  1. In the real model, the position of the derrick is also controllable. Therefore I think the 3 motors in the superstructure will control derrick, boom, and winch. There are multiple designs for the counterweight ballast tray. https://www.liebherr.com/en/aus/products/mobile-and-crawler-cranes/crawler-cranes/lr-crawler-cranes/technologies/derrick-and-counterweight.html
  2. There's a new problem with PF conversion that I learned of yesterday: When the model flips over, the motor that controls the left track will now control the right track, and vice versa. I can try to switch the direction by connecting the motors to the polar switch, thanks to the suggestion of @R0Sch, but I can't think of any way to change the mapping between motors and tracks. Maybe it's just more convenient to flip the controller. That way both the direction and the motor mapping will match.
  3. The number 17 is very odd to me. My guess is that 17 is 9*2 - 1, so the frame allows two diagonal 11L beams to form two 7-9-11 triangles that are adjacent on the 7 stud side. Maybe the frame even has internal diagonals like that already. The shape will be like this: |X|X|
  4. I think the rear section can be done like that in the 42123 Senna McLaren, where the designer uses the #5 & #6 panels instead of mudguard pieces.
  5. Now that the information of all sets of 1H are available, we will enter a period of information drought that lasts around 4 months. Hence, the titles of the threads for 2H sets have been updated according to traditions
  6. Imagine rows of 2x3 middle panels or flex axles to recreate the rear:
  7. Does anyone have the Studio file for the new 2x5 panel extender liftarm?
  8. Would you like the Studio file that contains 42414 and 42000 to show the comparison in your video?
  9. You guys can use this to implement the mods you want. https://bricksafe.com/files/nguyengiangoc/original-models/42141.io
  10. You can get the file here. https://bricksafe.com/files/nguyengiangoc/original-models/42141.io
  11. Aren't they the same? They both have 0.5 stud protrusions on both sides.
  12. On another note, am I the only one who hates the 0.5 stud protrusions on both sides of the L motor?
  13. That's one brilliant idea! I do have a screenshot snipping tool in my laptop, but sometimes I'm just lazy haha
  14. Equally unbelivable: Native English speaker got English spelling wrong
  15. Compare the innards: It was only when I started building the 42000 did I realize that it even has manifolds.
