That is sooooo out of place. -

ToysRUs, being a secondary consumer/retailer/seller of Lego, is able to fix their own prices. Given the company has no debt until I believe 2018, they have risen prices for maximum profit. I don't often buy there, except for price matches and exclusive polybags.- 8,446 replies

He did, I PMed him about it, pending. I thought for a moment it may be true, given the hype surrounding SW: TFA and the fact that the other just retired. We'll see. -

You know, at could definitely work. Thinking about it, the look would flow, dark grey minitari pants with black boots. Great idea! -

Yes to your BvS speculation, I don't expect anything. As for the summer sets, we know nothing past March, and still haven't seen one of the two sets released that month. So no, we know nothing for the summer DC SuperHeroes wave. However, there is a Juniors set. (See my brief description a few posts back)- 8,446 replies

Well, the pictures were not officially released. They were found on a photo storing website. So yes they contain spoilers five months out, but we would've found out sooner or later. The set reveals the inclusion of Giant Man. That's really the only spoiler, which is a big thing, but will surely be marketed anyways. -

The cheapest one, Clash of Heroes, is definitely worth it. The minfigures and piece selection are great for $13. As for Kryptonite Interception, I'd say that's up to you. Sure you get Batman, but it's just a forklift and two LexCorp guards, plus th new Batmobile. I personally love the set, but it's als up to your taste and views on the movie and its material. The Batmobile is well built though. So yes for the smallest, and yes for the middle set.- 8,446 replies

That's beautiful! The sideways church is a nice touch, and great added detail with the different tones! The barn roof is a wonderful technique! It's been a while since I've seen camels too.

The small driveway looks great! There's so much detail added to this model, and so little space to do it, all while allowing the vehicle to fit inside! You've done a fantastic job, especially with the overall look added to the mix from the outside! 1,000th post!

Other new theme, liscensed, is Angry Birds. It would be very disappointing if we were to see this theme go. There's just so much potential, theyve only scratched the tip of the iceberg with the inclusion of the main five characters. No Creepy Creeper? Now that's criminal!- 1,699 replies

We only know of one Juniors set with Lex Luthor, Batman, and Superman. Whether it's based on BvS: DoJ or not, we do not know. But there could be one there, but given the time from the movie's release to the summer wave in June-August, I doubt we'll get one that we don't already know about. But again, that's just my logic.- 8,446 replies

The interior is lacking quite a bit. I saw the bed in the left (back view) tower, with the voltage door beneath it; I thought it was an electrocution table at first! It shocked me that Lego would put something in like that, but then it was seen later in the review that the room was just a breaker room. I believe City did a pretty nice job for this half of the year. Also, the easy to break out of prison explains why there are so many police sets with so many crooks on the loose.

I'm sure they'll be coming soon! They'd take the spots Itcy and Scratchy had in the Simpsons CMF line.- 4,155 replies

I believe Microscale Batmobile has been found in the wild, either at Target or ToysRUs. As for psqidexslizer248, I don't believe were getting a fourth, if anything we'll get an Aquaman poly later on in the year. We would've known about it by now.- 8,446 replies

No way, especially not this coming summer. Not only would it decrease profits by limiting a more broad theme to one subject group, but with the hype of Suicide Squad and the coming DC films, it wouldn't make sense as a business venture. And it's just plain suck for the rest of us.- 8,446 replies
