  1. So it's only a bigger Ducati? Man...
  2. A few more hours to the reveal! Hype hype hype!!
  3. I think that the next panels that we can get is the parallelogram extensions for 3x7 panels and 2x5 panels as well. I also have an idea about a 1x2 liftarm as the extension of the 2x5 panel on the straight side.
  4. It still amazes me how no photo of this set has managed to get to the Internet so far, esp given that a few people might have a copy in their hands already.
  5. If Jim's 42137 & 42138 reviews are his last for this year, who's gonna review this set?
  6. The ratchet mechanism is designed like this
  7. Ever since this happened, I've been troubled by it. If the direct output from the L motor can't steer the 42124, then it can't steer the 42129. I have already posted a 42129 L-motor steering mod on Rebrickable, and I don't want to post something that doesn't work. After some tinkering I've finally found a solution. I replaced the L motor with the M motor to save space, and let the output goes through a 12-20 gear mesh and a linear clutch. It should have enough power to steer the model then. If it turns out to be not enough, the gearing can be replaced with a 8-24 one. I've changed the L-motor steer mod on Rebrickable into the M-motor steer mod and updated other stuff accordingly. https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-84984/nguyengiangoc/42129-pf-conversion-m-motor-steer/#details
  8. Sariel's review will be available any time today.
  9. According to the leak in October, this set should be available for the January wave, but since it has not been revealed like other sets in the same wave have, I think it's either moved to the March wave, or next year's lineup. It doesn't have anything to do with military so it's probably not canceled. This isn't the first time a set is moved. The Airport Rescue Vehicle was initially planned to be released in 1H 2016, but was moved to 2H 2017 instead due to concerns about sales cannibalism.
  10. Here's the Studio model for 42126, with custom spiky tires sponsored by @Void_S https://bricksafe.com/files/nguyengiangoc/42126.io Check the link.
  11. https://www.jb-spielwaren.de/lego-42132-chopper/a-42132/ 162 elements, 9.99 EUR with B model. Go erm nuts?
  12. El Toro Loco: B model is a nice hot rod, with teeth as cylinders.
  13. There is indeed a lot of rolling resistance, for some reasons I still can't understand. The resistance felt when the model goes backward is more than that when it goes forward.
  14. I'm going to make a Studio model of this set in the next 2-3 weeks and share it here so that you guys can mod it to your heart's content.
  15. 10 more days til we get to see this bad boy!
  16. I got my set today and found out that both the instruction and the sticker sheet are buried unprotected among the bags and thus slightly folded and bent. It makes me wonder what kind of 18+ set this is
  17. The best way is to go full PF
  18. Thanks to efferman I now have the part for the new link. I've put it into the Studio model and updated the link. You can get it here. https://bricksafe.com/files/nguyengiangoc/42131.io
  19. The pins seem to be slightly bent toward one side instead of being straight. I bought 2 42128 and 1 42129 and they all have pins like that.
