  1. Oh right, I fogrot about that one! Wow, that Black Panther looks great! I do very much like him now, much better looking with the yellow especially.
  2. I don't think so. All of the motorbikes they've made with that design have had lightning-bolt-like stickers covering the side. I don't think this'll be an exception. That would simply be "unexpected", him "desolating" that character slot.
  3. Looking very nice! I love how you still fit quite a bit of detail into the rooms there. Keep it up!
  4. I think you're right! Eh, his original with a grimace was actually pretty spot on. Oh well.
  5. Well, if there's a link its between Martin and Ulysess Klaw. He's the Prime Minister, the one buying missiles from Klaw in AoU. That could be a connection, but I really feel he does not yet warrant a place in a set.
  6. I agree, I think it looks fantastic. I'm glad they chose this, smart move on their part.
  7. Looking at it again, this Batcave rally seems too off. The inclusion of one random high tower and two middle ones looks wrong. The interior design is great, as are the vehicles, but well, it doesn't seem right together. And for that piece count, it's obviously mainly greebles and the like.
  8. There is a label piece for Bruce and for Dick in the study at the tops of the poles designating each to its user.
  9. I see many uses for that "Dick" pole piece in the future. It may just be me though....a bumper sticker in a MOC, anyone?
  10. You just summed it up. It's a fantastic model, absolutely stunning to me. The nostalgia factor is wreaking havoc, its off then harts. But it does seem too large, though the detailing is wonderful! But it still feels like the entire model was built to accommodate those fire poles. I feel the set is really brought together with the Minifigure selection, and that Batmobile! Eh, for the price tag I may have to pass for all my Marvel sets plus some, but we'll see. Especially if the Minfigure prices skyrocket.
  11. Amazingly! Holy price tag Batman! This is really nice, chances are I'll have to get it. That Batmobile, though!
  12. I saw the original on ScreenRant and was going to post this, but they didn't have a picture of the hoodie. And I think if Lego won't release the set until then, then they won't release pics early, otherwise they'd just release the set. But when this embargo lifts, I'm sure we'll see some things at the London Toy Fair soon after.
  13. Jinkies, man. This is quite possibly the priciest year for Super Heroes sets. But even just that TV Batcave is worth it.....
  14. Nice! I saw this on Brickset for the UK promotion. It's a cute little set, really. "In summer..."
  15. I'm surprised it isn't a set, the New Avengers facility. Maybe that's what the fourth set is.... But given this is the third movie it'll appear in,msuppisedly having a much bigger presence, it only seems right. But alas, four or five months out, we have no info.
  16. Price came from official Lego sources, as $270 with over 2,500 (which for this licensed theme would sadly NOT render a set of this size at $200 ) As for photos, an email to Brickset informed them the set would be officially revealed to all quite soon (and that was a week or so ago!). So keep hold on your interests, it's coming my friend!
  17. Nope, I read this correct. You just made my day, pal! So, looking at the prelims, they're pretty sweet. (Sorry, late to the party) It looks almost like the back pair of wheel son the CTT aren't connected, I do love Vader's TIE though! And haha, they are indeed making Lor-San-Tekka
  18. Yikes, heavens no! We've already got an $80 set in the initial wave, and $100 and $60 sets coming in the summer! I hope it's moderate, mid-sized.
  19. Erhm, Marvel got Hyperion, of all villains. Nah, turns out he had mixed it up with the Juniors sets this summer.
  20. Who knows? I haven't seen the Agents recently, someone has to keep tabs on Dr. Inferno.
  21. I thought about that as a set. It'd be amazing! However, they wouldn't do the entire ship, it'd be too expensive, it'd have to be large. I don't really know if I'd expect any more gang members.
  22. I love it! Not only would another Marvel playset be nice, but we'd also get some nice new minifugres (Coulson!) and a potentially some new or rare elements in classrooms, such as vials in a science lab or "lipstick" markers for a whiteboard. Plus a new Spidey variant. Welcome, Marvelous Spidey. Welcome.
  23. A while back, someone said a D2C has never been $270. The 10030 2003 Imperial Star Destroyer begs to differ. I just wanted to point that out. It still does not dignify the Batcave's price tag....
  24. Ooh, I love the use of the satellite piece! Nice!
